Deep Town: How to earn a lot of money?

If you are a fan of economic simulations - this game is for you. The opening cutscene tells you that your research ship has broken down and crash-landed on an unknown planet. The further plot will tell you that this planet turned out to be the Earth - the cradle of mankind. At the same time, you are not a living being, you are a high-tech artificial intelligence. But back to the very beginning. Now you have a long development to give a distress signal. But since there is a lot of equipment and robots on the ship, you don’t have to organize the work of people for centuries, the robots will do everything faster and better.

An artificial intelligence called Master Crafter, who controlled your starship, will help in the development of the base. The task of paramount importance is the extraction of resources from which you will produce various items. They will help you in the development of technology. To extract resources, you will need to set up your first coal mine. Now it is up to you whether you can evolve enough to allow humans from other planets to repopulate the Earth.

Drilling. To drill the earth deep into the planet you need a special laser. The control panel located at the bottom of the screen. At the start of the game, you will have 4 abilities available that you can activate by pressing the buttons on the control panel. There is a button on the bottom right corner to improve your drilling skills. With each new level, the damage of your properties increases.

Leveling up is done through coins that you can get for selling the extracted resources, which are added to the warehouse. You can open it by tapping on the button in the upper left corner next to your nickname. Having selected a resource, you can see its description and sale price at the bottom of the window. The slider is needed to control the amount of material for sale. At the start of the game, you will only mine coal, in the future other resources and items will appear.

Having reached a certain level, you will need to unlock access to further pumping. Click on the arrow to see what materials you need to upgrade. The first time you’ll encounter this leveling system is at level 5 of the rig, where you’ll need to turn in 1 copper ingot. It can be produced from copper in the Smelter (we wrote more about the buildings below).

Do not forget to collect resources from the mines, as at the start of the game you have to do it manually. When the mine is full, it will no longer collect materials.

Advertising. If you play online, you can use ads to get coins or speed up the construction of buildings. Do not disdain this opportunity, as advertising can help you out at a difficult moment by giving you coins. Ads can be opened by tapping on the store button in the upper right corner. Sometimes for watching videos you can get a "basic chest of resources" from which materials will fall out. Sometimes a small drone with a bag of money can fly to your aid, and your assistant often offers to watch videos in exchange for coins.

In the middle and late stages of the game, advertising will not be relevant, as you will learn how to extract resources in sufficient quantities to make a high profit. But at the beginning of the game, while you have not yet figured out the process, while you have few mines and resources, advertising will help you advance. The game has several items that need to be crafted (as required by tasks). These things are created using special rare stones. There are several ways to get them, one of which is by watching ads.

But you won’t be able to watch ads endlessly, as there are restrictions, that is, you can watch several videos, then the systems will take a break for a few minutes, after which you can again watch. And as for those players. that do not contribute real money to the game, advertising is a stable source of obtaining rare materials. Experienced players recommend that after several views of the videos, exit the game or leave your account, then log into it again. So you can watch videos almost endlessly.

Chests. Every day, once every 24 hours, you will receive as a gift 1 "basic chest of resources", from which various materials randomly fall out. Also, chests can be obtained during cave exploration, after the construction of a research site. You will be able to build your first court after 40 - 120 minutes of play. Research will also give you artifacts to complete quests.

Deep Town Quests

In the game, especially at the start, it is very important to complete each quest offered to you as quickly as possible. Since tasks will help you navigate the mechanics of the game, and help you develop. The main missions are your storyline that will lead you to prosperity. Additional tasks will bring you a good income. In addition to development, each quest will give you at least 1 emerald (rare game currency). For emeralds, you can buy some benefits that will help you develop faster at the start of the game.

Do not spend emeralds on speeding up production processes or building buildings, they will be useful to you in some improvements in the future, without which you will not be able to effectively build your economy.

After a couple of days after starting the game, you will realize that to complete the tasks you need to obtain a huge amount of resources and various items from which you will be asked to make advanced items (for example, batteries for collecting a computer, which are made from copper and iron ingots). After completing the task, all the materials accumulated for its completion will remain with you. But you should not immediately sell them, as they may be useful to you in further development. For example, after crafting 50 spools of copper wire, you will complete the quest, and it will not be useful to you yet. But at level 35, exactly 50 spools of wire will be needed to continue leveling up.

Of course, at the initial stage of the game it will be difficult not to sell basic resources, since development is necessary, which is done for coins. Therefore, sell resources in the minimum quantities necessary to build mines or other buildings.

Deep Town: daily tasks. This is a special type of quest that will become available to you after reaching 72 locations, where you will need to fight the Emerald Elder. Defeating him will give you access to new game mechanics, including daily missions. These quests will be listed in the "Quests" menu as "quests from the Galactic Federation".

It is important to note that each task will be updated at 24 hours of your time, and for completing you will be rewarded with 1 emerald. We recommend that you pick up the stone as soon as you finish the quest, as it will disappear after the update (that is, at midnight). Since the quests will be issued one at a time, and their cycle is 8 days, it was advisable to write about each separately in our guide so that you can prepare and set up the production of the necessary materials before going to bed. All tasks that will be provided to players are of the "getting resources" type.

Tasks by day

Day of the monthQuantity of materials required for production (collection)
one200 lamps
2800 batteries
31500 gold bars
four1 million coins
53000 amber insulation
6550 insulation cable
7800 graphite
eight80 chips

How to earn a lot of money?

