Blood of the Titans: A Beginner’s Guide

The battle. In battle, you have to oppose an enemy deck, which consists of 5 cards. For a successful battle, you need to pay attention to such features of cards as the color of the elements, rarity, ability and characteristics. The battle is won if you win with three cards. However, the more cards you win in battle, the more rewards you can get. And for a complete victory, you will have the opportunity to receive an additional reward in roulette.

Element. Each card has its own element, which is displayed as an icon in its lower right corner. There are 6 elements in total: White, Black, Green, Red, Blue, Colorless. Each element has its own sworn enemy, against which the card has a bonus - an additional 25% to the attack. Cards of the Colorless element do not have a bonus against other elements, but such a bonus does not work against the Colorless cards themselves. White element against Black. Black vs. Green. Green vs. Red. Red vs. Blue. Blue versus White.

Type of. Each card has its own type, which is displayed as an icon in its upper right corner. There are 8 types of cards in total: Human, Inhuman, Inanimate, Animal, Monster, Magic, Draconid and Titan. Some cards can only work against a certain type of creature. This will be indicated in the description of the ability.

Ability. Each card has its own ability. Before sending a card into battle, you need to carefully study the conditions for triggering the ability. So, for example, some abilities can only be used against a certain type or element. Abilities can be triggered at the beginning of the battle (before the cards enter into battle with each other), at the beginning of the duel (when two cards went into battle against each other), during the battle (when the duel has already begun and the cards are attacking each other), during defense (when one card deals damage to another), etc. In addition, some abilities are triggered only once, and some can be used multiple times. Each ability has a chance to trigger, and the higher it is, the more likely the card will use it in battle.

Spells. To increase the chances of winning a card in a duel, you can use spells that are made in the Spell Orb or drop out as a reward. All available spells are placed on the panel on the right side of the screen. To activate the spell, click on it, and then on one of the allied or enemy cards. Spells are divided into offensive and defensive. Offensive spells are used against the enemy. Elemental Strike, Sundering, Failure, Curse of Weakness. Protective spells enhance their own cards. Charm, Luck, Maximum damage, Berserker, Gift of the Gods, Blood of Titans.

Level and rank of the card. The higher the level and rank of the card, the stronger it is. With each new level, the main characteristics of the card (attack and health) grow. As the rank of the card increases, the chance of triggering the ability increases. The card gets experience for the level in battle or during training in the Arena. Elemental stones are required to level up. The level of the card is indicated in its upper left corner. The rank of the card is earned through successful victories in battle or in the Arena. The rank of the card is indicated by yellow stars on the top border of the frame. All information about the amount of experience and victories can be viewed in the tabs of the map itself.

Other bonuses. Cards in battle receive additional bonuses from the active Improved Image, which gives + 10% to attack and health. In addition, the card receives an increase in attack and health characteristics from the following combat structures: Ristal, War balloon, Trap with spikes. Elemental Crystals give a bonus to their elemental cards. Attacking and defensive structures give a bonus to all allied cards when defending or attacking. Information about these bonuses is located in the effects panel on the left side of the screen.

Altar of images. With the help of the Altar of Skins, you can get new skins for your cards. With an increase in the level of the altar, the number of fragments obtained from one ritual also increases, as well as the chance of obtaining fragments for cards of the best rarity. To carry out the ritual, you need gold and illusion gems, which can be collected from the Gem Obelisk. If you do not have cards for which you can get a fragment of the image, then the ritual will be unavailable.

To perform the ritual, you will need Gems of Illusion. They can be obtained in quests, chests, and also purchased at the Shop. The ritual lasts 20 hours, but it can be accelerated for crystals. Upon completion of the ritual, you will receive random skin fragments for those cards that are already in your deck. If the image for the map is already fully assembled, then the fragments will no longer appear on it. By collecting fragments of images, you will gradually be able to open access to new images that will enhance the characteristics of the card by 20%.

Summoning portal. The summoning portal is used to obtain cards from soul shards. To carry out the ritual, you will need three shards of souls, the rarity of which also determines the chance of a rare card falling out. Upon completion of the ritual, you can receive either a card or a new shard of souls of increased rarity. To carry out the ritual, you need mana and shards of souls, which can be found in the Obelisk of shards, quests, castles of other players, chests, and also purchased at the Shop.

You can place three shards in the slots for the summoning ritual. Before the start of the ritual, you will find out the chance with which you will get a card or a new shard of souls. Upon completion of the ritual, you will receive a new card, a duplicate of the one already in your deck, or an improved soul shard. The rarity of the resulting card depends on the rarity of the shards used.

When attacking your castle, enemies will know that you have an active ritual, they will be able to try their luck in getting one of the fragments. The ritual will pause if your shard is stolen. To resume the ritual, you can win your shard back or insert a new one. When you install a shard of another rarity and level into an empty slot, the summoning ritual will start over.

Fractions. You can take part in the confrontation of factions from the 5th level of the player. Every week, two out of ten existing factions face off against each other in close competition. The weekly battle is divided into rooms of 50 people, in one of which you fight for the championship inside the room and earn victory points globally for the entire faction.

Joining the faction. Each battle mage who took part in the attack on the enemy castle declares himself to take part in the confrontation between the factions. After the first PvP battle, you will be assigned to one of the rooms and receive the banner of the faction, to which you will bring victory points. Each victory over an enemy in a PvP battle will increase the overall faction victory counter by one, as well as increase your personal victory counter inside the room. If you are defeated, you have nothing to lose.

Faction points. When you reach 10, 50, 100 points in the personal faction victory counter, you can open a free chest for each completed milestone. For further attempts to open the chests, crystals will be required, where the price increases with each opening.

Factional chests. Chests are divided into Gold and Silver 9 faction chests. At the end of the weekly battle, a total of all faction rooms are summed up and a single faction is chosen. Depending on the victory or defeat of your faction in the global account, you will receive a corresponding chest as a reward.

Backs of cards. Among the rewards for faction chests, you can get a card back for the faction under whose banner you fought all week. Depending on the place occupied by the faction, the active shirt will add a bonus to the abilities of creatures when defending the castle: + 6% for the first place and + 3% for the second place. The bonus is valid for a week and applies to those shirts whose factions participated in the battle.

Improvements to maps. As you win battles, your cards gain experience and become stronger. Raise the rank and level of the card in time when it gains enough experience. With each level, the attack and health of your card increases. Each victory of your creature counts towards its personal rank. Upon reaching a certain number of victories, you can increase the map’s veterancy. Help the map go from Recruit to Elite and unlock all the power of its ability.

Collect special fragments on the Altar of Images. When the required number of image fragments is collected, you can activate the Improved type of creature, which will give it an additional + 20% to the characteristics of attack and health. With a sufficient amount of resources or filling the experience bar, icons appear on the map, by clicking on which you can go to the improvement window.

Amulets inserted into the card directly affect the creature’s abilities in battle, making it tenacious, deadly, or agile. To improve amulets and increase the card, you need elemental stones, which can be obtained during the development of the Castle.

Rating and selection. Attacking players will allow you to replenish resources, obtain valuable illusion gems, pause an active summoning ritual, and also allow your creatures to increase their combat experience. Every week your rating is reduced by 5%, and you will receive golden keys as a reward. The number of awards depends on your position in the leaderboard.

Selection of the enemy. To successfully defend and carry out attacks, your deck must match the playing level and the development of the city. The selection of the enemy is carried out according to the strength of the ten strongest cards from your collection. The strength of your opponents grows with yours, but does not exceed 20%. Rating points are awarded depending on the strength of the enemy deck. The stronger the enemy, the more rating points you will receive for defeating him. Defeating a weak enemy deck will bring you the minimum points.

Stolen resources. Up to 100% of the accumulated resources and up to 25% from the Citadel and storages can be stolen from mines and wells of enemy cities. You will also have the opportunity to get a Soul Shard if the enemy Summoning Portal was charged at the time of your attack.

With revenge, you can return the stolen shard, as well as get the enemy’s resources accumulated in mines, storage facilities and the Citadel.

VIP status. Make in-game purchases and get VIP status points. After collecting the required number of points, you will permanently increase your status. The higher the level of the VIP-status, the more bonuses are active. Status points can be obtained for the purchase of various positions in the Shop and promotions. Before making a purchase, you will see how many VIP points you can get for it. You can view your status, as well as the list of bonuses, in the player’s profile.

As the status level increases, so does the number of bonuses. They begin to operate from the moment you receive VIP status. The available bonuses are displayed as a list. In addition, for obtaining a new VIP status, you will be credited with a one-time reward, which may include cards and various useful resources.

Blood of the Titans: Guide to the main characteristics of the cards

Map level. When you receive a new card, its level depends on the average level of the combat deck. The higher it is, the more powerful cards you will receive from the Portal, tournament, chest and other places. For example, if you have level 19-21 cards in your battle deck, you will most likely get a level 20 card. There is a limitation here, you cannot get a new card with a level above 50, but nothing prevents you from raising the development threshold and pumping any card to level 80.

The maximum level for all cards is 80, however, every 5 levels you need to increase the card’s development threshold for the elemental stones if you want to improve the card’s characteristics further. To increase the threshold for the development of a card, it is often necessary to improve the Elemental Tower of the corresponding color.

The rarity of the card. There are cards that are encountered by all players - for example, ordinary cards from the Summoning Portal. Other cards are more difficult to get, and the more difficult it is to get a card, the more valuable it is, and its characteristics are higher. Therefore, all players want to get as rare cards as possible in their deck. The type of rarity can be easily distinguished by the stone in the upper left corner of the map:

Elemental color and types of creatures. Each color has an advantage in combat over another color - in this case, additional damage is inflicted. For example, Reds hit Blues harder. It is easy to guess who the card deals additional damage to if you look at the back of the opponent’s cards - there is a hint: Red - Blue - White - Black - Green - Red (and further in a circle). There are also cards with unique colors, for example, Two-color or Colorless cards. These are very rare cards and are therefore highly prized by players.

Types of creatures. The abilities of some cards only work against certain elements or types of creatures. As for the types of creatures, they are as follows:

The type of creature is important when choosing and improving amulets.

The rank of the card. Gold stars on a card represent the rank (rank) of the card. The more stars, the more opponents the card defeated and the stronger it is. New ranks are opened for defeating a certain number of enemies, for example, by defeating 50 opponents, the card will be able to raise the rank from Recruit to Warrior and receive a second star. Each new rank enhances the main characteristics of the card. All available ranks:

Button for flipping cards. In the viewport, you can switch in both directions between cards and interact with them without going back to the deck screen.

Slot for amulets. Initially, each card has one amulet slot. But with the growth of the player’s level, you will be able to cut out the second and third slots in your cards, thereby gaining the opportunity to insert up to three amulets into the card. Given the advantages that amulets give cards, this should not be neglected. To add new slots, you will need:

Combat characteristics and ability of the card. Below the image of the card are indicated: the attack power, the amount of health, the name of the special ability and the chance of its use in battle. The characteristics of the card increase with the increase in level and rank, and also depend on the inserted amulets. The higher the level of the amulet, the more influence it has on the values ??of the characteristics. Each card has a special ability, thanks to which it can strengthen itself or allies, instantly destroy the enemy, avoid lethal damage, etc. There are many abilities in the game, and most of them are unique and are found on only one or a few cards.

Chance of application. Any ability has a chance to be used. The higher this chance, the more often the ability will trigger in battle. If you want the card’s ability to be used more often, insert the Amulet of Fortune into the card, use the Luck spell and look for other cards in the game that increase the chances of allies. The abilities of cards such as Great Serpent Dragon work a little differently. For such cards, the ability always works, and the percentage is responsible for the effectiveness of its use. For example, a snake increases the attack and health of all allied dragons by the specified percentage.

The moment of using the ability:

Ability types. Abilities are divided into mass and single. Mass abilities affect all allied / enemy cards on the battlefield. In turn, singles affect only one card. Certain conditions must be met for some abilities to work. For example, the Snow Centaur card reduces the damage received from enemy cards, but provided that the enemy is a human card.

It is very important to pay close attention to the conditions for triggering the ability. After all, with the correct use of the card, you will surely win up over the enemy.

Tab - Characteristics. The card characteristics window is initially open. In this window, you can find out the number of victories gained to increase the rank, the experience of the card and a description of its ability.

Bookmark - Images. In total, a card can have up to three unique images:

The card can open an improved image upon reaching the rank of Veteran - 3 stars. And the best is the Premium skin, available only to some cards for crystals.

Bookmark - Description. Each card has its own story, secret legend or forgotten myth. After reading the description of the map, the player can learn a lot of interesting things about the vast world of the Blood of the Titans and the creatures that inhabit it.

Spraying. A button to destroy the map in exchange for receiving elemental stones. If for some reason you decide that you no longer need a specific card, click the Spray button and get the element stones corresponding to the color of the card. The higher the level of the card, the more element stones you can get from it. Attention: a card can be sprayed only if you have more than 20 cards, and the required card is removed from the combat deck into free cards.

Blood of Titans: Card Rarity

Concept. Each card in the game has a certain level of rarity. The higher the rarity, the more powerful characteristics the card has, and the more dangerous and versatile its ability. With a few exceptions, higher rarity cards have a significant advantage over less rare ones. The rarity of the card can be recognized by the color of the stone in the upper left corner of the image or in the description on the right. There are currently six levels of card rarity in the game:

Normal. The basic level of rarity in the game. The cards have starting abilities that introduce beginners to the principles of using skills in battle. They have poor characteristics. Can only be obtained in the Summoning Portal by using Normal Soul Shards in a ritual.

Unusual. Uncommon cards have a fairly wide and varied range of abilities that deepen and complement combat strategy, although many of them remain limited to actions on a number of cards. The characteristics are stronger than those of cards with the usual rarity level, in terms of the number they also surpass the basic ones. In general, starting with Uncommon cards, there is a full-fledged card strategy and selection of abilities to achieve success. All cards of the Uncommon level of rarity can be obtained in the Summoning Portal.

Rare. The third level of rarity, which, along with higher levels of rarity, can be used in decks up to level 80. Many Rare cards already have fewer or no restrictions on abilities, which allows them to be used against any enemy card. They generally have strong characteristics, they can successfully resist in attack and defense. The backbone of the deck in the middle of the game. Certain Rare cards, such as Spriggan of Darkshire, Sons of the Tower, cannot be obtained from the Summoning Portal. The process of obtaining Rare cards is already more difficult.

Epic. The basis of high-level decks, a desirable and difficult type of rarity to acquire. Epic cards no longer have limitations in abilities, or, if they do, are extremely effective against a number of cards. They have high parameters of level, health, chance and tactical capabilities. Only a part of Epic cards can be obtained in the Summoning Portal, the rest can be obtained in tournament chests or by finishing in the top 25 of the corresponding tournament, as well as in clan chests, mithril chests and in-game currency.

Legendary. The pinnacle of card evolution, the rarest and most powerful cards. Legendary includes 5 Titans of the Elements, 5 Old Gods and 5 Relics. One Titan and one Old God can be obtained after completing the quest chain for them, the rest can be obtained with a degree of probability in the Summoning Portal. Relics can only be obtained with the help of a special tournament for them. Legendary cards make a significant contribution to achieving victory on the battlefield and are a must at high levels of the game.

Promo. A unique type of card rarity. Such cards can only be obtained from tournament chests or by finishing in the top 25 in the corresponding tournament. Promo cards are often characterized by exceptional abilities that can help you build your deck as you see fit. For example, the Mother Nature promo card allows you to collect cards of different elements in one deck without the need to supplement with Titans, i.e. you can add more cards with effective abilities. Or, instead of the leader of some element, you can put the Mother and strengthen even more cards of one element.

Advantage of rarer cards. The higher the rarity level of a card, the greater its overall combat power. Attack and health parameters will be higher, which means that the chances of winning will also increase. Some cards of the Epic level can be weaker in attack and health than Rare and even Uncommon, but then they compensate with a strong ability that can turn the tide of battle. An example of the difference in performance is shown in the screenshot above.

In addition to the difference in health and attack, cards with different rarities also differ in their abilities. Some abilities, for example, poison, hypnosis, evasion, inflicting several hits in a row with an increase in the rarity of the card, become stronger and affect either all or most of the opponent’s cards. For example, the Poisonous Anaconda and Wyvern cards have the ability to poison an enemy card, as a result of which it loses health points every turn.

Anaconda, as you can see in the illustration, has a lower chance of using poison and it only affects cards of the Human, Inhuman and Animal types, so its ability is easily blocked with any card of a different type. The wyvern, on the other hand, has a higher chance and can already poison any card, regardless of its type, so it is more difficult to defeat and you will have to be more tactful. All these nuances combined give rarer cards a much better chance of winning for the same upgrade costs.

Blood of the Titans: Overview of Card Types

Concept. In addition to rarity, cards also differ in their type, and each has its own characteristics and conventions. You can determine the type of card by the icon in the upper right corner of the image or in the description on the right. There are 8 types of cards in the game:

Titanium. A versatile and unique type of creature. Titans have the ability at the beginning of the battle to increase the attack and health of all cards of the same element as the Titan itself. In addition, Titans are immune to a range of other card abilities, making them dangerous enemies and irreplaceable in battle. To top it off, Titans have very high attack and health stats. A separate subspecies of the Titans are the Old Gods - storage cards that become stronger the more allies of their elements in battle. Each of the Old Gods in a deck dominated by one color becomes one of the most dangerous enemies and is difficult to defeat.

Human. Human is a type of creature that has a number of attacking abilities, an advantage against Dragons and evil forces. They have good attack and health parameters. In general, it turns out to be a reliable type of cards, support and support both in the offensive and in defense.

Inhumans. Insidious creatures that are difficult to kill and that can deal a lot of damage in a short time. The abilities of Inhumans are tied to preventing damage on their own from different types of creatures, changing their characteristics at the beginning of the battle and increasing their vitality by resurrecting, regenerating and striking first. Often they have not the highest health indicator, but a large attack.

Inanimate. A small but dangerous class of cards, which mainly acts on the principle of reducing the received damage through negative effects, or using defensive abilities. Some Unliving creatures can, due to their abilities, accumulate attack and health up to huge values, or they can kill a card of any type.

Magical. A fairly diverse and numerous type of creatures. Many cards do not differ in serious parameters of attack or health, but with might and main they compensate for this with their abilities. Magical creatures have a very wide range of abilities: there is a lot of blows, hypnosis, damage reduction, there are storage cards, instant kill, abilities with a double effect, cards that disable abilities or cancel negative effects on themselves. This variety gives magic cards the ability to change the course of battle and adapt to the situation.

Animal. A formidable type of cards with high health and attack indicators. They are characterized by a wide variety of all kinds of effects (poison, blindness, stasis, bleeding, trampling, weakening, etc.). Basically, the cards are attacking, whose task is to kill the enemy card as quickly as possible. Among the beasts there is a leader who strengthens the Beasts and gives them a huge advantage in battle.

Monster. One of the most numerous types of creatures in the game and no less varied in abilities. Many leaders are Monsters, including their own leader, who empowers all Monsters in the deck; cards with mass abilities, attackers, drives.

Draconid. The smallest creatures in the game, but one of the most dangerous and powerful. Dragons have a number of advantages against various types of creatures with the exception of Titans, which makes it possible to use them in almost any situation. High parameters, strong abilities make Dragons an extremely important acquisition for a combat deck. They also have their own leader, making them even more dangerous.

What is important to know about creature types? During battles, the main thing is not to forget about the strengths and weaknesses of different types of creatures. Depending on which type of creature the card belongs to, some abilities will work worse, better, or not at all. For example, the Demon of the Underworld card will be extremely effective against 3 elements: green, blue and white, as indicated in the description. Therefore, against the other two elements, he will be a weak help in battle.

The Grave Harpy is not a dangerous opponent in and of itself, but it will often prevail against Humans and Non-Humans. Therefore, gradually, in order to achieve success, the deck should be completed with those creatures that will be successful against as many enemy cards as possible, or will mutually complement each other or not interfere. A successful combination of different abilities without mutual interference and maximum amplification with different abilities will be the key to easy victories.

Day of the creatures. Periodically, each type of card receives a 24-hour bonus in honor of the day of a certain type of creature. While the bonus is in effect, a power-up icon appears on cards of this type, and the cards themselves receive an increase in characteristics. There is also a Day of the Elements in the game, but the Day of the Creatures and the Day of the Elements never happen on the same day.

Blood of the Titans: Map Element Guide

Varieties of elements of cards and their capabilities. In the game, the whole variety of cards, with rare exceptions, is subordinated to five types of powerful elements:

There is one more element - colorless - but it does not have its own elemental stone. All of them differ from each other not only in color, but also in the capabilities characteristic of each specific element. The elements, in turn, were enclosed in five element stones.

The use of elemental stones. Elemental stones are a very common and indispensable resource for developing a deck throughout the game.

Raising elemental amulets. Elemental amulets, unlike ordinary ones, can only be inserted into the card of your element, and their level can be increased only for stones of the same element.

Each of the elemental amulets has different properties:

Raising the level of cards. Every five levels of the map, an increase is available, which occurs due to the stones of the elements. The main sources for replenishing the stock of elemental stones are daily chests, a golden chest for golden keys, in tournament chests, Catacombs, an Obelisk of the Elements, an alchemist’s shop, as a gift for daily entry into the game, when completing daily tasks, in quests and events, in roulette for 5 wins. The fastest way to purchase stones is to buy them at the Shop from a merchant.

Priorities of cards of different elements. Depending on the color of the element, each card receives priority in battle over a certain element. This advantage is expressed in an increase in attack characteristics by 25%, as well as a bright glow of the element icon on the map frame in the lower right corner during combat.

A hint of which element has the advantage can be seen on the backs of enemy cards right during the battle:

Non-standard cards

Some cards go beyond one element or all elements in general. Such cards have their own advantages and conditions for improvement.

1. Two-color cards. Two-color cards are notable for the fact that they combine two elements at once and have an increase over two opposite elements at once, according to the spectrum. To improve two-color cards, you will need a set of stones of two different elements, to which this card belongs. Also, two-color cards are notable for the fact that you can insert two elemental amulets at once, corresponding to the elements of the card.

An exception will be the cards of the black-green element - only one of the two elemental amulets can be inserted into them, because Black Amulet of Vice and Green Amulet of Life are of the same Support type.

2. Colorless cards. Another interesting type of cards that can be obtained during the game are colorless cards. Such cards do not belong to any of the five elements and do not have priority over any element in their original form. The lack of color makes colorless cards versatile for use in decks of different elements. Some of the colorless cards have unique abilities. For example, the Chameleon Dragon can adapt to the main color of the deck of allied cards, or the Many-Faced Demon, which at the beginning of the battle takes on a random color and will deal increased damage if the color of its element has priority over that of the enemy.

These abilities greatly expand the possibilities of cards for use in mono and mixed decks. Colorless cards are a special element that does not have one specific stone. All five elemental stones are needed to upgrade such cards. Colorless cards have their own unique elemental amulet - the Amulet of Kings. To improve this amulet, no elemental stones are required, and the upgrade itself takes place for gold resources.

3. Cards that change color - painters. However, fortune in the face of randomness does not always favor the players. In this case, "painters" cards can come to the rescue. They received this name from the players for their ability to change the color (repaint) from three to five cards of the opponent’s battle deck at the beginning of the battle. In this case, the "painter" card changes the color of the enemy’s cards to the color with the lowest advantage in battle, according to the elemental priority scheme, turning the enemy’s card into an irreconcilable enemy in the elemental color. That is why this ability of all five of the "painters" cards was named the Sworn enemy.

This play of color can not only bring chaos to the ranks of the enemy’s cards, but also significantly lower their priority in battle, which will lead to inevitable and crushing defeat.

Mono and mixed decks of cards

Of all five elements, each player can choose the one he likes, and, due to his personal preferences, make a deck consisting of cards of one element - a mono deck - or different elements - a mixed deck. Mono deck example:

Mixed deck example:

Among the variety of abilities, there are those that take into account the number of elemental cards on the battlefield. So, some cards increase the damage from the ability at the beginning of the battle from the number of allies of their color, for example, Lord of Ash. And there are cards that increase their characteristics, taking into account all cards - both enemy and allied. For example, the Goliath Mantis.

Blood of the Titans: A Guide to PvP Battles

Concept. PvP battles are an opportunity for players to attack each other. For participating in battles with players, you can get gold and mana, shards, fragments of amulets, tokens, as well as a rating that reflects your combat skill. To get into the battles from the window of your city, you must press the button with the swords.

Blood drops. The main resource for attacking other players is Blood Drops. The cost of one attack is 5 units. Blood drops are replenished automatically in the top bar of your city. The limit of replenished drops can be increased up to 50 units by purchasing "drops of blood +" in the shop. The number of drops on the balance sheet can be significantly higher than the limit, they will not disappear and will not disappear.

The enemy city. If there are enough resources on your account, click on the button to find your opponent. If at the time of your attack in the enemy city there is a Summoning Portal charged for the ritual, you will have a chance to steal one of the shards from this city.

On the screen of an enemy city, you can perform actions marked in the screenshot with numbers, namely:

  1. See the player’s rating, and how many resources you will receive from the city for a 5-star victory.
  2. View cards in the enemy deck for crystals. Having opened the opponent’s deck once, you can freely look into it until the attack timer expires.
  3. Look at your deck and change cards if the situation calls for it.
  4. If for some reason the proposed opponent does not suit you, you can search for a new opponent for 5 drops of blood.
  5. 2 minutes are allotted to consider the attack. At the end of the timer, if you do not press the "Battle!" Button, you will be returned back to the screen of your city. By clicking on the "Battle!" Button, you are taken directly into the battle itself.
  6. The "Home" button will immediately return you to your hometown, without waiting for the end of the attack timer. Resources spent on finding the enemy are not refunded.

Fighting. Who starts the fight first is determined by chance. In battle, you are presented with the following information and capabilities:

  1. Opponent’s name. If this is a quest, then the name of the quest opponent will be written in this part of the screen.
  2. Your position in battle. In the battle with the enemy, there are two positions: A) You are defending, you see the opponent’s card, and it goes first. C) You attack, do not see which card the enemy will put up and go first.
  3. Combat timer that counts down 5 minutes. If the battle is not completed during this time, you will be automatically considered defeated.
  4. In a PvP attack, the "Surrender" button does not work, but in other types of battles - quest, raid, catacombs - the battle can be ended this way.
  5. The active buffs from buildings are shown on the right side of the screen. For the enemy deck, these are the Spike Trap and Rustalis buildings. For your deck - War Balloon and Catapult. If these buildings in the city are completely destroyed, then the bonus from them in battle will no longer be.
  6. Spells available to you in battle. Each spell can be used once per battle. More details about Spells can be found in the Reference.
  7. Battle progress - how many cards won. Please note that there is no "Draw" outcome in the game, there is always 1 winner and 1 loser.

Rewarding. For defeat in battle, you lose rating points. For winning - you get rating points and resources indicated in the city you attacked. The more stars you took in the battle (the more your cards won), the more resources you will receive as a reward. All uncollected resources can be stolen from the mines of the players, and resources that go beyond their capacity are threatened in the Citadel and Vaults. For a complete victory of 5 stars, you will receive all the resources that were indicated in the player’s city during the attack, as well as the ability to spin a win-win roulette.

If during the attack in the player’s city it was said about the fragments, then when you win, you can use 3-5 attempts (depending on the number of winning cards) to find the shard in the cell. The exact amount of rating for a victory depends on the ratio of the ratings of the opponents. If the difference is in your favor, you will receive less rating for a victory, and vice versa - the stronger your opponent was, the more rating you will receive by defeating him.

League. There are 10 leagues in total:

In order to get into the league room, you need to make a PvP attack with any outcome. After the battle, you will be taken to the league tournament, a room of 25 people. As soon as the required number of participants is reached, the timer starts counting down until the end of the tournament. As a result, the top 3 players will receive the main prize and advance to the next league. The rest of the players will receive incentive prizes based on their success.

The main prize for winning the Diamond League is the Succubus card. The main prize for winning the Onyx League is the Many-Faced Demon card.

Attack log. If you are not in the game and your shield is not active, then your city is open for attacks by other players. As soon as the first attacker makes a successful attack, your city will lose unprotected resources that were on top of the storage capacity, and a shield is activated, the duration of protection of which depends on the number of stars received by the enemy during the attack:

You can find out about all attacks carried out on you from the Journal tab.

Please note that the same player can attack your city an unlimited number of times, until he makes a successful attack. After he defeats you, you will receive a shield and will already be protected from any attacks until you make an attack or the shield expires. However, if you have a subscription activated, then you have a unique shield that is not removed when you go to PvP on other players.

Retribution. You can retaliate against those players who defeated you and stole resources. If you win revenge, you can be guaranteed to return the stolen shard, raise your rating, and also get the enemy’s resources accumulated in mines, citadels and storage facilities. Retribution does not cost you blood resources, but losing it will lose your rating.

With this outcome of the battle, you have the opportunity to make two more retaliation attempts, but for the crystals. To commit revenge, you must press the "Retribution" button. After that, you are taken to the screen of an enemy city, where the situation develops further as in normal PvP. You can also look at the opponent’s cards and find out how many resources you will receive from him in case of victory.

TOP 100. Each player has a rating that grows or is taken away in case of victories and defeats. Highly rated players enter the TOP 100 tab, where they compete among themselves for the highest place on the leaderboard. Every week your rating is reduced by 5% and you receive golden keys. The higher the rating, the higher the reward.

Fractions. There are 9 factions in total:

Each faction has its own flag and card back, which will give an additional bonus to card abilities when defending your castle. At the beginning of each week, you can choose one of the three presented factions and your victories will be automatically credited to its account. After choosing a faction, you can independently track your successes, both collective and individually.

Faction rewards. 1 win = 1 point. The more points your faction gains in a week, the more chances it has of winning and the better the winning chest will be. Also, the larger your personal account, the more chests you can open. The maximum number of free chests is 3. Subsequent chests are opened in unlimited quantities for crystals.

Card backs can be obtained as a reward only from a faction chest, and the shirt itself will be the faction for which you fought. The backs of cards of the three factions that participated in the battle last week have a bonus corresponding to the occupied place in the new week:

Chests. For various actions in the game, including the weekly rating, you will receive golden keys as a reward, which can be spent on opening chests, which contain valuable resources for developing and strengthening your deck.

Blood of the Titans: Clan Guide

Joining a clan. So, you have reached the 7th level and now the Clan Hall building is available to you. After construction, open the "Clans" tab through the Clanhall itself, or by clicking on the button that is on the left in the player’s city. When you first visit, you can choose a clan from the ones suggested by the game - these are the most suitable clans for you. Of course, you can join not just these, but "Find a clan" by name or through the "Top 100 clans".

Also, on your first visit, you will have access to the "Create a Clan" option, which will cost you 2500 crystals. It will be much more expedient at the beginning of the game to find another use for these crystals and join an already created clan.

To find out more about the clan you are interested in, you need to click on the "Details" button. A window with information about the clan will open, and you can join it. Some clans limit PvP rating entry. If you like the clan, but your rating is lower, you can write to the Archmage - sometimes they make concessions and lower the requirements.

What do you need to know when choosing a clan? When choosing a clan, pay attention to such an important parameter as Activity - the higher the percentage in this column, the more efforts are put by the clan players for its development and the more often they enter the Game. Do not forget about the Clan League - the higher it is, the stronger the opponents of the clan and the higher the requirements for its members, for example, the high level of the player and his cards. The number of people in the Clan is also important, as this will allow you to assign assistants to various buildings of your Castle, for example, to the Servant’s House, which will speed up the construction of your buildings.

Resource sharing. In the Clan Hall, Clan members exchange Amulets Fragments and Creature Tokens - these are valuable resources needed to improve amulets and enhance your cards. Any clan member can once every 6 hours send a request for the Fragments and Tokens he needs, and at any time he can fulfill the requests of other members, receiving Loyalty Points for this. Upgrading the Clan Hall increases the number of Fragments and Tokens that other Clan members can give you. The higher the level of the building, the more resources you can receive for one request.

Loyalty points and chests. What else is the Clan useful, besides the possibility of exchange in the Clan Hall? At the initial stage, try to earn more such a resource as Loyalty Points - this is an in-game currency for which you can open a Clan chest in the game’s shop. These points are given literally for all actions in the Clan - the exchange of Fragments and Tokens in the Clan Hall, gifts for improving Clan Titles and buildings, active participation in the Clan battle.

In the Clan chest for Loyalty Points, in addition to useful resources, you can drop Rare and Epic cards - Leaders, which will help you significantly strengthen your deck. Such cards have a massive skill that can give certain advantages to allied cards or simply increase some of their characteristics in battle, or, on the contrary, weaken the opponent’s cards during the battle. Visually, they differ from other cards by the presence of a crown in the upper left corner above the card’s level designation, and it is impossible to put two such cards in the deck at the same time.

Leaders from chests. Rare leaders in the Clan chest:

Epic Leaders in the Clan Chest:

An exciting but difficult path along the main quest awaits you ahead. Collect Loyalty Points, open Chests and the time will come when your deck will find a leader - a powerful ally who will facilitate this task.

After the introduction. After the introduction, you will see the Clan Castle screen. Only clan members have access to it, and there is a lot of important information for you here:

  1. Defense deck modifiers. Bonuses and penalties for cards in your defensive deck.
  2. Loyalty points. The currency you accumulate, for which Clan chests are opened.
  3. Clan requests. Go to the screen for exchanging Fragments and Tokens between clan members.
  4. Clan chest. Go to the Shop to open clan chests.
  5. Protective deck. Do not forget to change your defensive deck in accordance with the modifiers so that your cards have advantages and avoid penalties in Clan battles.
  6. Information about the clan. You can see who is in the clan besides you, see their decks, titles, and also leave the clan if necessary.
  7. Clan Battles Counter. The day of the battle and the time until the end of the current day. By pressing the button "Fight!" You find yourself in a Clan battle.
  8. Battle schedule. Here you can see the schedule by day, how many points have been scored by which clan, and by clicking on the "Leaders" button, you can see the rating of the current Clan battle.

Clan battles. By joining a Clan, you get access to a new game mode - Clan Battles. Within the League, 6 clans are recruited, including yours, and within five days between them there are battles for valuable prizes and advancement in the Leagues. There is one important condition here - the Clan becomes a member of the Clan battle if there are enough members in its ranks to become defenders and take all the places on the battle map. Clan defenders are randomly placed on the battle map, with the exception of the Tower Guards, who are always located in front of the Archmage.

On this screen, you see the following important information:

Rewards in Clan battles. After all 5 days of the clan battle are over, it will be time to get the trophies. The higher the clan’s place in the top, the more generous the rewards. Depending on where the Clan took after five days of Clan battles, the following chests will be available to participants:

You can open up to three such chests - the number of openings depends on how many Fame Points you brought to the Clan during five days of battles. And again in such chests, in addition to useful resources, you can get cards of various rarities:

Clan titles and buildings. All members of the clan, except for its creator, begin with the position of an Acolyte. The Clan Archmage and his Advisors can appoint other members to higher positions for their contribution to the life of the clan and the active game. All titles give bonuses both to their owner and to all other members of the clan. Title Descriptions:

If you are the Archmage, make sure that clan members are assigned to all open positions, otherwise the title bonuses will not work. The Archmage and Advisors can replace people in positions, but not more often than once every 24 hours.

Blood of the Titans: Secrets of Obtaining and Using Crystals

Concept. Crystals are the most valuable game currency. With their help, you can purchase various resources, additional workers, unique cards, speed up and save progress, and much more. The number of crystals is displayed in the upper right corner on the screen of the playing field (see screenshot). Crystals can be obtained both for free and for real money. First, let’s talk about free methods.

Free ways to get crystals. These include:

Crystals in chests. Chests - there are a lot of chests in the game, and in almost every one you can get the coveted currency. Some of them:

Paid ways. The main difference between this method is that you spend VK votes to buy crystals.

Crystal tree. The shop sells a tree of crystals. The difference from the usual purchase of crystals is that with the help of a tree you get a certain amount of crystals every day - the total amount of crystals will be more, but their receipt is stretched out in time. Crystal trees are available for 7, 30 and 90 days. The longer the period, the more profitable the purchase. After purchasing, the tree goes to your castle. At the end of the period, the tree will dry out. But you can always water it, and it will start bringing crystals again. Watering is cheaper, so take your time digging up a dead tree.

Methods for using crystals

The game has a lot of useful and interesting things that you can spend crystals on. But where should a newbie spend crystals in the first place?

1. Resources. For the harmonious development of the gameplay, beginners must first of all strengthen the economic indicators of buildings and structures of the city, as well as strengthen its defenses. To do this, in the shop, it is advisable to spend crystals to buy gold and mana, until the gold mine and mana well reach high levels, when they themselves can compensate for the resources necessary for the development of the city.

In order to expand and significantly increase the combat power of your deck of cards, the shop provides for the purchase of soul shards, elemental stones, fragments of amulets and tokens. You can also purchase all these resources for crystals.

2. House of the servants. Acquisition of another servants’ house in the shop, division of the building, will speed up the development of the city twice. The sooner you build a second house, the better.

3. Additional places for maps. As you play, you will receive new cards. The main battle deck consists of 10 cards. The rest of the cards are stored in an additional deck (storage), which has its own limit. Crystals come in handy to add five extra card storage locations.

4. Saving progress. It often happens that defeating the boss is not easy, because for this you need to win three times in a row. Crystals will also come to the rescue to keep the progress made in battle.

5. Buying cards. Another good way to use crystals is to buy the desired card. To do this, go to the Call Portal and click on the Buy Cards button. In the window that appears, you will see three cards to choose from. After a day, the offer will be updated and other cards will appear. But if there is no time to wait, then the offer can be renewed for crystals.

6. Tournament chests. Some of the rare types of cards (epic, legendary, promo cards) can only be obtained by becoming the winner of the mages tournament. Not everyone, even experienced players, can win the tournament. For this reason, the game provided for the purchase of keys for tournament chests for crystals.

Additional uses for crystals

In addition to the above, there are other ways of nesting crystals.

1. Energy. Purchase of energy and drops of blood in the shop. The more energy you have, the faster you will be able to complete quests, achieve more victories, advance higher in the tournament table, etc.

2. Acceleration of action. For crystals, you can speed up many aspects of the game, for example:

3. Clan battles . For crystals, you can buy additional attempts to attack in a clan battle, as well as replace an ally, add an additional slot for a defensive and attacking deck of cards.

4. Revenge. If you fail during retaliation, you can buy another try and attack the attacker again.

5. Intelligence. Before starting a fight with a player, you can view his deck, spending quite a few crystals on it. Thus, you will always know what kind of cards await you in battle.

6. Stealing soul shards. After interrupting the player’s summoning ritual, you can try to steal his shard. If the attempts are over, then you can always purchase additional crystals for crystals.

7. Raids. Resurrect cards and speed up the waiting time in raids. These are just basic tips for getting and using crystals wisely. Stick to them for a more comfortable development in the game.

Blood of the Titans: Ways to Obtain Rewards and Resources

Concept. The game has a lot of items and resources that can be obtained as a reward: cards, fragments of amulets, tokens, shards, mana, gold, crystals, spells, all kinds of keys, boosters, energy, card backs and much more. Some of them can be obtained right in the city by constructing certain buildings, while other rewards have to be fought for.

Attacks on players. One of the main ways to get resources. You can participate in PvP by using blood in the Observatory or by taking revenge on the players who attacked your castle in your absence. In case of victory, you will receive the resources indicated on the left: for 5 stars - 100%, for 4 - 75% and for 3 - 50%. List of resources that you can get for winning PvP:

Quests. Quests are another major source of useful resources. Quests are of several types:

Raids. Raids is a special game mode that is available from level 16. In raids, you have to fight for the most valuable resource - mithril. With the help of mithril, you can open Mithril chests in the shop, which contain rare and epic cards, tokens, soul shards, crystals and amulets fragments. In addition, there is a rare or epic card waiting for you after the 5th hall of each raid!

Structures. It is very important to timely build and improve buildings in the city, because many of them bring useful resources:

Clans. Having reached the 7th level, be sure to join the clan and participate in its development. Thanks to the clan, you will receive many important bonuses that affect the speed of construction, pumping, and the amount of resources obtained. In addition, in a clan, you can exchange resources with other players.

Confrontation between factions. The game provides for a war of factions. Factional Warfare becomes available at level 5, starts on Mondays and lasts all week. To take part, you need to randomly choose one of the presented factions, after which victorious battles in PvP will add points to the selected faction. At the end of the week, the faction winners will be determined (the reward depends on the place of the faction, and the number depends on the number of victories received by the player).

League. All players participating in PvP battles are automatically queued for recruiting into the league. As soon as 25 players are recruited, the league tournament will begin and within 2 days the players will compete for the leadership. As a reward, all players receive golden keys, and the winners are promoted to a higher league. There are 10 leagues in total, and the winners of the 5th and 10th leagues receive unique cards as a reward.

