What are coins? Coins are the main currency in Golf: Match. In addition, they are needed to enter any match.Coins are also important because they can be used to upgrade golf clubs to make them more accurate and powerful.
What are gems? Gems are one of the main currencies in Golf: Match. They can be used for any purchase, from new premium golf balls to tour chests. Gems are also very useful items, as they can be used to instantly open any chest that you are currently opening.
How to earn more coins? The best way to earn more coins is to win the match. Each time you enter the match, you will pay an entry fee. You can also earn coins by opening chests, and you will receive a free chest every 4 hours.
What are chests? Each chest in Golf: Competition is filled with prizes and they may contain: coins, gems, club cards and premium golf balls. In the game Golf: Match, there are six types of chests: wooden, silver, gold and platinum. These chests can be earned by winning matches or completing the top 3 positions in the weekly league.You will also receive 1 free wooden chest every 4 hours.
What are trophies? Golf: Match uses trophies to find matching opponents for you. You can earn more trophies by successfully defeating rivals in the 1-on-1 game. Winning more trophies will enable you to unlock more advanced tours and compete for big prizes!
What is a club card? Each putter in Golf: Match has its own putter card. To unlock a new club, you must either find a club card in the chest or buy it in a store. Do not worry if you find the same club card more than once, as the cards can also be used to update your clubs.
What are the rules of the tour? Each Golf Clash tour has its own unique set of rules. The rules include:
- Different positions on tee (front, middle and back);
- Different wind speeds;
- Various speed scales;

Why are there no free kicks for offside? If your opponent knocks the ball out of bounds, he will have to hit again. Both the first and second strikes of your opponent will be taken into account in the total number of strokes.This is a fair punishment, since it will be extremely difficult for your opponent to win the match or even to draw.
How to make the ball spin on impact? To give the ball an upward or reverse rotation on impact, you first need to open a club with these capabilities. Having received a suitable club, you can give the ball rotation on impact by selecting the ball icon that appears on the right side of the game screen during your preparation for the impact. If you want to give the ball a side spin, use the premium Golf Balls. These unique Balls can be found in prize Chests, as well as bought at the Golf Clash store.
What is a ball trajectory? The ball trajectory accurately indicates where your ball will bounce and roll if you hit perfectly. Remember that the ball trajectory does not take into account the wind, and adjust your shots accordingly!
What is twisting? Twisting allows you to direct the ball along a curved path so that it does not fly directly along the guide line. The direction of twisting of your blow also affects the direction in which the ball will move after the rebound. This is a great feature to steer the ball along curved fairways or to go around obstacles such as bunkers and trees. Twist can be applied by dragging the ball to the side in preparation for the strike.
How to change a club during a match? You cannot change a club during a match. The system automatically selects the best club for you from those in your golf bag. Go to the golf bag and set it up by selecting the golf bag icon on the main menu screen. In the golf bag you can compare, improve and choose the clubs that you will use in matches.
How to move the camera and adjust the shock on a laptop or desktop computer using the mouse and keyboard? To achieve a better view of the playing field, you can move the camera, giving a top view. This is done by moving the mouse cursor on the screen while holding the left mouse button. In this case, you can move the camera around you and look at different objects.
To better see your hits, you can zoom in on the image using the mouse scroll wheel or the scroll function on the trackpad. And finally, you can rotate the camera by moving the cursor on the screen in a circular motion and holding the right mouse button. If you want to change the direction of the strike and the target, left-click and hold the mark of the target, and then move it in the desired direction of the strike.
How is the choice of the player who makes the first hit? For the sake of justice in all Golf Clash matches and contests, your chances of making a first strike are 50%.
Why does the wind affect my impacts differently? The Golf Clash uses the same physical laws to determine where the ball lands after each hit. This is done in order to guarantee the honesty of the game and its predictability for each individual player and each individual hit. However, it is important to remember that the degree of impact of the wind on each impact may vary depending on several factors, including:
- The height of the ball’s flight upon impact: the higher you hit, the greater the influence the wind has on the flight of the ball;
- Duration of the ball in the air: if the ball is in the air for a long time, the wind will have more time to influence its flight path. That is why the first long-range shots are more susceptible to wind than short chips;
- The relief of the field. Sending a ball through a ravine or to an island? If so, take aim with the stronger impact of the wind. It is also important to adjust the aiming if you are shooting uphill or downhill;
- Arc. Striking an arc in the direction of the wind or against the wind is also a great way to control your strokes. Want to perform strikes with a huge arc? Try to send the ball in an arc in the same direction in which the wind blows.
The ability to handle the wind is the key to dominance on the field, and here practice is really the path to excellence.
What are some golf bags for? As your clan earns a category upgrade, new rewards will open, including extra packs in golf bags. These optional kits allow you to have several golf bags with different clubs from your collection.
You can change any bags available to you by clicking on the golf bag icon on the main menu screen. This allows you to quickly switch between different golf sets before each match. This gives special advantages during tournaments when different clubs are more suitable for different holes and conditions.
Why did my ball land there?
Sometimes you perform a perfect shot and still get an unexpected result. Such moments happen in the career of every golfer, and understanding why your ball went where it went is the key to improving your technique, which can also become the main component of your transformation into a Golf Clash master!
To guarantee the constancy of the conditions of the game, each ball of each golfer always gets to the right place.Where the ball lands will depend on the settings of the strike, its execution and the conditions of the playing field.Listed below are some common errors that are observed on the field. These notes should help you improve your technique.
1. Insufficient impact power. When you try to cut / feed the ball into the hole, when choosing the power of the blow, make sure that the ball is pulled strictly back to the center of the circle. The ideal power to hit is achieved when the ball touches all four points inside the circle (as shown in the picture below). The slightest change in power can have a huge impact on the blow, especially when you are executing a short chip.
2. Landing at Fringe. Fringe in the Golf Clash is very uneven, and getting the ball into the Fringe is a big risk.The reason is that the slightest deviation during a hit will cause the ball to land in a different area of ??the fringe, which may result in a completely different result of the hit than the one shown on the ball’s trajectory. It is always advisable to aim at the green whenever possible.
3. Understanding the effects of wind. It is important to remember that the degree of impact of the wind on each impact may vary depending on several factors, including:
- The height of the ball’s flight on impact: the higher you hit, the greater the influence the wind has on the ball’s flight.
- Duration of the ball in the air: if the ball is in the air for a long time, the wind will have more time to influence its flight path. That is why long drives are more susceptible to wind than short chips.
- The relief of the field. Sending a ball through a ravine or to an island? If this is the case, take aim with the stronger impact of the wind. It is also important to adjust the aiming if you are shooting uphill or downhill.
- To the arc. Striking an arc in the direction of the wind or against the wind is also a great way to control your strokes.Want to perform strikes with a huge arc? Try to send the ball in an arc in the direction in which the wind blows.

I was not able to qualify for the tournament! Can I try again? If you failed to qualify, do not worry!There are 3 qualifying sessions in the tournament. Each session lasts 1 day. They take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Someone walked around me after the round! Players have the opportunity to finish the match of the tournament after the end of the round, provided that the match began before the end of the round.
What happens if I and another participant in my tournament have the same number of points? If two or more players have the same number of points, the following tie-break rules apply.
Qualification Round:
- Rule 1 - the number of tournament matches played. The more matches played during the qualification, the better.
- Rule 2 - the number of "impressive hits". The system will compare the number of albatrosses, needles, reeds, as well as fumes produced by each player in the Qualification round.
Players who, after applying these rules, still have an equal score, will divide their position among themselves.
Start Round:
- Rule 1 - points for the Qualification round are compared (the less, the better).
- Rule 2 - the number of tournament matches played. The more matches played during the tournament, the better.
- Rule 3 - the number of "impressive hits". The system will compare the number of albatrosses, needles, reeds, as well as the fumes produced by each player in the Start Round.

Weekend Round:
- Rule 1 - points for the Start Round are compared (the less, the better).
- Rule 2 - points for the Qualification round are compared (the less, the better).
- Rule 3 - the number of tournament matches played. The more matches played during the tournament, the better.

- Rule 6 - the number of "impressive hits". The system will compare the number of albatrosses, needles, reeds, as well as fumes produced by each player in the Qualification round.
Players who, after applying these rules, still have an equal score, will divide their positions and get the same prizes.
How are groups distributed in tournaments? When you join a tournament, you are always placed in the same group as players with skills close to your level. This is to ensure fair competition and to prevent situations where experienced Golf Clash players are in the same group as beginners.
Entering the tournament, you will be placed in the tournament group with players from approximately the same category in the weekly league as yours. The highest category in the weekly league that you have been able to achieve will also be considered. This is done to prevent situations when players intentionally lower their category in order to get into the same tournament group with less experienced players.
What is the "Default Points"? If players during a tournament match encounter a problem that does not allow them to finish the match until the end, by default they get bogeys (+1). Most often this happens due to the loss of connection during the match and the inability to restore it. Extra points in the form of a bogey (+1) are assigned so that players do not interrupt the connection intentionally in an attempt to improve their tournament score.
What if i get bogey (+1) by default? If during the tournament you received the default bogie (+1), contact the support team directly, where you will be able to provide further assistance. Before contacting support, try to make sure that you have saved the game records from the corresponding match.
Can customer service change my score? Support can always change the default points from bogey (+1) to par. The support team always confers steam, because it cannot determine the outcome of your match, even if it is interrupted at the moment you almost knocked out the birdies. This is to ensure a level playing field for all players. The support service refuses to change the account to steam only in cases where there is reason to believe that the result of the player would be worse than steam.
What happens if I have a problem after the match? Support can change the score to something other than steam, if there are records of the game proving that the best result has been achieved. In such cases, your account must have a hit record showing the ball entering the hole. Movies and screenshots are not accepted because they cannot be verified.
How to prevent connection problems during a tournament? It is always recommended that you play Golf Clash using a reliable Wi-Fi connection. This will help prevent a loss of connection during the match. Also during matches, avoid closing / minimizing the Golf Clash application or switching to other applications, even when it is not your turn to hit the ball.
Golf Clash: 9-hole Cup
What is a 9-hole Cup tournament? The 9-hole Cup is different from regular tournaments, because it lasts only 3 days and, as you probably already guessed, each round consists of 9 holes! The 9-hole Cup is divided into two rounds that stretch for 3 days:
- Qualification Round 1 - Thursday;

Why didn’t the name / description of my clan pass the censorship test? If the name you choose is not valid, this means that the name or part of it did not pass the game filter of profanity. Clan names must also be unique, so be creative when choosing a name for your clan. If your new name is not valid, try changing the name or its spelling.
How to invite other people to your clan? You can invite any player to your Golf Clash to your clan through his / her profile screen. To load a player’s profile screen, simply select a photo of his / her profile in any leaderboard or during any match.

Keep in mind that when a player is expelled from a clan, the clan loses some of the clan’s points for that player. The number of points remaining at the clan depends on the time during which the player who left him was in the clan during the clan season, and on how close the total number of clan points for this player was to the clan average.
What happens when a player leaves a clan or is kicked out? If you leave the clan or are kicked out, you lose all the clan points earned for this clan. This is to prevent tactical manipulations with positions in clans by players leaving clans and joining them several times during the clan season.
The clan retains a certain proportion of the clan points earned by the player leaving him during the clan season.The number of points remaining at the clan depends on the time during which the player who left him was in the clan during the clan season, and on how close the total number of clan points for this player was to the clan average. Points left by former clan members can be seen at the bottom of the list of clan members. When a player leaves the clan or is kicked out, a message is published in the clan’s chat, notifying all members of the clan that the player has dropped out.
What will happen if the clan leaves all its members or becomes inactive? If the last member of the clan leaves it, the clan is automatically and irrevocably deleted. If at least one player remains in the clan, the clan cannot be automatically deleted.
Clan Ranks
Each clan consists of up to 50 members, for whom 4 types of roles in the clan are provided.
Member. When you enter / return to a clan, you automatically become a member of the clan, even if you previously held a higher rank in this or another clan.