At the start of the game, you, willy-nilly, will have to sell the main resource - this is coal, then you will begin to mine copper, it can also be sold. Going forward, in order to earn money for more than just upgrading the rig and main buildings, we’ve put together some tips from experienced players:

  1. You should not immediately sell all the basic resources at the start of the game, it is better to sell half of the stock you have in stock.
  2. As soon as you save up money for the second mine - build without hesitation, and save coins to build the 3rd mine.
  3. As you move deeper into the earth, you will receive a small amount of resources for each cleared tier. We recommend that you manually move down, and do not leave a button on the robots. Don’t forget that the robots that help you drill only last a few minutes before they have to be activated again. And since the use of drill skills is free for you, you should take some time to dig a few tiers.
  4. Don’t forget to collect resources yourself. At the start of the game, you will not have assistants - drones that will collect resources for you from mine warehouses, so you should not forget to collect materials yourself.
  5. Build several chemical mines. At the start of the game, you will be able to collect silicon, which costs 100 coins. Further, after pumping the smelter, you can learn the recipe for glass production, and start selling it (150 coins per 1 piece). Then, a recipe for a flask will become available to you, which can also be sold, and since only silicon is required for its production, they more than pay for themselves. And since silicon immediately enters the inventory after mining and accumulates there, you will not have problems with cleaning the installation warehouse. Allocate 1 smelter under glass, and set its production for several days, it will resume automatically as soon as the required amount of silicon is in inventory.
  6. At the middle stage of the game, we recommend that you start producing solar panels. They require glass (made of silicon) and rubber (made of liana) in their inventory. It should be noted here that such trade is profitable for you, you need to build a sufficient number of greenhouses. But the construction of the greenhouse requires a moonstone, to get it you will have to watch a lot of commercials. But if you want to get a decent amount of coins for selling panels very quickly in the future, you should prepare well.
  7. If you’re having any problems making rubber, try focusing your production on batteries.
  8. In the late game, when some operations will require millions of coins, we advise you to craft uranium rods. They take 2 minutes to cook. At the same time, production will take 1 boiler at the uranium plant, which is very good, because you will not use the smelter or workshop, which will be useful for other needs. When you build a uranium plant, it is recommended to spend a certain amount of time watching ads (for boxes), only in this case, you can get enough uranium to sell.
  9. Almost at the very last stage of the game, we can advise you on the production of electric motors. But it is worth warning that their production is not the easiest, but during the sale you will realize that they more than pay off all the costs of their creation.
  10. Another important recommendation is to master the mechanics of the game in order to understand all the nuances. What is the best way to do this? First, read our article to the end, in it we gave a description of the main productions, resources and artifacts, and we also have useful tips for you that you will find in our guide.
If you are confused about quests or production, you can read our article again, or open the "Journal", the button of which is located on the control panel on the surface of the earth, all the tasks and dialogues with your assistant are described in turn.

Deep Town: How to pass the elders (bosses)?

When you move lower and lower underground, then periodically you will come across "Infected blocks" that you need to destroy for further drilling. Elders will also be waiting for you - these are very ancient creatures that guard their precious resources. The good news is that the elders, like the infected blocks, will not attack you, they just periodically restore their health points. The more lives a creature has, the faster they can fully replenish their life bar.

Sometimes it can take a long time to destroy bosses or blocks. But do not be afraid for your mines and production. If you can’t deal with them right away, then leave them alone for a while. They will just sit on their tier, while you take care of your development, collect resources, produce items, save coins to upgrade the levels of the drilling rig.

The higher your drill level, the higher the damage from attacks with your skills. Also, at certain installation levels, new more powerful skills will become available for you to learn, which will help you easily defeat the elders.

Skills and tips for using them

Skills are essential for successful drilling. There are combat skills and workers. Each skill is related in strength to the "Laser Shot" skill. The rest of the abilities can deal damage above or below the current laser damage, which is written above the level up button in the lower right corner. Working abilities include robots that will help you in drilling the earth’s crust. There are 3 working skills in total.

Disposable bots are quick helpers that will be available to you from the very start of the game. By activating the ability, you summon two small robots to dig the rock. They work for 10 seconds, after which you have to release new ones. Drilling takes place with a force less than "Laser Shot" by 60%. If you stumble on a hit block or boss, the robots will break.

The hydraulic bot is a slow but efficient robot. Access to it opens at level 15. It works within 2 minutes. after which it disappears. You can call 2 Hydraulic Bots, but in this case, the first one will break faster. Bot digs with 40% less power than Laser Shot. It, like Disposable Bots, can be broken by a damaged block or boss.

Bot repairman - will become available at level 80 of the drill. Its main task is to carry out repair work on working bots. If you decide to call a repairman, then you should not use 2 types of bots for drilling, it is better to put 4 Disposable or 2-3 Hydraulic bots.

Attacking skills. Some offensive skills will help you in drilling the earth’s crust, others, on the contrary, are aimed only at destroying the affected blocks and elders. It’s best to remove working abilities from the panel as soon as you meet a living creature, and put attacking skills on it. It is worth noting that if you remove the skill, and it has not yet fully recovered, then it will continue its recovery after re-installing it on the control panel.

Laser shot is the basic ability that determines the damage of other skills. Reload time 1 second. It is worth noting that upgrading the drilling rig does not reduce the cooldown of abilities, but increases the base damage. The shot is available from the start of the game, with its help the Miracle Gas is activated.

Fire Blast - You can learn the ability at drill level 5, after which you can actively use it to destroy opponents. It deals high one-time damage, setting blocks on fire for a while (burning time - 10 seconds). While the skill is burning, your damage from "Laser Shot" will be increased. If you activate the ability while using the bots, then their digging power will also increase. The skill is restored in 20 seconds, and deals 600% damage. Fire Blast also breaks the Freeze effect.

Ice Freeze - you can learn the skill at level 10 of the drilling rig. It deals 50% damage and freezes the block for 10 seconds. During the freeze, the breed and opponents will be more vulnerable (damage increased by 30%), and will not be able to restore health points. Freezing interrupts the regeneration if the enemy has already started it. by activating the skill, you interrupt the burning effect (which is not always good). If you have robots on the block, then during the freeze, the "Laser Shot" will deal more damage, but the bots will drill with less effort.

Nano-cloud - the ability is dangerous only for elders and damaged blocks, you can learn it at level 25. It makes no sense to use it for drilling, since the cloud only damages living beings. Skill reload time - 4 seconds. The damage the cloud deals to enemies is +1000%. The cloud can be cast while burning and freezing, but these effects do not affect the attack of the cloud.

Miracle Gas is an interesting ability that, in combination with other skills (Laser Shot, Fire Blast, Electric Discharge, Green Laser and Red Laser) can change its purpose:

Gas is learned at rig level 35. Very useful for dealing with some elders and affected blocks that have high regeneration. It is useless during simple rock drilling, as it only affects living objects.

Electric discharge - you can learn the skill at level 70. Deals 400% damage. It can be used as a Miracle Gas activator. This is the first skill that requires an additional item to use - an amber charge, which is crafted in the Workshop from 1 unit of amber. The charge is needed to complete some tasks, and to prepare water (melts space ice). Its main use is to attack creatures. If there is no charge in your inventory, then you should not put Electric Discharge on the control panel during the battle. It is important to remember this, and check the presence of this item before the battle.

Electric current - you can learn it at level 90. The skill attacks with multiple electric shocks for 4 seconds. Then comes the ability reload (6 seconds). Flux Damage is 360%. Can be used to destroy Deep Elders.

The Green Laser is a more powerful version of the Laser Shot ability that is unlocked at drill level 160 and deals 1000% damage. To activate it, you must have an item - a green laser, which can be produced in a workshop from 1 lamp, 1 insulating wire and 1 processed emerald. Also, the item will come in handy for you to create other materials.

Bomb - you will get it at level 290 of the drill. The ability fires multiple projectiles at the same time. Bombing damage of 3500% is dealt to creatures and the block itself. To use, you need a special item - a bomb, produced in a workshop from 10 units of gunpowder and a steel block. Also, this item is involved in 2 quests.

Red laser - you can only learn it at level 300. Deals 5500% damage to creatures and blocks. To activate the ability, you must have 30 units of energy in stock. Such power can only be given by the Nuclear Power Plant, which must be launched if you decide to use the "Red Laser".

Acid bomb - will become available at level 384 of the drilling rig. After activating the skill, the creature (the block itself is not damaged) takes damage equal to 4000% of the "Laser Shot". To use this skill, you need to have an item of the same name - an acid bomb. It can be crafted in the workshop from 10 flasks of sulfuric acid. Also, an acid bomb is needed to increase the level of the drill by level 451 (13 units are needed).

To defeat the enemy, experiment using different combinations of skills.

How to defeat the elders?

Coal Elder. You will meet him at location 12 (not to be confused with tiers, since there can be several tiers in one location). It’s about level 30. At first, the battle may seem very easy and laid-back. But at about 50% of his health, the elder will appear in full growth, and starting to laugh at you, he will replenish all his health points. And this will happen an infinite number of times. This will be your first boss, so you can get confused and stop trying to destroy it.

But clearing the passage from him is quite easy: as soon as his health points approach 50%, simply use the "Ice Freeze" ability, which will not allow him to restore health at the right moment, and then simply finish him off with "Laser Shot" and "Nano- cloud".

While your opponent is frozen, do not use the "Fire Blast" skill, as it stops the effect of freezing, at this moment the opponent can restore his health points.

The battle with the rest of the bosses is carried out in a similar way, but they can not always be defeated if you are at the current account level. Some Elders require a higher rig level than when they spawned. Therefore, we simply decided to list all the bosses available in the depths of the planet, and also brought the skills with which you can defeat the resource keepers.

Copper Elder. You will meet him at 24 locations. Before level 66, it will be problematic to destroy the boss, so if the elder appeared earlier, then leave the battle with him until better times. Here, as in the case of the Coal Elder, the following abilities will come in handy: Laser Blast, Nano Cloud, Ice Freeze, and Fire Blast.

Amber Elder. You will meet him at location 36. The required level to destroy it is at least 110. Since it has more armor than its predecessors, it will take more time to clear it. The following skills will come in handy here: "Nano Cloud", "Electric Discharge", "Electric Flux" and "Ice Freeze".

Aluminum Elder. He lives at 48 locations. Fighting him with normal abilities is useless, as this very handsome elder has a protective shield. Whatever you do, blocking will absorb any of your impact. But at this time (sooner or later) you will have to build a spaceship on propellers (all construction steps are detailed in the tasks from the assistant). To destroy the aluminum boss, you first need to launch the spaceship, which will break in the high atmosphere and fall safely into your mine, crushing the elder. This way you can progress further in the story.

Golden Elder. This boss lives on 60 locations. If you can’t destroy it right away, we recommend waiting until level 205. At this stage, it is very easy to defeat him. To fight, you will need the following abilities: Electric Blast, Green Laser, Electric Flux, and Ice Freeze.

Emerald Elder. You will meet him at 72 locations. The boss, like most of his relatives, will not attempt to resist, but will actively restore his health. To clear the location from him, you should wait until level 243, and, of course, skills. You will need the same skills that you used in the battle with the Golden Elder.

Oil elder. He will be waiting for you at 84 locations. This boss will surprise you with high regeneration, so you won’t be able to destroy it on the first attempt. Experienced players are advised to use "Ice Freeze" and "Electric Flux" for the fight. As soon as the boss starts regenerating health points, you need to release Miracle Gas and activate his Heal Locked property with the Green Laser ability. Elder is best destroyed at level 289.

Uranium Elder. This boss will meet you at location 96. Destroying him is not as easy as some of his other relatives. In order for your skills to deal enough damage, you should pump up to level 333. To destroy, you need to use the "Green Laser", "Electric Flux" and "Ice Freeze". The skill "Red Laser" should also be put here, which requires a large amount of electricity to use.

You can start the Nuclear Power Plant before the battle with him so that you have enough energy. You must have 30 units of electricity in stock. If your Nuclear Power Plant does not generate enough energy, we recommend turning off the operation of the mines for the duration of the battle. The battle itself is fairly easy.

Obsidian Elder. You will meet him at 108 locations. The treasure guard does not have any pitfalls, just remember that to launch a powerful ability, you need energy, which can be increased by turning on the Nuclear Power Plant for a while (as in the case of the Uranium Elder). At level 382, your skills will quickly deal with the boss. It is advised to use "Bomb", "Ice Freeze", "Green Laser" and "Red Laser". If there is not enough energy for the red laser, take "Electric Flux".

Iron Elder. This is the final boss of the game, which you will meet at 120 locations. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that the destruction of the boss occurs through the completion of a large chain of tasks. First you have to complete a series of terraforming quests, then you have to build an electromagnetic receiver (it looks like a huge satellite dish). The first launch of the receiver will not give a positive result, and the elder will still look at you nicely from the depths of the planet. After building 10 special coolers, you will be prompted to start the receiver again. After completing a series of quests, you will successfully launch the receiver, which, by concentrating energy, will destroy your opponent.

How to use 5 skills at the same time in battle? Best of all, the method presented by us will help you in the middle stage of the game. Take advantage of 5 abilities:

  1. Laser (whichever suits you best)
  2. Electrical flow.
  3. Nano cloud.
  4. Miracle gas.
  5. Ice freeze.

During the battle, your control panel should be open (that is, you should be able to see your skills). This will not interfere with the fight with damaged blocks or elders, as their health bar will be visible at the bottom of the screen. Put the first three skills on the panel for a quick activation, and you should also set the "Ice Freeze" first.

At the start of the battle, activate the freeze, and immediately switch the button to Miracle Gas. Since the cooldown of the skill of freezing is 40 seconds. then you will have time to activate the gas 5 times (it has a cooldown of 8 seconds). Then immediately put "Ice Freeze" on the panel, and apply it. And while the freeze will be recharged, you will again have time to use the gas 5 times. If between using the "Ice Freeze" skill you manage to remove 10% or more of the opponent’s health points, then you will be able to defeat him.

Deep Town: A Guide to Mines and Earth Resources

The mine is the first building that you can place in the carved tunnel to collect resources. The shaft can be installed anywhere you need it. It is worth noting that the new mine will cost more than the previous one. Therefore, you should not put an infinite number of mines, you can simply move them to the right place. To do this, select the mine, and click on the "Move" button. Then just scroll through the tunnel to the desired location, and install the building. The mine can also be installed on any asteroid that you can visit after building the observatory by completing the rocket quest (but there is still a long way to go).

Each mine (like almost any building in the game) can be improved. Increasing the level will increase the storage capacity of the mine and speed up the mining process. In total, the mine can be upgraded to level 9. Each improvement requires its own resources:

You should not pump the mines to level 8, as they begin to consume energy, which you may not have enough. But if you decide to pump the building as much as possible, then keep an eye on the amount of energy you have.

If you decide to pump the mine to levels 8 and above, you should first calculate the energy consumption, since without electricity your mine will simply stand up and will not work. It’s better to have 15 resource units per minute than none at all. It is also worth mentioning that in offline mode, buildings will work 8 times slower.

Where to put the mine? It is important to know that each location cleared of the breed is fraught with different resources. For example, in 1 location you can only collect coal, in the second location coal and copper, and so on. Everything you can find is shown at the top of the screen. Resources are shown as a percentage. That is, if you are going to dig only coal, then you need 1 location, where it says 100% coal (under the resource picture), 2 location will give you 70% coal and 30% copper. It is important to pay attention to these indicators, as they will tell you how much material you can get from the location. If you need to collect on assignment. for example, 1000 iron, then you need to find a tier that will produce 100% iron. Otherwise, you will collect the necessary resource for a long time.

Main resources that can be obtained

The game has a huge variety of different items and resources. Some materials can be made, some can be mined in the bowels of the planet or only on asteroids. Often players ask on the forums where to find this or that resource. We decided to briefly talk about each resource and at what location they are mined.

Coal is your first resource that you get in the game. But coal can not only be mined in a mine, but also smelted from wood (in the later stages of the game). You can get coal at locations 1 to 24 and at locations 100 to 120. The resource is used to improve the mine (20 units are needed), it is also part of the recipe for creating the following items:

  1. Graphite - made in the workshop, you need 5 coal.
  2. Plastic Plate - Crafted in the Chemistry Lab, it requires 50 Charcoal (+ 1 Refined Oil Flask and 1 Green Laser).
  3. Primal Soup - can be crafted in the chemistry lab with 100 coal, 1 flask of pure water, and 1 flask of diethyl alcohol.

Copper is an important resource that you will need throughout the game in large quantities. From copper, you can smelt a copper ingot in a smelter, which you will then need to create various items. Copper can be found at locations 2 to 24.

Iron is an equally important material for creating iron ingots in the smelter, which are used to create more complex items. Iron can be obtained at locations from 3 to 48, from 99 to 120. Iron is also involved in tasks, or rather, it will be necessary to collect a certain amount of this resource.

Amber - the resource is mined at locations from 3 to 36. It is necessary to increase your level at stages 30, 70, 75, 80 and 95. Amber participates in "Get Resources" type quests. Thanks to him, you can cook the following items:

  1. Tesla Coil - made in the workshop from 100 amber, 100 insulating wire and 100 graphite.
  2. Amber charge - for refueling your skill, made in a workshop from 1 amber.
  3. Polished amber - created in a jewelry workshop from 5 amber.
  4. Amber isolation - produced in the workshop from an aluminum bottle and 10 amber.
  5. Battery - made in a workshop from 5 copper ingots, 1 iron ingot, 1 amber.

Gold - mined in locations from 3 to 24 and from 39 to 60. Gold is smelted into gold bars, it is also necessary to improve some buildings, and to increase the player’s level:

  1. Level 30 - 200 silver bars and 100 gold.
  2. Level 135 - 700 aluminum ingots and 50 gold.
  3. Level 155 - 100 emeralds and 1000 gold.

Aluminum - it, like some other resources, is necessary to create an ingot, which is then used to prepare other items. Basically, these are parts of rockets or installations for equipment, so it is important to have a large supply of this resource. There are several quests to collect aluminum. It is mined at locations from 15 to 48.

Silver is a resource that is needed to smelt a silver ingot, which then goes to rare items and engine parts. Also, with its help, the level of the trading platform and the level of the player increase (level 100 - 400 aluminum ingots and 100 silver, level 125 - 30 steel ingots and 200 silver). Silver can be prepared in advance and not sold, as it will only be needed in quest tasks. Digging it separately does not make sense. Silver is mined at locations 15 to 60 and from 100 to 118.

Emerald - needed to create a polished emerald (which is needed in many recipes) in a jewelry workshop, and to increase the player’s level (155 - 100 emeralds and 1000 gold, 160 - 100 steel ingots and 150 emeralds). It is mined at locations from 39 to 72.

Ruby - needed to create a polished ruby in a jewelry workshop (needed to increase the player’s level: 230, 240, 250, 290 and 385), a ruby is also used to complete tasks and to increase your level 220 (300 rubies and 60 steel plates are needed). It is mined at locations from 39 to 84. There is no need to specially collect the ruby.

Diamond - this material is needed to create a polished diamond (brilliant) in a jewelry workshop. In turn, a diamond is needed for a diamond cutter, which is required to create various modules, in tasks and to increase your level (just like a diamond). Therefore, a diamond is far from a passing stone, and it needs to be collected (it may not be separately). Also, a diamond is needed to close some quests.

Topaz is also a material that is needed to close 2 quests. Topaz is mined at locations 51 to 84. It is also needed to make polished topaz at the jeweler, then topaz is needed to increase the player’s level:

  1. Level 235 - 10000 copper nails, 100 polished topazes.
  2. Level 310 - 15 plastic plates and 200 polished diamonds.
  3. Level 362 - 1500 polished diamonds (you will need to have 7500 topaz in stock).
  4. Level 380 - 500 polished topazes and 60 plastic plates.
  5. Level 443 - 4400 polished topazes.

Sapphire - needed to create a polished sapphire in the jewelry workshop and to complete quests. You can get it at locations from 63 to 108, at locations from 69 to 75, the highest content of sapphires in the soil. But polished sapphire is necessary for the manufacture of sapphire glass, which is used to create parts for rockets and antimatter. Also, sapphire derivatives are needed to increase your level. An important resource, you can extract it on purpose, if not enough.

Amethyst - needed to create a polished amethyst at the jeweler, and to complete tasks. It is mined at locations from 63 to 96 (the first locations are rich in amethyst). Polished Amethyst will be useful for leveling up 270, 338 and 398, as well as for creating artifacts (they are needed to complete the Egyptian quests):

  1. Amulet - 5 polished alexandrites, 1 gold ingot 10 polished amethysts (made in a jewelry workshop).
  2. Hairbrush - 10 polished alexandrites, 1 silver ingot and 15 polished amethysts.

Alexandrite - needed to create a polished alexandrite in a jewelry workshop, which, in turn, will be required to make an amulet and a comb from a series of Egyptian quests, to increase the player’s level (300, 345 and 420), needed to complete quests such as "Getting Resources". It does not make sense to extract this resource separately. You can find him at locations 75 to 96.

Titanium ore - needed to close the quest (100 units of titanium ore), as well as to make titanium in a chemical laboratory. Ore is mined at locations from 75 to 108 (the most ore from levels 84 to 96). Titanium is needed to level up the player (level 400) and to create a titanium ingot in the smelter. It is this ingot that will be needed in large quantities to create various modules, and to increase your level. Therefore, the ore should not be sold, it must be immediately smelted into titanium ingots.

Uranium - needed to complete 2 collection quests (requires 150 uranium in total). This is a material for the processing of which you need to build a building (will become available at 84 locations) - uranium enrichment. Its improvement requires a rare mineral - a trillium, which falls only from chests and elders, so it cannot be sold. From uranium you will produce a uranium rod (20 damage and 10 sodium), which will be needed in various productions and tasks. Uranium is mined at locations 75 to 96 (the most uranium can be found at 84 locations).

Platinum - Needed to upgrade the chemistry lab (5000 platinum) and to complete resource gathering missions. It is mined at locations from 75 to 108. This material is not particularly important in the game (it can sometimes come in handy during special events), so you don’t need to specially set up a mine for its extraction, although there is not so much platinum in the bowels of the planet.

Obsidian - can be obtained at locations from 87 to 108. It is needed to complete quests to collect resources, and to make polished obsidian in a jewelry workshop. Polished obsidian is needed to create the quest artifact - obsidian knife (50 polished obsidian, 2 units of wood and 1 silver ingot). It is also needed to increase the player’s level:

  1. Level 340 - 50 units of optical fiber and 1500 polished obsidian.
  2. Level 405 - 470 polished obsidian and 52 units of gunpowder.

Helium 3 - mined at locations 99 to 118. Improved helium 3 is produced from it in the chemical laboratory - 100 units of helium 3, 1 aluminum bottle and 1 compressor. This item will come in handy for you to level up 422 (you need 4 units) and to complete quests.

Rare Resources

Rare resources are resources that drop out of chests and elders (after defeating them), so it is not recommended to sell them, as they take part in your development, and are not aimed at trade deals. We will write why they are needed and in what quantity so that you can calculate your economy.

Deep Town: Guide to the main buildings

Chemical mining. This is the second building that you will be able to place, since access to it opens at 3 locations. At the start of the game, the chemical mining building does not provide any benefits other than obtaining silicon for sale. A big plus of chemical mining is that it does not have a warehouse, so all mined materials are immediately sent to the player’s inventory. This circumstance makes it possible to endlessly dig materials.

Extracted resources:

  1. Silicon.
  2. Sulfur.
  3. Sodium.
  4. Nitrogen.

Smelter. Here, from the main extracted resources, you can smelt into the simplest items (for example, into ingots). The smelter has crafting recipes that require coins to learn. Try to study all the recipes so that at the right time you have enough money for production. The smelter can be improved, and increasing the level (and there are only 4 of them) makes it possible to put 1 more boiler. At the maximum level of the smelter, you can craft 4 different items at the same time. Unfortunately, more than 2 smelters cannot be placed.

Produced resources:

  1. Copper ingot.
  2. Iron ingot.
  3. Glass.
  4. Aluminum ingot.
  5. Silver ingot.
  6. Coal.
  7. Gold bar.
  8. Steel plate.
  9. Steel pipe.
  10. Titanium ingot.
  11. Magnetite ingot.
  12. Lutetium ingot.
  13. Water.

Workshop. This is the main building where most of the quest items will be produced. If you have a task like "Produce an SD module", then you should go to the workshop, select the desktop (if you have it upgraded), then open "Craft", and at the top of the list you will see the necessary item. In total, you can build 2 workshop buildings, and have 8 work tables. The building is installed above the ground. A jewelry workshop works in a similar way. Several recipes from the workshops are described in detail by us in different parts of the article, so we will not give all the recipes (and there are a lot of them).

Remember that during the leveling up of buildings you will not be able to produce items (relevant for every building in the game).

Water collector - this building consists of a huge tank that is filled with rainwater (other ways to get water on Earth will not work until you start mining space ice from asteroids). Also, you will not be able to independently collect the water accumulated in the containers. For this action, you need to learn the Water Gathering ability for bots. Increasing the level of the collector increases the capacity of the tank.

Chemical laboratory - will become available for construction after the development of 13 locations. In total, you can put 2 buildings. In total, you can upgrade 8 times to get 8 desktops. Leveling the laboratory is one of the most expensive in the game, and requires stones that are found deep underground. The materials produced are also very expensive, so the laboratory pays for itself. Key Resources:

  1. Powder.
  2. Plastic.
  3. Acid bomb.
  4. Sulphuric acid.
  5. Pure water.
  6. Hydrogen.
  7. Rubber.
  8. Ethanol.
  9. Refined oil.
  10. Titanium.
  11. Diethyl ether.
  12. A liquid nitrogen.
  13. Magnetite ore.
  14. Hydrochloric acid.
  15. Zeolite.
  16. Sea water.
  17. Primary Soup.
  18. Pine seed.

Oil rig - refers to the type of resource-producing buildings. Available for construction after surveying 72 locations. In general, the number of towers can be limited only by the number of locations you have. But in fact, you don’t need so many of them (3 - 4 maximum), since a small amount of oil is required in the game, and there are only 11 locations where oil can be found: 56, 59, 63, 64, 69, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 82. By upgrading the derrick, you speed up the process of oil extraction. It is worth remembering that the towers consume energy, so do not forget to make sure that there is enough electricity.

The drone base is a place where your drones will rest (charge), by increasing the level of the building, you increase the number of robots you have. The base has 8 levels in total, so you can have 8 drones). For construction, the base will become available at 12 locations. Upgrading costs crystals:

Your drones can perform various tasks. At first, they have only 2 skills - this is the collection of resources and the construction of buildings. If all 8 robots are sent to the construction site, then 8 buildings can be erected at the same time. The rest of the skills, such as collecting water, making jewelry stones, and others, are learned for rare stones (we wrote about them above in the "rare resources" section).

Greenhouse - a building designed for growing plants. You can build 2 greenhouses, while at the maximum pumping there will be 8 compartments. It is worth noting that for the first time a greenhouse can be built at 13 locations, and upgrade it for moonstones. But then the construction process will stop until you start mining saronite (we wrote about improving the greenhouse in the "rare resources" section). It should be noted that seeds for planting can be obtained from chests or bought in the greenhouse itself. It is also required to monitor the level of water that will be produced in the collector.

wind turbine72twenty
Solar Power Plant (requires solar panels and other resources to build and upgrade)72thirty
Nuclear power plant (produces 20 energy), requires uranium rods to run843 (allows you to reduce the number of uranium rods to launch)

Technical laboratory

Technical laboratory - a building that gives the player additional skills. You can build it after the destruction of the Uranium Elder. But construction can begin after the creation of a technical inductor (produced in a workshop from 20 insulated cables, 50 motherboards and 500 steel plates).

Cryogenic Freeze is a laboratory skill, with its help you can go through lava, which starts at 96 locations and ends at 109 locations. To successfully use the ability, you need to place the laboratory directly above the burning block. This type of freeze does not work on damaged blocks. To trigger the skill, you need to have liquid nitrogen in stock (produced in a chemical laboratory).

Cloud seeding - gives you the ability to make rain, thereby filling the tank of the water collector. The skill requires dry ice. It is important that the laboratory is located on the 1st tier of the 1st location.

Smelter Accelerator - Increases the speed of all smelters by 50%. The skill lasts 6 hours. For example, it can be charged overnight or before a work shift. To accelerate, you must have 4 badges of honor. Other accelerators of various productions work similarly. You can activate several abilities at the same time, which will significantly speed up the work of your productions.

Badge of Honor - to receive this badge, you need to be in the guild. Badges are obtained after events from boxes. then only to those members who already have a technical laboratory. If you actively participate in the event, you can get several distinction symbols at once.

Deep Town: Building a Trading Outpost

A trading outpost is a building through which you can enter past historical eras in order to trade with the natives. The building will open for you at 53 locations. But since the trading outpost is the crown of the quest chain, you should first tell about all the tasks that you need to complete.

Upgrading a building is the longest building leveling process in the entire game, with 100 levels to complete, each requiring a specific material. By upgrading the building, you increase the multiplier for the materials sold. For example, once you’ve built an outpost and traveled back in time, your goods will cost the same as you would normally sell them for. The comb costs 14,000 coins in a normal sale, if you level up the building, the cost multiplier at level 100 will be 3, therefore, the comb will cost 42,000 coins.

Deep Town: Asteroids and Observatory

Observatory. The observatory building is necessary so that you can explore the asteroids. The construction of the observatory will become possible after completing the complete chain of "Rocket Quests". The building is being built quite quickly - only 5 minutes, after which you can observe the cosmic bodies.

For its construction, you need to have 1,500,000 coins. The observatory is installed on the last ground building. Then, going into the observatory, you can see a special mechanism for dialing the asteroid code. According to the first task that Master Crafter will give you, you need to find the asteroid AB05. It will be immediately entered in the code dialing field. To explore the selected asteroid, you should click on the "Probe" button, which is located next to the code dialing mechanism.

Observatory upgrade - will give you the opportunity to probe and visit asteroids of groups B and C. To get level 2 of the building, you need to stock up on 2000 units of sodium chloride. You can get it by examining various type A asteroids. In an hour, you will be able to scan any type B space body.

To upgrade the observatory to level 3, you will need to have 100 units of flora protector in stock, which is produced in a chemical laboratory. To produce it, you need: 10 gas cylinders (made in the workshop from 1 plastic, 1 steel plate and 1 aluminum tank), 1 refined oil flask (made in the chemical laboratory from 10 units of oil, 10 units of hydrogen and 1 laboratory flask) and 6 units of chlorine (processed in a chemical laboratory from sodium chloride).

Deep Town: Asteroid Cheats

Asteroid groups:

  1. Type A is the first group of asteroids you can visit. To fly, you need to build a rocket A. To make a rocket, you need: 50 pieces of steel plates, 10 pieces of optical fiber and 1 solar panel. This is a space body with a solid surface, which is suitable for resource extraction.
  2. Type B - also has a hard rocky surface. To get to a group B asteroid, you need to craft rocket B in the workshop. You need to collect the following components for it: 1 moonstone (drops from chests, can be obtained with a low chance after boss battles), 100 pieces of insulated wires and 10 titanium rods.
  3. Type C are special asteroids where you can find traces of flora and fauna. On these bodies, you need to collect items to complete tasks for terraforming the Earth. You can fly to an asteroid of this type on a C rocket. The rocket is made in a workshop from one red beryl (drops from chests and elders), 100 units of sapphire glass (obtained in a jewelry from polished sapphire, which, in turn, can be crafted from 5 sapphires, mined in mines from 63 locations).

The type of asteroid group is the first character in the code (when selected in the group panel, you need to click on the button with the letter designation of the type). The game gives temporary designations of asteroids, which are accepted in world practice. If you figured out the first letter, then the second letter indicates the month of the discovery of the asteroid. At the same time, the months are divided into 2 halves (from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30/31st). In general, it turns out 24 digits.

The 3rd and 4th characters in the code are numeric, they indicate the number of asteroids found in the specified period of time. For example, your first asteroid is AB05, this is a type A body discovered in the second half of January, and it is the fifth body that was found in this period of time. It should be understood that this is just a game, and the developers could not enter the full code, but when searching for the asteroid you need, you should focus on the letter designations of the code. For example, you will not find the asteroid CZ55 during the search, since the letter "Z" is not in the classification of space bodies. Having the letter "I" in the abbreviation, they have additional properties, for example, they have a high percentage of finding rare items.

Types of asteroids:

  1. Legendary - these are cosmic bodies that were previously landed by representatives of other worlds. On such asteroids, you can find unique buildings left by another civilization. You can also find forgotten gems on the surface.
  2. Ordinary (or epic) are asteroids that no one has visited before you, you will be the first to visit the cosmic body. They, like the legendary asteroids, are suitable for the extraction of various resources.

After the sounding is completed, in the research field in the observatory you can find out details about the object under study: its appearance and the resources that can be found on it. This is important information for players, since not all space bodies have materials that you will need at the moment. If the planetoid is not suitable for you to drill, write down its code in a notebook, marking its fossils. In the future, this asteroid may be useful to you. And you start looking for a new object.

Rocket launch and asteroid exploration

If you have found an asteroid suitable for you (or are completing the specified task), then you first need to build rockets (we wrote about them above). After the rocket is ready, you need to go back to the observatory and click on the "Go" button. After a short flight animation, you will be taken to the selected asteroid.

If you flew to the legendary asteroid, then on the first tier of the mine, you will find a technical building left by another civilization. Your task is to start excavation, as you did before. In the building, you will find a few more new skills that you did not have before. These skills can only be used on the current asteroid. Although your abilities will be useful to you on any space body.

If you arrive on an ordinary asteroid, then you just start drilling, as they did on Earth after an emergency landing. At your disposal for construction at each facility will be 2 buildings - a mine and a technical laboratory. The mine can be moved to any tier, but structures on asteroids cannot be upgraded. It is worth noting that the extraction of resources on asteroids takes place in a slightly different scenario than on Earth. Here you will not be able to constantly download materials, 1 your mine will be able to get only 1500 units of the resource, after which it will break.

Another significant difference between normal and legendary asteroids is that on normal objects, blocks for drilling have a fixed amount of health. And on the legendary asteroids, the health points of the blocks increase as you go deeper into the soil.

The new tech lab, built on a regular facility and a building abandoned by alien creatures, will give you new mechanics for digging and destroying damaged blocks:

  1. Mud - The block where you find mud masses is similar to a damaged block on Earth. You need to first burn the mud with the Napalm ability, and then start drilling.
  2. Lava - found on rocky bodies. For further drilling, you need to clear the magma layer on the block. Use Cryogenic Freeze.
  3. Radioactive Block - Radiation can be seen from the small lightning bolts that cover the tier. First you need to use the "Lightning Rod", and then start its destruction.
  4. High-density tier - outwardly differs from other tiers (it looks more dense and rough compared to conventional blocks). First you are advised to thoroughly "warm up" the tier, and then sharply freeze it.
  5. Water blocks - in order to quickly destroy such blocks, you need to freeze him first, and then hit him with lightning, and other abilities that do not melt the ice.

It is worth noting that you can travel to the asteroid only 1 time, that is, after working out all the resources and receiving items on the assignment, you will no longer be able to get to this object, and you will have to look for a place to drill again.

Deep Town: Passage of Asteroids

After the construction of the observatory, and the first flight to the specified asteroid AB05, you will be given the "Stones of the Ancients" quest chain, where you need to "Visit asteroid No." - everything is simple here: create a rocket and go to the object you specified. Then the task "Reveal the mystery of asteroid number" will be given. To complete it, you need to completely complete the drilling of a well on an asteroid, and collect stones on the last tier.

Having reached the task "Visit asteroid BU9 *", you may have a question: what kind of object you want to visit. As experienced players told us, this is asteroid BU92, where you will find fragments of the radiation stone.

Judging by the many comments and questions on various gaming forums, the task "Visit asteroid B ***" causes the most questions. And if the previous two tasks have only 10 maneuvers to enumerate, then B *** has a lot of options, which can be sorted out a lot of time. Why the developers did this is not clear, but if you are stuck on this quest, then the answer will be this: you need to visit the BI26 asteroid.

In the "Cradle of Life" quest chain, you will need to complete 3 tasks from Minkowski to visit space bodies, and find stones for him hidden in the depths of asteroids. The last task in this chain looks like this: "Visit asteroid CZ0* - this is asteroid CZ00 (for the flight you will need to assemble rocket C). And you can get stones in the already known way - by tunneling deep into the object to the last block, where you will collect the desired stone.

Completing the quest Stones of the Ancients. To complete the tasks for creating stones, you need to go to the jewelry workshop, where you can get all the stones. For the manufacture of each stone requires:

  1. 100 shards of the specified stone - you can find them by completely completing drilling on the quest asteroid.
  2. 3 units of rubber - it can be obtained in the chemical laboratory from a liana.
  3. 100 units of sulfur - obtained while drilling into the Chemical Mining buildings on Earth.

Deep Town: lutetium asteroids is one of the most frequent queries in the search engine. Also, players on various forums ask a similar question "Which asteroids have lutetium on them." Lutetium is a game material already processed in a chemical laboratory, for the production of which you need to have 1 flask of sulfuric acid and 20 units of lutetium ore. It is the ore that you should look for on asteroids.

It is worth noting that the amount of resources extracted on asteroids depends on their percentage of all mineral deposits at the site. For example, the observatory explored an asteroid where lutetium ore and other resources were found. But since the ore is a very rare material, it occurs in very small quantities (on average from 0.5 to 1.5%). But you can still find it on almost any asteroid of groups A and B (there are more ore on B asteroids).

Asteroids with a high content of lutetium ore . The richest asteroid with as much as 20% ore is BS36. You can see the rest of the asteroids where lutetium ore can be mined at the link https://deeptownguide.com/Asteroids/ByResource, the table also contains other resources that are obtained on the listed asteroids. If you select another mineral in the search, the system will show you on which asteroids it is located. You can also mine ore on the asteroids specified in the tasks.

Deep Town: Terraforming Quest Walkthrough

Another big quest chain that starts after the asteroid quests. These tasks are necessary to create an atmosphere and favorable conditions for the life of people who teleport to Earth at the very end of the game.

Creation of oxygenium:

  1. Craft an oxygen concentrator - 1000 steel pipes, 10 compressors and 10 zeolite ingots. Zeolite can be obtained by chemical reaction in the laboratory, it requires pure water, 2 aluminum ingots and 10 units of sodium.

  4. Creation of the ocean - start the process.

Creating a flora module:

  1. Pesticide Sprayer - Requires 100 Solar Panels, 1500 Refined Oil, 1000 Chlorine.
  2. Flora module - necessary for planting plant seeds. Pines are needed to activate the process. Can be upgraded to level 3, which will speed up the seed spraying process.
  3. Upgrade the observatory - it is necessary to upgrade the observatory to level 3, opening access to group C asteroids.
  4. DNA Capsules - Requires 20 capsules to be collected on Group C asteroids.
  5. DNA processing - get 20 pine seeds. This requires a flora protector and a DNA capsule.
  6. Grow pines - you need to grow pines in a greenhouse in the amount of 4 pieces. This requires a seed and 10 flasks of water.
  7. Plant planets - requires 1,100,000 units, and produces oxygen. The balance of the sensors should be observed.
  8. Lighthouse messages - there are several quests from Minkowski with a visit to the asteroids, which we wrote about above.

Creation of the fauna module:

  1. Clone Apparatus - 30 LCD monitors, 1000 batteries and 3 faunal DNA capsules (which you can get during Minkowski asteroid flights) are required to create.
  2. Fauna module - necessary for the settlement of the Earth by living beings. To start the process, you need to have a primary broth. You can also upgrade the module to level 3.
  3. Primary broth - a soup should be prepared from 100 units of coal, a flask of diethyl alcohol and a flask of sea water.
  4. Enable the fauna module.

Deep Town: Expansion Quest Walkthrough

Expansion is the last quest chain, some quests require the player to know the game, others patience. We decided to include these tasks so that you can prepare for them and know in advance what you should do.

Create a Resonator Base (increases signal strength from Galactic Federation ships)

The name of the required itemQuantityRecipe
Resonator controllerone500 chips, 300 motherboards, 1000 steel plates
Resonator baseWhen you go up to the top floor of your overhead buildings, a new building will appear on the control panel - the base of the resonators, which you want to build
Resonatorone1000 silicon, 500 titanium ingots and 10000 copper wire
After creating the resonator, you need to install it on the base
Resonator9The recipe is similar to 1 resonator (you need 10 in total). all of them should be installed on the base

Creating a Receiver

Search for artifacts. First you need to create a radar (15 magnets, 200 optical fibers and 20 motherboards) and build an echolocation building in which you will need to scan the area. To do this, you can scan any location. The search for artifacts consists in scanning locations, and you can find them by answering the riddles of the Master Crafter.

Artifact 1 - task "scanning near the Cambrian door" - you need to scan from 85 to 96 location, since the Cambrian door is the place of the 3rd expedition.

Artifact 2 - the first tree you planted - this is the 13th location, as it is where you got the wood recipe.

Artifact 3 - the most insulation is located at 25 locations, since amber acts as insulation in the game.

Artifact 4 - the cutest enemy is an aluminum elder, so it takes about 48 locations to scan the area.

Artifact 5 - the task says that you should look for where "the past met itself." This is the site of Expedition 2, after excavating which you built a trading outpost in the past. You should scan area 53 of the location.

Artifact 6 - the place "where oil meets rubies". These are locations that are both rich in oil and rubies. But you need to look in the area of u200bu200b69 locations.

Artifact 7 - you should start looking for "where did you get your first nugget", but this is not at all the 3rd location, as many players think. The search should be carried out in the area of u200bu200blocation 39, closer to the golden elder.

Artifact 8 - "the first helium 3", you don’t even have to think long here, just start your search from 99 locations.

Artifact 9 - "one who did not want to leave", you should find a location where there is a lot of iron - 119, and the iron elder did not want to leave for a long time.

Artifact 10 - the heart of the largest black spot - is the location 78 oil development center.

Artifact portal - the last border of the hot area - this is the 108 location, since lava ends there.

After each found artifact, you need to collect a part of the portal with it. It’s not difficult, just go to the workshop, where you will see a new recipe at the top of the list. The completion of the entire chain is the construction and activation of the portal. After people pass through the portal, they should build a house, feed and improve housing. For now, these are the last missions in the game. It is possible that the developers will come up with a sequel. Although they hold temporary events dedicated to various holidays.
