Space Run: Beginner’s Guide
Basics of construction. Click on a design category to open a list of available modules. Click on the structure you want to build (you will need nuts). If possible, reposition the structure using the scroll wheel. Click on a suitable location on the ship (some structures have location restrictions).
Right click to Deselect current selection. You can build several structures of the same type in a row if you have enough nuts.
How to assemble nuts? Nuts are needed to build modules during combat. They remain from the destruction of enemy ships and other threats. To collect the dropped nuts, use the cursor. You can keep track of the number of nuts on the bottom panel of the screen.
How to control the camera? Move the cursor to the edge of the screen to move the camera in that direction.
Click on the Buck icon if the ship is off screen to point the camera at the ship. You can also use the arrow keys to move the camera and the space bar to center the camera.
Action menu. Each structure you build during delivery has an action menu. To open it, click on the construct, and then on the action to perform it.
- Repair. Use this skill to restore lost structural strength points for a few nuts. While the structure is taking damage, it is impossible to start repairs.
- Special skill 1. Here you can activate the first purchased skill. This may require nuts. In addition, after use, the skill needs a cooldown.
- Special skill 2. To use the second purchased skill, more energy is required than the structure requires.
- Special skill 3. The third purchased skill is passive. It will strengthen the structure as long as it receives enough energy.
- Recycling. Remove the structure from the ship. You will receive 75% of its initial value in nuts (if the structure is damaged, the fee will be less).
Any action can be performed by pressing a hot key (they are listed next to the action).
Enemy radar. The radar shows when and from which side to expect new troubles. Radar data:
- The number of threats. Keep in mind - some enemies attack in groups.
- Threat type. You will be able to find out what kind of danger threatens you. Study possible enemies in order to meet them properly.
- Danger timer. Get ready! When the time runs out, the enemy will be close to you and will be able to attack.
- Suggested route. Learn the routes - different enemies are waiting for you in different places. It is very important to prepare weapons and protection for what awaits you on the way.
Hover over the threat icon to learn more about it. Click on the icon to point the camera at an enemy.
Route schedule. The route schedule reflects the delivery process.
- Point of departure. This is where delivery starts.
- Progress. The higher the acceleration, the faster you move.
- Destination. Get to your destination as quickly as possible.
- Term. The goods must be delivered before the allotted time has passed.
- Link to time. Deliver the cargo faster and you will get a bonus.
By hovering over the time indicator and the time, you will see your acceleration.
Energy consumption. Improved special skills and constructions require energy. How much exactly, shows the lightning icon in the description.