Vice captain. Vice captains have more authority than members, but less than captains and the President. Vice captains can:
- Expel clan members;
- Invite new members to the clan;
- Accept clan membership requests.
This role can be performed by any number of clan members.
Captain. Captains have more authority than Vice-captains, but less than the President. Captains can:
- Expel from the clan its members and Vice-captains;
- Invite new members to the clan;
- Accept clan membership requests.
- Send messages to the clan;
- Appoint any member of the clan as Captain or Vice-Captain;
- To lower the rank of participants from Vice-captains to clan members;
- Access clan settings.
This role can be performed by any number of clan members.
The president. The clan president has maximum authority in decision-making. Presidents may:
- To expel any player from the clan, regardless of his role in the clan;
- Invite new members to the clan;
- Accept clan membership requests.
- Send messages to the clan;
- Raise, lower the rank of any participants or expel them from the clan;
- Access clan settings.
Only one member of a clan can be a president. By default, the clan’s creator becomes president.
What happens if the President leaves my clan or becomes inactive? Leaving the clan, the President can choose a replacement. If the President leaves the clan without lowering his rank, the presidency passes to the Captain with the highest number of clan points. If the president remains inactive for 4 weeks, his rank is automatically lowered, and the Captain with the most clan points is assigned to his place.
Chat at Golf Clash
Each clan created in Golf Clash has its own built-in clan chat. These chats are designed so that members of the clan can communicate with each other, share tactics and discuss everything related to Golf Clash. All members of the clan must ensure the safety, security of chats and the pleasure of communicating in them for all players in the Golf Clash. To do this, refrain from:
- Use of swearing, aggressive or offensive language;
- Discuss or encourage the use of cheats, exploitation of vulnerabilities or third-party software;
- Discussion of the purchase, sale and trade of accounts in the game;
- Discussion or participation in the unauthorized purchase / sale of game currency or items;
- Golf Clash Account Fraud;
- The incitement of other players in the Golf Clash to violate the rules;
- Requesting and providing personal contact information;
- Use clan chat to spam, breach trust, or advertise.
All Golf Clash chats use profanity filters to prevent the display of offensive messages. Developers constantly monitor and improve the filter to ensure the quick detection and removal of any offensive messages. However, the game filter of profanity is not always completely effective, therefore, if you notice any abuse in the clan’s chat, there are several options for action in this situation:
- Expel clan players or deny them access to the clan. If a member of your clan abuses clan chat, it is recommended that you contact the president of the clan and ask him to expel this member / deny him access to the clan;
- Leave the clan. Clan chat should remain a place where you can enjoy interacting and talking with other members of your clan. If you don’t like your clan, you always have the opportunity to leave it and join another clan or even create your own!
- Report abuse If you see messages that seem offensive to you or cause concern, highlight the message and select the "Report" option. All chat messages for which complaints are received, the support service is serious, and each of them considers as soon as possible.
How to enter clan chat? Access to the clan’s chat is from the clan’s main menu. To enter it, simply select the icon of your clan located on the main menu screen. Then select the Chat tab to enter the clan’s chat.
Why are chat messages displayed as stars? To prevent the use of offensive language in clan chat, usernames, clan names and descriptions, Golf Clash uses a profanity filter. If a word or phrase is considered offensive, they are replaced by asterisks. The game filter of profanity is constantly being improved, so treat with understanding if any words are replaced with stars without any reason. Sometimes the profanity filter is too sensitive.
How do I share my tournament card in a chat? When viewing your tournament participant card, you will see the "Share with clan" button. By clicking on this button, you can add a comment, and then share the account card in the chat of your clan.
How to share replay of their hits in clan chat? When viewing a record of your hit in the replay section, you will see the "Share" option. By choosing this option, you can share the record of your game on social networks or in the chat of your clan.
Golf Clash: Golden Impact Secrets
What is the Golden Strike? Golden Strike is a completely new feature giving you the chance to win fantastic prizes, demonstrating the deadly accuracy of your strokes. The idea is simple. You will have only one hit with a tee, and the closer your ball lands to the flag, the greater your prize!
What clubs and balls are used for Golden Strike? For all Golden Beats, a golden ball and a unique set of gold clubs are used. Before you hit, you can view the contents of your Golden Stroke Golf Bag.
Can I get the same prize more than once? Each Golden Strike prize can only be won once. If a prize chest is received, the circle around it disappears. If there is a prize circle, then it will then fill up.
What happens if I do not use all my punches until the end of the event? If at the end of the event you still have Golden Beats, do not worry. The "Golden Strike" event will be extended on your device for another 3 days so that you have a chance to make all the remaining Golden strokes, after which their action will end.
How many Golden Beats can I make? Each player receives 1 free Golden Punch. After that, strokes can be bought 1 or 6 per set. All Golden Beats can be used at any difficulty level.
What is the difference in difficulty levels of the Golden strike? Gold Strikes have two difficulty levels: medium and high. At the average level of complexity of the Golden strike, the playing fields are larger, and the wind speed is lower. At a high level of difficulty of the Golden strike, the playing fields are smaller and the winds are stronger, but the rewards are better!
What prizes can I win at Golden Strike? There are 5 prizes available for each difficulty level of the Gold Strike. The closer your ball is to the flag after hitting, the bigger and better the prize will be. You can see the contents of each prize chest by clicking on the chest on the screen of the main menu of the Golden Strike.
Golf Clash: Gift Ball
How to send and receive free golf balls? You can send and receive free golf balls through your "Gift Box".To go, select the gift box icon on the main menu screen. In the "Gift box" find the option "Free balls". When you select the camera icon, your device’s camera and a unique QR code are activated. Just scan your friends QR codes or let your friend scan yours - and collect free golf balls!
Is there a limit on the number of balls sent and received? There are no restrictions on the number of balls sent and received, however, you can scan each friend’s code or give him your code to scan no more than once in 18 hours.
How often can I scan friends’ QR codes? You can scan the code of each friend or give him to scan your code no more than once in 18 hours.
How many times can a single QR code be scanned? Each QR code can only be scanned once. Each QR code expires in 10 seconds.
How to create a new QR code? A new QR code is generated when you select the camera icon in your "Gift Box". This QR code is automatically updated after scanning or expiration. Each QR code expires in 10 seconds.
Why does the Golf Clash app need permission to access my camera? Golf Clash uses camera functionality to scan QR codes. QR codes are used to send and receive gift golf balls. This permission is optional, you can refuse access to the camera or revoke the permission at any time. Golf Clash never uses your camera for anything other than giving free balls, and will not take advantage of any additional permissions without obvious action on your part.
How to change access settings to allow Golf Clash to use my camera? (iOS) To enable or disable permissions for Golf Clash, go to your device’s settings and select the Golf Clash app in the menu on the left. Here you can enable or disable access to the camera.
How to change access settings to allow Golf Clash to use my camera? (Android) To enable or disable permissions for Golf Clash, go to your device’s settings and find the "Applications" section. Find Golf Clash in the application list and select it. Here you can enable or disable access to the camera.
There is no camera on my device, can I still get free balls? If your device does not have a camera, do not worry: your friends can still scan your QR codes, and all of this will give you free balls.
Golf Clash: Matching Opponents
Matching opponents in Golf Clash. The rival search system in Golf Clash tries to quickly find an opponent for you with about the same number of trophies as you have. For Golf Clash players, two aspects are most important: adequate competition in the competition and the ability to quickly enter the game.
Searching for an opponent in the game 1 vs 1. If you want to play the 1 on 1 game, the system scans all the players who are online and looking for an opponent in the same tour as you (for example, in a tour of a 6-star hotel), and trying to find someone in your trophy range. The system also takes into account the maximum number of trophies earned by each player. This prevents situations where a player intentionally loses trophies in order to compete with weaker opponents.
As soon as a suitable opponent is found, the game immediately begins and a hole is selected. If the system cannot find anyone in your trophy range, it begins to search for players in the nearest neighboring categories: with more or less trophies. As a result, opponents may differ slightly in the number of trophies, but in general they are players of the same level. In this way, Golf Clash successfully selects opponents for 96.1% of the games.
What happens when there are no rivals available for a game against 1? Very rarely, for less than 3.9% of all games, there are no players online who would be close enough to you in terms of trophies to quickly start the game. In this situation, the system selects an opponent with a similar level of trophies, who recently participated in the game for this hole, but is currently offline. The system has such an opportunity, since it saves hits made by each player in each hole.
Such an opponent is randomly selected, and the game focuses on being as close as possible to competing with a real opponent online. The goal is for the overall probability of winning to be the same as when both players are playing online. The outcome of the match affects only Trophies, Coins and statistics of the player who played in real time.
A series of defeats. There is one special rule in Golf Clash, according to which players who have suffered a series of defeats can change their opponent so as not to increase the number of losses.
Selection of opponents in the tournament. If you want to play a tournament match, the system scans all the players who are online and looking for an opponent to play for the same hole of the tournament as you.Basically, the number of available players looking for an opponent for a particular hole is much less than for games 1 versus 1. As a result, it’s much more difficult to accurately select opponents based on the number of trophies, and instead the system uses weekly categories of players to search for opponents. It is important to maximize the player’s chances to play with an opponent in real time.
What happens when there are no players available to play in a tournament? If there are no players available online, the system will select for you a random opponent who recently participated in the hole game, but is currently offline - the same as it is for games 1 vs. 1. This way, each player is given the opportunity to finish their matches in the tournament no matter how many players are online at this time.
Cheating / exploitation of vulnerabilities. The use of any form of cheating will entail sanctions, including temporary disqualification, confiscation of game currency and permanent blocking of the account. Any of the following activities will be considered cheating:
- Use of third-party applications or software, incl. hacks, bots, and any programs designed to modify game content or data.
- Conscious exploitation of gaming vulnerabilities.
If you think that any of the players is carrying out the above actions, report this directly to the support service so that they can take appropriate measures. You can contact support directly through the game settings menu or by visiting offs. game site. Having contacted the support service, try to report as many details as possible about the problem that has arisen, including:
- Description of the problem you have encountered;
- The name of the tour and the hole you played when you encountered a problem;
- The name of your opponent.
- Also include in your Favorites any striking records showing the problem, and change their names to Support.

How often can I change my username? You can change your name only once. Therefore, choose it carefully!
Why is my name invalid? If the name you have chosen is not valid, this means that the name or some part of it did not pass the game filter check for profanity. If your new name is not valid, try changing the name or its spelling. If you think that blocking your name with the profanity filter is illegal, contact the support team, where they will be happy to help you. Keep in mind that full names (first and last name) are currently prohibited.
Where can I find my user ID? Your unique user ID can be found in the application settings menu. Customer Support may ask you to provide this identifier to help resolve any problems you may have.
My Golf Clash account is not secure, what does this mean? If you see a red shield icon and your Golf Clash account is displayed as insecure, it means that you have not chosen the method of restoring your account. You can protect your account by tapping the settings icon on the main menu screen, then select "Protect your account" and choose one of three ways to protect your account.

After completing one or more of these steps, you can use the selected method to restore your account in the future.
How to recover a lost Golf Clash account? To restore your Golf Clash account, simply select the gear settings in the upper left corner of the main menu screen. On this screen, click the Restore Existing Profile button. You will be shown three recovery methods. You will need to select the option that you originally used to protect your account:
- Recover using Facebook. Golf Clash syncs with the Facebook account that is active on your device and downloads the Golf Clash account attached to your Facebook profile.

- Recover using your phone. Enter your registered phone number. An SMS message with a verification code will be sent to this number, which can then be entered to restore the account.
Can I protect multiple Golf Clash accounts with my email address, phone number, or Facebook profile? Only one Golf Clash account can be linked to each recovery method:
- Email;
- Phone number;
- Facebook.
However, you can assign several recovery options to a single Golf Clash account. This means that one Golf Clash account can be protected by a Facebook profile, email address and phone number.
Why does Golf Clash claim that my phone number / email address is already in use? If you see this message, it means that some Golf Clash account is already tied to this phone number or email address.

- Protect your Golf Clash account by opening the game settings menu for this and selecting "Protect account".
