Evony: All About the Monarch

The monarch is the leader of your state, the main and subordinate cities. In fact, you yourself are a monarch, so you can choose a name, an avatar. Raise your level and skills to lead your troops to victory.

Talent. The study of each talent allows you to improve the characteristics of the army, resource extraction and construction. All talents are studied gradually, a higher level of the monarch unlocks a higher level of talent for study.

Evony: General Guide

Generals. The main task of the generals is to lead your troops on the marches and improve the characteristics of the army. Also, generals can participate in the defense of the city, for this they must be assigned to the wall.

Tavern. Hiring generals in the tavern is the main way to get new generals. Choose one of the 6 generals you want to get, view information about him and click Recruit.

Premium generals. Getting a premium general from the tavern is random. The higher the level of the tavern, the more chances of getting epic and historical generals.

Improvement. To increase the characteristics of a general, you need to improve his star level, develop abilities, learn skills and master a specialty. You can also add 6 pieces of equipment of each type to the general’s outfit.

The general’s level cannot exceed the monarch’s level.

Stars. Improving the star level of a general is necessary to increase the main indicators: strength, leadership, attack, defense and politics. Each general can be upgraded to 5 stars.

To get a star, you need to increase the level of the general, earn a certain number of medals and have a sufficient amount of gold. After that, in the Improvements tab, the Confirm button is activated, and you can get a star.

Dismissal. You can fire a general to make room for a more premium one. To do this, simply click on the red helmet icon in the upper right corner of the general’s card, after which you will receive a part of its value.

Specialty. Unlocks at Historical General level 25. Each specialty has 5 levels of development and increases the main characteristics of the general.

Revival. To revive a general, find his card in the list of generals and click Revive. To revive, you will need a special stone, which you can get as a gift from relics, when killing boss monsters, in the market, in the Wheel of Fortune and in the store.

Change of civilization. At any point in the game, you can change the civilization you are playing by using a special item or spending gems. With such a change, you will not lose your current progress, the design of the city, troops will change, and other enhancements will be applied.

Evony: All About Building an Army

To get combat units, you need to train the required level of troops in the barracks, archery camp, stable and workshop. The availability of units for training depends on the level of the building and the research conducted at the academy.

You can create an army from 4 types of combat units: infantry, archers, cavalry and siege vehicles. A combat unit of each type has several levels of development, which become available as buildings develop.

The type and composition of your army will depend on the civilization you have chosen at the beginning of the game. For example, the following types of infantry are available for Russia:

Warriors - available initially.
Axemen - available at level 6 of the barracks.
Swordsmen - available at level 9 of the barracks.
Halberdiers - Available at Level 11 Barracks.
Russian warriors with axes - available at level 14 of the barracks.
Maces are available at level 16 of the barracks.
Heavy Horsemen - Available at level 19 of the barracks.
Janissaries - available at level 21 of the barracks.
Royal Guards - available at level 23 barracks.

Evony: How do you manage an army?

Server map. All cities of the server are displayed on the map with usernames. There are also resource points and monsters on the map.

On the map, you can sort the information and set which objects you want to show, such as alliances and resources. Also you can add objects to bookmarks and put tags: enemy, friend or favorites.

Choice of troops. When attacking a city or a monster, you can adjust the number of troops that will take part in the battle, as well as choose a general. Before the start of the march, the game indicates your chances of winning: very high or very low.

March. The further the distance to the object chosen for the attack, the longer the campaign and the return of the troops will take. If you decide to cancel the march, a certain amount of gems must be paid.

March size. This indicator determines the number of troops that you can send on a campaign to extract resources or to capture a city. To increase the size of the march, you need to improve the Place of gathering of troops, increase the game level and activate the Vip-level.

To get complete information about the number of troops, go to the appropriate tab in the Place of Gathering.

Monsters. For defeating them, you get good rewards in the form of resources, items and experience points. The higher their level, the better the reward, so destroy the monsters of the maximum level available to you.

Collection. To obtain resources, you can make trips to resource points. The higher the point level, the longer it takes to collect resources. The carrying capacity of the troops depends on the number of combat units directed to the resource point.

City defense. If you do not have a truce agreement, other users will be able to attack your city and get your resources. When attacking, you can cancel the marches of the troops and return them to the city, or ask for help from the members of the alliance.

In order for the allies to be able to help you in time, you need to teleport the city to the territory of the alliance.

You need to click on your wall and use 50 gems to put out the fire of your wall.

Declaration of war. After someone attacked you, you can join forces of the alliance and declare war on this player. At the Place of Gathering, you need to collect troops and send a march to the enemy’s city.

Evony: All About Teleporters

Teleport is a special function for changing the location of your city on the server map. You can move the city to any point on the server, as well as use specific coordinates to move.

You can get a teleport in the market, in the Wheel of Fortune, or purchase it in the store. There are 4 types of teleports in the game:

Adv City Teleporter - a teleport to move to the original location on the server map.
City Teleporter - a teleport to move the city to a random point on the map.
Alliance Teleporter - a teleport to move the city to the territory of the alliance or closer to the leader of the alliance.
Server Teleporter - A teleport to move a city to an enemy server during a Server War.

Use teleportation to form an Alliance, help and protect teammates.

Automatic teleportation. If your account has been attacked several times, and the HP of the city wall runs out, your city will be automatically transferred to another point on the map. This function is intended to help beginner players.

Subordinate city. The application does not provide the ability to teleport a subordinate city. Therefore, in the event of any teleportation, your subordinate cities will remain in their original place.

If you don’t have a teleport item, you can spend 2000 gems to move the city.

Special. Special items include Teleport, gaining experience points for the monarch, increasing the general’s stardom level. In this tab you can also find coupons for doubling the package, a hammer for breaking eggs, additional experience points for the general.

To be able to change the profile name, avatar, side of the military conflict, update missions, you must earn a special item.

Equipment. Here are all the items that bring additional skills and abilities to the general. You can also find items made in the forge.

Accelerators. By using acceleration, you can reduce the remaining time on the timer by the specified number of minutes. To reduce the time for training troops, building and research, you must use a special accelerator.

Resources. For completing tasks, winning battles, you can receive a reward in the form of a resource item. By using an item, you get the specified amount of one of the types of resources.

Items that give resources should not be used until they are useful to you.

Evony: Do I need to complete Quests and do Actions?

The Quests section lists all the tasks for which you can receive a reward in the form of resources, gold, experience points and special items. It is necessary to complete as many tasks as possible in order to get more resources and quickly develop the city and army.

The main quest. The task is related to the development of the city and the improvement of the army, its completion will help you consistently advance in the game. By clicking on the task, the hand will show you what and where to do.

Side quest. For each completed task, you receive a corresponding reward in the form of resources, gold, experience points and special items. Quests are related to building, training soldiers and gathering resources.

Actions. Every day the player is offered to complete 23 tasks and earn from 1 to 8 special points. The maximum number of points per day is 145.

Main buildings:

The main tower is the center of the city, it defines your position in the server. Also here you can get acquainted with the economic state of the city.
Walls are the first line of defense protecting your city.
Academy - Allows you to research and purchase general skill books.
Shrine / Temple - Allows you to receive rewards for donations.
Tavern - allows you to hire generals.
Watchtower - Sends information about attacking marches against your city.
Place of gathering - determines the number of troops that you can send to the battlefield.
Warehouse - protects part of your resources from being plundered by enemies, the amount of protected resources depends on the level of the warehouse.

To avoid looting, try to keep the amount of resources not exceeding the storage capacity to protect your resources.

City buildings:

Barracks - allow you to train troops.
Archer Camp - Allows you to create archers.
Stable - allows you to create cavalry.
Workshop - allows you to produce siege vehicles.
Market - Allows you to trade and tax resources.
Hospital - Heals injured soldiers.

Subordinate city. As soon as your main tower reaches level 11, you will have the opportunity to take possession of the subordinate city. The higher your level, the more subordinate cities you can open.

You can change the names of cities through the corresponding tab. All buildings in the subordinate city are built automatically, but you can use accelerating items.

Portal. This structure allows you to link the troops of the subordinate cities with the troops of the main city. From the list of subordinate cities, you select those that will provide support, after the portal is activated automatically.

Jail. After winning the battle, you will be able to choose to let go or use the labor of captured soldiers. If you release the captives, you will get experience points, if you make them work, you will receive additional resources.

