BTS Universe Story: Story Making Guide

How to switch to simple editor/advanced editor? Follow these steps:

  1. Touch "Episode Studio" on the main screen.
  2. Click "Create New Story".
  3. Create an icon/title/description in the "Story Settings" section and save the changes.
  4. Tap a saved story under My Stories.

Purchase various themes and items in the store to use when creating stories.

Stories and episodes. Stories consist of several episodes that convey the plot. Each story can include up to 50 episodes. Episodes are individual chapters that together make up a story. Compare the story to a television series - they are both made up of episodes. Thus, stories are whole storylines made up of episodes, while episodes are short chapters of a larger story. Episodes can be created after the story name is given.

Clips. Clips are personal settings that create a frame. Includes backgrounds, characters, camera angles, effects, and sound.

Game settings for diamonds. The Diamond Play feature allows players to access episodes without having to wait 24 hours, which is the standard time before the next game episode is unlocked. The game for diamonds can only be activated or deactivated at the "Skilled" or "Pro" levels. Settings can be changed, but changing them again requires a wait. If the player uses the "Game for Diamonds" feature to unlock the next episode, they are provided with bonuses.

Cover and publication. The cover is a photo of the episode that is shown to the rest of the players after the creation and publication of the episode. Sharing a created episode or story allows other players to enjoy your story. When your story is published, other players can follow it. Also published episodes can be searched, so please check them carefully. Each episode can be published separately.

Create and edit the cover of a new story. When creating a new story, you can make the icon the cover of the story. To change the cover art after creating an episode, tap the created story in My Stories. At the top of the screen, tap the icon with two vertical dots after selecting a story, then tap Edit Information.

Create episode icons. Tap the camera icon to the right of the icon. If the episode was created for a story, the "Generate icon for story" feature will be active. Touch the "Create Icon for Story" button to select the desired episode. You can select a moment from any frame in an episode to use as a thumbnail.

Publish. Tap the Publish button to change your story settings and publish the episode. Select the story you want, go to the episodes homepage, and start the publishing process. To the right of the episode you’re about to publish, tap the icon with two vertical dots. Select the genre and the main character of the story, then save (you can select a maximum of 4 genres and 4 main characters). After saving the settings, publish the episode according to the steps above.

Loading tables. Write dialogue as a table and upload it to convert it into game clip format that you can view or edit. To upload a table to the game, it must be in the public domain. Loading the table will remove the current clip list and replace it with the contents of the table.

  1. Click the table link, then click File - Make a copy;
  2. Choose a location to save the copy and click OK;
  3. Create a script with backgrounds, dialogues and characters;
  4. Copy the link to the script table.
  5. Open the simple or advanced editor and then click "Load Table".
  6. Paste the copied link into the "Link to the table" line and click "Load" to convert the scenario into an episode and load it into the game.
Use this feature with caution if you have already created clips in the sequence or edited clips since loading the previous spreadsheet.
