Can I make purchases without authorization? Yes. Authorization is necessary for purchases through the website, but the application can do without it. Keep in mind that orders placed without authorization may disappear from the My Orders tab if the Joom application is updated or reinstalled. Only a support service can restore them. My orders are gone! Do not worry, orders cannot disappear without a trace!

My order is not tracked! If the tracking number does not work, do not worry. In some cases, sellers use "virtual" track codes that work only in China and are no longer recognized by postal services as soon as the parcel crosses the border. Despite this, the goods will arrive at your post office intact. If 75 days have passed since the purchase, but there is no product at the post office, leave a request for a refund:

  1. Click on the icon of your profile on the website and select the "My Orders" option;
  2. Select an order that has not been delivered within 75 days;
  3. In the order card, click "No". A new field will appear in which you will need to enter your email address;
  4. After you do this, Joom support will receive your return request and will process it within 24 hours.

Product is mistakenly marked as delivered! Did you mistakenly mark the product as delivered? Nothing wrong!

  1. If 75 days have not passed since placing your order, your package is still on the way. An erroneous status will not affect its delivery in any way.
  2. If 75 days have passed since the order was placed, but you have not yet received the order, contact customer support, explain your situation and ask for a non-delivery refund.

How to leave feedback about the product in the application? You can mark a foreign product as delivered yourself, as well as leave a review on it.

  1. Go to the section My orders;
  2. Choose an order;
  3. A green dash appears on the order card with the question: "Have you received this order?"
  4. Mark the order as delivered by clicking on the "Yes" button.

If you bought the goods from a Russian seller, then the order itself will change the status to "Delivered." Most likely, this will happen a few hours or a day after you receive the package.

My order has not yet been delivered! What to do? If 75 days have passed since the purchase and there are no goods at the post office, leave a request so that you can receive a refund. To leave a request:

  1. Go to My orders;
  2. Select an order that has not been delivered within 75 days;
  3. In the order card, click "No", as shown in the screenshot below. A window will appear in which you will need to enter your email address;
  4. After you do this, the application will send a request for a refund to the support service.

Money back guarantee in case of violation of delivery terms. Joom gives sellers and postal services 75 days to deliver your package. If 75 days have passed since the order was placed and there is no product at the post office, leave a request so that you can receive a refund.

When will i get money? The money will be returned to the account from which you paid for the purchase, within 14 days after the order changes the status to "Refunded".

Can I be refused a refund? Yes, you may be refused if more than 90 days have passed since the order was placed and the warranty period for it has already expired. If you are afraid to skip the end of the warranty period, install the Joom! It sends reminders on the 75th day after placing the order. In addition, the warranty period is indicated on the order card, which you can find on the website in your profile.

Joom: Refund & Warranty

I got a bad quality product! What to do? If you received defective goods (torn, broken, broken), contact Joom support! They will consider your application and decide on a partial or full refund. To send a request to the support service:

Why so long? We are all used to thinking that card payments are instantaneous, but this is not always the case.When you buy goods in a store, the bank immediately blocks the amount of the purchase in your account and sends an SMS notification about debiting, however, in fact, the money is transferred to the seller in a few hours or even days. Therefore, the reverse process - returning money to the client - also takes time. If 14 days have already passed, but you still have not received a SMS notification about the refund, check the detailed statement of your account for the return date + 14 days. If the detailed statement does not contain data on the refund, send it to the support team so that they can figure out the problem.

Joom: Goods from Russian sellers

What are these products? These are products from Russian sellers in Joom. They appeared on sale in the fall of 2019. So far, they do not have their own section in the application or on the site, but you can identify them by the Russian flag in the photo. You can also find them by the filters "Country >> Russia" and "Fast Delivery". If you do not have these products, update your application to the latest version.

How to deliver goods from Russian sellers? Itís not free? Now Joom is able to deliver goods from Russian sellers:

The availability of these methods depends on where exactly you live. The delivery price also depends on your address (and your chosen method). Do not forget to check it before clicking on the button "Confirm purchase!".

If you buy several Russian goods at once, Joom can take the cost of delivery for yourself. The threshold for free delivery is from 1,500 to 2,500 rubles, depending on your region.

My order has not yet been delivered! What to do? The delivery times for Russian goods indicated in the appendix are approximate. Sometimes the parcel is delayed for a couple of days due to problems in the warehouse or in transit. Sometimes problems may arise in the courier service. If this happened to your package, write to the support service - they will do their best to understand the situation and help you. And if something irreparable happened to the parcel - for example, it was lost or went back to the warehouse - the money will be returned to you in full.

Can I return the product if it didnít fit me or I didnít like it? Yes! You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return it. Product must be:
