Woodoku: A beginner’s guide

Woodoku is an original puzzle game from Tripledot Studios. The game is built on the principle of Sudoku and is a great way to stretch your brains and kill your free time.

Main screen. The main screen of the game looks very simple and is not overloaded with different buttons. At the bottom of the screen there are buttons to go to the main screen, results and Adventures.

Settings. In the upper right corner there is a gear icon, by clicking on which you can go to the game settings tab. Here you can enable / disable the soundtrack, choose one of 15 languages, contact the support service or read the frequently asked questions.

Training. After you download the application and install the game, you will be offered to go through training and learn the rules of the game. You can skip the tutorial and go through it a little later using the corresponding button in the settings menu.

It only takes a couple of minutes to learn, so take some time to familiarize yourself with how the game works.

Results. In this section, you can study the statistics of your game in the main mode. The table reflects your results by the number of points scored for a certain period of time:

Woodoku: All About Basic Gaming Activity

The goal of the game is to place wooden figures on the playing field to add combinations and get points. When adding a combination, all involved wooden cubes disappear and free cells.

Available combinations:

The playing field. On the game screen there is a board of 81 cells, which add 9 squares 3x3 in size. Under the playing field are the pieces that the player needs to place on the board.

Shapes. There are 17 main figures in the game, some of which have mirror images. The minimum number of cubes in a figure is 1, the maximum is 5. The figures drop out on the playing field in a random manner, three pieces each.

Until you place all three pieces on the game board, new pieces will not appear.

Glasses. Points will be awarded for each combination of wooden cubes made. In the main game mode, your task is to score as many points as possible in order to break your previous record.

Bonuses. If you make several combinations at the same time, you will receive a doubling of points. Also, additional points can be obtained by making combinations one after another and getting a series of removing cubes from the playing field.

Woodoku: Tips for Placing Shapes

Concentrate. Passage of the main game activity and Adventure levels is not limited by time. Take your time, think over each move in order to add as many combinations of pieces as possible and earn more points, or to complete the task.

Make combinations. To get more points per move, you need to add several combinations at once, or form lines and squares one after another. Such an arrangement of figures will increase the number of points received and set new records.

Study the field. For each shape, you need to select a suitable place. Study the game board and determine all possible places for setting the figure, and then choose the most profitable and promising one.

Plan your moves. You do not know which shapes you will come across next and where they can be distributed. so that the game does not end quickly, always plan a place for large figures of five cubes, be it a vertical or horizontal strip, or an L-shaped figure.

Don’t leave white spots. Space on the game board is limited, so try to distribute the pieces evenly by connecting them to each other. Avoid the appearance on the board of white spots - empty cells for one cube, since it is quite difficult to fill such a cell due to the rarity of suitable pieces.

Woodoku: How do you complete the daily quests?

Daily task. The main page of the game displays the daily task and its progress. Every day you need to go through one level of the game and complete the task of gaining points or collecting crystals.

The calendar. In the upper left corner there is a calendar icon, by clicking on it, you can view the completed tasks for the month. Every day on which you solve the puzzle will be marked with an asterisk, the days you missed will remain unmarked.

Awards. For completing daily tasks during the month, you can earn four rewards in the form of different gems. The first reward awaits you for completing the first task, the second for three victories, the third for 10 victories, and the fourth for twenty-four victories.

Hurry up to get all the awards for the month, as the win counter is reset to zero every first day of a new month.

Gem collection. All earned rewards are stored in the Collection section; to go, click on the gem icon in the upper right corner. You can see how many rewards you managed to earn for each month you spent in the game and brag to your friends.

Woodoku: All About Adventure Walkthrough

Adventure is an additional gaming activity that is available to players several times a month. Your task is to complete all levels of the Adventure, completing the assigned tasks and earning special rewards.

Time. The time to complete the Adventure levels is limited. You have exactly seven days to complete all the tasks of the Adventure. A timer indicating the amount of time remaining is displayed at the top of the screen when you open the Adventure tab.

Map. The Adventure tab screen will display a level map with animated pictures of your adventure. As you progress through the levels, you can imagine a short journey and give free rein to your imagination.

Awards. By completing the tasks of the game and progressing from level to level, you can earn special rewards. Each adventure comes with five exclusive rewards, which will be saved in the Rewards section of the Adventures tab.

Levels. Each adventure includes completing 48 levels. At each level, you need to complete one of two tasks:

In order to get points, simply remove the cubes from the field, as in the main game activity. In order to get a crystal, it is necessary to make a combination of cubes with its participation, after removing a line or a square with a crystal, it will be credited to the player.