Tournament of magicians. A special game mode that usually happens on weekends. The most valuable reward in a tournament is a unique card that usually cannot be obtained in any other way. By fighting in the tournament of magicians, you earn stars and get the keys to tournament chests. The higher you are in the TOP, the more rewards you can receive when the tournament ends. Do not forget to open tournament chests for keys obtained in battles. These chests contain a valuable reward!

Blood of Titans: Titans and Mass Ability Cards

Titan cards

Concept. Titan type are Legendary and Promo cards of mighty creatures, considered the most powerful and powerful cards in the game. Mass Titans are cards. The Old Gods cards are also of the Titan type.

Titans. Titanium is a card that has a mass capacity, i.e. an ability that affects all allied cards in battle. At the beginning of the battle, the Elemental Enhancement ability has a chance to increase the attack and health of allies of your color by 30%.

Ancient gods. Five Legendary creatures with abilities that cards use alone on themselves at the expense of allies of their color. The "Avatar" ability for each Old God differs only from the color of the creature. So, for the Ysaz-Ra card, the attack and health of the god increase by% for each blue ally. For the Yag-Sarog card - for each ally of red color, etc.

Leader-titan. The only Titan in the Leader status is the Mother Nature card. A distinctive feature of the card is that it is colorless, that is, in battle it does not receive enhancements from colored Titans, but it can enhance them itself.

Features of cards like Titan. A serious advantage of cards like Titan can be considered their immunity against the abilities of other cards - Mermaid, Carnivorous Toad, Caladrius, Nemesis and others (see the full list of cards at the end of the post) - Titans are not susceptible to the effects of such cards, which makes them reliable allies. Titan cards (except Mother Nature) are not leaders, so they can all be put in one deck.

Massive Ability Cards

In addition to the Titans, there are also mass maps. Namely: leaders, five sworn enemies and other creatures. The effect of such cards can extend both to allied and / or enemy decks, or to concentrate the effect solely on oneself.

Leaders. These are Epic, Rare and Promo cards that impose a massive effect on allies and / or enemy cards. No more than one leader can be placed in a deck. Epic Leaders:

Rare leaders:

Colorless leaders do not receive enhancements from the Titans and, as a rule, are placed not in colored decks, but in decks assembled by the type of creature (monsters, animals, etc.). The effect of the Leader’s ability can be massively canceled by the Caladrius card (his ability does not work on Titans, and removes negative effects from allies, and positive from the enemy). And also only one opponent with Pegasus and Aeronaut cards.

Sworn enemies. These are Epic cards that can change the color of their enemy to a weaker one, according to the spectrum of the elements. You can read more about how such cards work here. The "Nemesis" ability is not a negative status and cannot be removed by the abilities of the Aeronaut, Pegasus or Caladrius cards. However, you can use the Gift of the Gods spell on one card to restore its original color.

Creatures with massive powers. Some Legendary, Epic, Rare and Promo cards are also capable of applying effects to enemies, allies, and themselves.

Obtaining cards with massive abilities

You can get a card of the Titan and the Ancient God by completing the corresponding quest chain. After completing the quest "Awakening the Titan" in the Tomb of the Titan, you will be able to choose the first Titan to wake up. After completing the "Act 6. Apocalypse" quest, a random Old God card is given as a reward. After the awakening of the Titan and the receipt of God, the rest of the Titan cards will become available for obtaining in the ritual and for purchasing in the Summoning Portal.

Leader Cards Mother Nature, Great Dragon Serpent, Furious Goretusk; sworn enemies cards - Mind Flayer, Hunter of Evil, Lady of Demons, Guardian of the Desert, Ancient Goblin; cards of other creatures - Marauder, Queen of Ice, Caladrius, Krampus, Maiden of Spring, Sparkling Needletail can be obtained only during the tournament of magicians and in the chest for tournament keys. The Adept al’Kazzun card can be obtained in the Mithril chest, purchased in the Summoning Portal, as well as during the mages tournament, and in the chest for tournament keys.

The Lord of Ash card can be obtained from the Mithril Chest and purchased from the Summoning Portal. The Royal Manticore leader card can only be obtained as a reward for VIP status. The Chameleon Dragon card can only be obtained as a subscription reward. Epic leaders Katakhan, Astral Serpent, Griffin Knight, Primordial Turtle, Werewolf can be obtained in the Clan Chest and purchased in the Summoning Portal. Rare leaders Possessed Mage, Necromancer, Forged Guardian, Kraken, Troll can be obtained after completing the quest chain, and then they will become available for obtaining in the ritual and purchase in the Summoning Portal. You can also get it in the Clan chest before and after completing the quest.

Blood of Titans: Storage Cards

Concept. Accumulation cards are cards whose abilities allow you to accumulate bonuses during combat, increasing their attack and health characteristics.

Legendary cards. Among the Legendary creatures, the representatives of storage cards are Relics, namely:

Epic cards. Among the epic cards:

Rare cards. Among the rare cards:

If two-color cards enter the battle, then one of their colors is taken into account, suitable for the conditions for storage cards. The same goes for the Sons of the Tower drive, which counts two colors at once - blue and red. The enemy and allied Lamia (blue-red) will add +2 to the status of the Sons of the Tower, despite the fact that they correspond to two colors at once.

Spells. You can increase the% ability of allied storage cards with the help of the Luck spell. For enemy cards, the spells Failure and Cleave are suitable, which will reduce the% of the ability, which means that such cards will receive fewer bonus characteristics. During the battle, storage cards are highlighted with animation, including face-down enemy cards. This helps to determine the accumulator in the enemy deck in order to use spells on it to lower the%.

Amulets. The main parameter of such cards is the% ability - the higher it is, the more bonus characteristics the card will receive. Therefore, storage cards are primarily suitable for such amulets as the Amulet of Luck, the Blue Amulet of Success and the Black Amulet of Vice.

Priority in battle. Since storage cards increase their stats gradually, it is best to save them for the final of the battle, where the storage card with the highest or maximum stats will enter the battle. It is recommended to put no more than two or three drives in a battle deck, so that in battle they have time to raise their characteristics at the expense of other cards / spells / abilities.
