Why don’t I have this feature? The developers reviewed your report and confirmed that this is not a game error. You may not have access to this function, or you may see different functions / levels available to you for the following reasons:

This feature may have been available to you for a limited time only;
Developers can test its stability on a limited set of players before making it public;
Your game has not been updated to the latest version;

How can I get free gems and bonuses? At the moment, the only way to earn Gems and Bonuses is by making an in-app purchase. Developers are now exploring other ways to make money.

We recommend that you turn on automatic updates so that the application is always up-to-date and has access to all the latest features. For this:

Where is my energy? You can earn 1 unit of energy every 30 minutes. Only 5 units of energy. If you run out of energy, you can replenish it with the help of Gems.

If your power is not recharging properly, try connecting to Wi-Fi and make sure your device’s time is set to the correct local time for your area.

Unlimited energy. When you receive Unlimited Energy for a purchase or a reward, the benefit is activated immediately. During this time, you can play the levels without using any energy. This energy is not suspended and will work even if you close the application.

How can I get more coins? You can earn more coins by playing and completing levels. Decorations for the room are purchased with coins.

The level is too hard. The developers have confirmed that all levels can be completed. The puzzles must be challenging for the game to be fun. Some levels cannot be completed on the first try. The developers understand that some levels can be difficult enough for some players. Constantly checking the levels and analyzing how the players are playing allows the developers to make adjustments to the difficulty of the levels.

How can I access other rooms? In order to access new and completed rooms, click on the blue house icon in the lower left corner of the game.

How can I collect more gloves? Gloves can be obtained in each puzzle when the DIY quest is active. However, you may not see any gloves if you complete the level too quickly without spending a lot of time on the puzzle. The more pieces you remove and add to a level, the higher the chances of gloves falling out. Try to make as many big moves as possible to increase your chances of collecting gloves!

Why am I not receiving keys? After you join or create a team, you can take part in the "Team Chest" event. There you can earn Keys by winning puzzle levels, but only while this event is active. In addition, you will not earn keys if you left the team you were on when the event of the week has already started. You need to wait until the next Commander Chest event starts to earn the keys for the team.

How does the bonus bank work? Unlock rewards in your bonus bank by winning levels. To unlock all the rewards, you need to win 12 levels without losing more than 10 times. If you lose 10 times, the rest of the rewards will remain blocked. You can purchase the rewards that you unlocked for 500 gems before the time runs out. This is an additional offer, but if you want to refuse, you can ignore this offer.

Why is the "By Design" function missing? The By Design feature is available on a limited basis. You will receive this function as a reward for completing levels.

I am no longer the leader of the team I created. The leader’s role will automatically change if the original leader is absent for more than 30 days, so the team can still act. Unfortunately, the Leader’s role cannot be restored by the maintenance staff. We recommend that you stay active in order to maintain your leadership role.

Team Rally (Review). Thank you for your interest in this feature! Here’s an overview:

Team Rally is a competition between 5 teams that can start every 23 hours;
The rally can be started by the group leader or co-leader;
Team members can choose / refuse to participate in the "Team Rally" tab;
To qualify, teams must have at least 10 participants;
Win levels with fewer attempts to capture more flags;
Each try will be used regardless of whether you win or lose;
Each puzzle has a time limit (15 minutes), so don’t leave your app unattended;
The final rank is determined by the most levels won and then by the number of flags captured.

When will you add more rooms? New permanent rooms are added periodically, and events are often available for players. Developers are always working hard on new content. Make sure you have the latest version of the game installed to get the latest content. If you already have the latest version installed, no further action is required.

The total number of keys does not match the progress of the team chest. In the progress of the Command Chest, only the keys received to the next level of the chest will be displayed. It does not reflect the total amount of Keys earned during the event.

For example, the screenshot below shows that the team earned 37 keys to chest level 2. This does not include the 50 keys your team earned to get to the first chest. Thus, your team has earned 87 keys in total.

Why do some teams have more than two attempts (team rally)? If the opposing team has more members, the smaller team can get additional attempts to equalize the attempts of each team. Please note that additional attempts are randomly applied to some team members and may change in each rally the team joins, depending on the size of the team.

Property Brothers: Obstacles

Houseplants. Clear the board so that the potted plant sinks to the bottom of the board.

Glass. Collect the colored block under the glass. Glass is also destroyed if a colored bomb is detonated under it.

Stuck block. Clean the nearby cells to release the obstacle stuck inside. Some obstacles may have additional layers, and you may need to reassemble a combination several times to clear the board.

The usual set of tools. Place the Sets next to them to remove them. Some obstacles may have additional layers and you may need to match them several times to clear the board.

Colored tool box. Place Boxes of the same color next to them to remove them. Some obstacles may have additional layers, and you may need to match them several times to remove.