Evony is a multiplayer strategy game, so you’ll need allies to defeat enemies and develop. By joining the Alliance, you can receive support and advice from other players.

Event. The war for the city of throne begins every weekend. In wartime, players can gather alliance troops and capture the city of the throne.

If the alliance captures the city of the throne and successfully defends it from other alliances within 5 hours, then the leader of the alliance will receive the status of the King of the server. After that, peace will reign in the city until the next round of the war.

Reinforcement. Alliance members can send reinforcements to the owner of the city of the throne during the war. The maximum number of reinforcements is determined by the level of the embassy of the owner of the city.

Reward. The server king receives the king’s package and sends gifts to other players and assigns them titles. Title mods are reset after the start of a new round of war.

Evony: All About Server War

Battles. The time spent on the enemy server is unlimited. You can stay there during the server war as long as you want, your cities cannot be attacked while you are on the enemy server.

During the first 4 days of the competition, the server war chat is not available. It will activate 24 hours before the SVS starts.

Teleport. During a server war, there are also no restrictions on the number of teleports from the source server to the enemy server and vice versa. However, for each teleportation, you will consume one element.

Source of Life. With the help of a source during a server war, you can restore 150k power. In this case, you can resurrect an unlimited number of fallen troops.

To resurrect troops, you need a certain number of elements, with each subsequent resurrection, the cost will increase. No additional resurrection resources are required.

The Source of Life will be available after the end of the server war for a few more days.

Rating. Your ranking in the server war depends on the number of game points earned. The number of points depends on the power of the server, the number of victories and defeats, and the number of battles.

League. All servers start the game with the Elite League. The server can enter the Major League when the number of war points reaches 8 top. The server can enter the Super League when the server war points reaches 3 vertices.

To take part in the battle, the account must be three days old.

Ways to earn points during a server war:

The Wars of Constantinople and Gaugamela are special alliance events, during which you need to earn points in order to receive rewards. In many ways, the mechanics of the event are similar, only the ways of obtaining points and rewards differ.

The beginning of the war. All users who wish to take part in the event must enter the battlefield and start battles or occupation of buildings. If the player decides to leave the battlefield before the end of the event, then he will lose all earned rewards.

To be the first to start capturing buildings, use the teleport to move to a specific point on the server map.

Reward. Prizes are distributed among the participants depending on the victory or defeat of the alliance in the war. The reward includes chests with gems, resources and items. Their number depends on the points scored: less than 250, from 250 to 499, from 500 to 799, from 800 to 1199, 1200 and more.

Score. As a reward, you can also get special dragon crystals and shopping pins from the Battlefield store. Here you can purchase rare items of resources, acceleration, etc.

War for Constantinople

An additional way to earn points is to fortify captured buildings. In this case, you can get 20% of the points from the occupation.

Monsters. There are 3 types of monsters on the battlefield: small, large and boss monster. The monsters on the map are updated every 5, 10 and 15 minutes. For killing them, you can earn from 1 to 35 points.

The Vikings Challenge is a temporary event in Evony that all users can participate in. Your task is to kill the Viking yourself or use the help of the alliance.

Complexity. Before the start of the event, you need to select the difficulty level. The higher the difficulty, the better the rewards will be at the end of the event.

The difficulty level is selected once and cannot be changed during the event.

Beginning of the game. The game’s plot is based on the war of civilizations. At the beginning of the game, you need to choose which side you will fight on. The side can be changed at any time if you have enough gems.

After choosing a side, training will begin, which will help you get up to speed faster. Since there are many activities in the game, start learning when you have free time in order to immediately grasp the main points.

Resources. The main resources of the game: provisions, timber, stones, ore, gold. Resources can be produced using buildings, received as a reward for completing missions, winning battles, mined on the server map.

Resources in buildings are not automatically mined, they must be collected manually.

Basic actions in the game:

Action queue. After the start of the action over the building, a countdown timer appears, and the queue tab appears on the main screen. You cannot start another action of the same type, you need to wait for it to finish, or reduce the waiting time.

By spending gems, you can increase the construction queue for several days. For 300 gems, you can hire a second builder for 3 days, and for 500 - a third.

Buildings should not be idle. At the time when you cannot enter the game, for example, sleep or study, build, research and perform the longest actions.