Portals. Falling tiles fall into the Portal and teleport. To get to the Portal, place tiles of the corresponding color next to it.

Folded books. Place these tiles side by side to reduce their level. A total of three reductions are required.

Vase . Place tiles next to each other to clear them from the board.

Colored boards. Place tiles of the same color side by side to remove them. As with regular Planks, some colored Planks may have additional layers that require multiple alignments to clear the field.

Bricks. If the bricks are not matched, then they will spread to a new (adjacent) tile every turn.

Jar. Align Banks side by side to decrease them by one level. A total of two alignments are required.

Caution Tape. Surrounds a group of tiles, separating them from the board. They are cleared by completing the objective marked on the lock in this area.

Blocking. To remove it - make the appropriate combination and this will remove the obstacle.

Ceramic tile. This obstacle is subject to gravity and can only be destroyed by bombs, dynamite and TNT. Blow up once to destroy.

Cement brick. This obstacle is subject to gravity and can only be destroyed by bombs, dynamite and TNT. Blow up twice to destroy.

Pillow and feather. You need to get close to the Pillow to collect 1 Feather.

A tin of paint. Clear the paint cans from the tiles to activate and detonate the blaster in the direction of the paint can.

Colored jugs. Line up colored jugs of the same color side by side to clear them.

Colored cup. Match Colored cups of the same color to shrink them by one level. Only two reductions are required.

Colored teapot. Match Colored teapots of the same color to shrink them by one level. Only two reductions are required.

Kettle. It will take two hits to remove them. The first hit to turn on the fire under the Kettle, the second hit to remove the Kettle from the board. The match next to the Kettle will light a fire, but if there are no matches on the next move, it will take two hits again.

Switch . Align the tiles next to it to turn on the switch. When all switches light up, they will all be destroyed at the same time.

Chair. Clear the tiles so that the chair sinks to the bottom of the playing field.

Light bulb . The lights automatically turn on and off with each movement. To remove them, you need to activate a match next to them when they are on. Placing it next to an unlit light bulb will not remove it from your playing field.

Box of vases. Align next to the fields to randomly send one Vase across the board. If you hit the box several times in one move, the corresponding number of Vaz will be sent across the entire playing field.

A bunch of flowers. If you make tiles next to a 3-color Bunch of Flowers, they split into two randomly-placed 2-color bunches. If you place tiles next to a 2-color Flower Bunch, they split into two randomly placed single flowers.

Combining tiles next to a single flower will completely remove them from the playing field.

Gift . Matching the tiles next to the Gift will open it and you will find a mysterious tile or obstacle underneath.

Metal block. Can be destroyed with only one explosion with a boost in the game (e.g. Bomb, Dynamite, TNT).

Safe . Detonate any type of bomb to open the Safe. Approach the open Safe to remove it from the playing field.

Property Brothers: Boosters

Sledgehammer. Removes any tile from the field. You can only use 1 item in the game. When purchasing a 3-piece set, each item can only be used 1 time in different games.

Pre-charged fireworks. Fireworks can only be purchased as a pre-game bonus and start the level with a fully charged Fireworks counter. Tap the in-game indicator and select the color on the board to clear.

Bomb. Match 5 blocks at a time to make the Bomb appear. Each Bomb clears a 3x3 area.

Triple bomb. Start the level with three randomly placed Bombs on the board. Each Bomb clears a 3x3 area. You will only be able to purchase it as a promotion before starting the game.

Dynamite . Collect 7 blocks at a time to activate. Each Dynamite clears a rounded (no corners) 5x5 area.

TNT . Clears a rounded (no corners) 7x7 area. Activated by matching 9 blocks at a time. If you purchased it before the game, then the level starts with one randomly placed TNT on the board.

Property Brothers: Correct Game Settings

Can I reset my progress? It is impossible to reset your progress. Currently, you can only start a new game on a new device.

I have an old device. How do I transfer my account to a new device? You will need both devices to transfer your account.

On your old device:

Go to "Settings" - "Transfer account";
Select "This is an old device".

On your new device:

Go to "Settings" - "Transfer account";
Select "This is a new device";
Enter the code you see on your old device.

I don’t have an old device. How can I recover my account? If you do not know your old ID, please contact support:

Select "Contact Us" in the upper right corner of the screen;
Select "My Account" - "I want to restore my account";
Choose the option that best describes your situation.

Can I play on multiple devices at the same time? The app does not support syncing across multiple devices. Your progress can only be connected to one device.

Note: You may experience problems if you are playing the game on an unsupported device.

Why is my account blocked? Contact support with your ID so they can verify your account.

I wasted my gems by accident. Gems will only be debited from your account when they are used for in-game benefits (for example, energy replenishment, more moves, boosts). Unfortunately, there is no way to undo any of the in-game benefits.
