Mutiny Pirate: Beginner’s Guide

What is this game? You settled on the island with only two faithful sailors. Now all you need is to survive! Dangerous journeys, the mysterious Tiano tribe, ancient ghosts in the Temple of Trials, wild animals and bloodthirsty pirates on the islands - all these adventures await you in Mutiny! At the start of the game, you spawn on an island that will serve as your base. Initially, the main resources will be located on it - limestone, bamboo, berries and a few rabbits. This territory will serve as a safe haven for you in this world, but resources will not reappear here. This is where your adventure begins...

Interface

This is a global map showing Mutiny’s locations, including your island in the center. Let’s take a closer look at the interface elements presented here. They are marked with numbers.

1. Inventory. Click to see inventory, character model, stats, and skill points. By default, without an equipped bag, there are 10 slots in the inventory. Later, you will be able to make bags of different levels on the workbenches and increase your inventory by a maximum of 15 slots (in total, there can be 25 slots in the inventory).

2. Drawings. Click to see available drawings. Not all are available from the very beginning - some appear after the upgrade of the machines. Please note that without workbenches, you can only create basic items, all other blueprints require workbenches. For more information, look at the menu of workbenches while at your home location. Blueprints for new rarities can be found in tubes.

3. Post office and shop. Some rewards (for example, for entry or quests), as well as any purchases, are sent to in-game mail. Click the button on the global map to access the mail.

Mail items cannot be stolen during a raid. If you want to get hold of valuable items as quickly as possible, an in-game store is available in the same menu.

4. Job log. At the very beginning of the game, you will receive training tasks from your sailor. Click this button if you have forgotten the details of a task or want to learn more about what needs to be done. Upon completion of the tutorial, you will also be able to track other tasks here, such as daily rescue missions.

5. Sailors. Your team can have a limited number of sailors. Their number depends on the level of beds (the maximum number is 7). This menu allows you to keep track of the stats, statuses, and equipment of all sailors on your team, as well as hire new sailors or fire those who no longer fit.

6. Boat. Press this button to open the hold of the boat, place items there, or pick them up.

7. Game chat. Click to chat with other players.

8. Daily reward. Every day you receive one free gift, which is sent to your in-game mail. Click on this icon to see what gift you will receive and when.

9. Leaderboard menu. The leaderboard menu allows you to keep track of active and scheduled competitions. You can switch between competitions on the tabs on the left. With their help, you can see the leaderboards themselves and the available rewards. A red circle over the icon indicates unread notifications.

10. Ship’s log. In this menu, you can read patch notes, details about new content, and other news. To switch between different categories, use the tabs in the Logbook menu on the left.

11. Boat energy. This meter shows the energy left in your boat. When the boat is upgraded to level six, you will be able to sail. This way of moving is much faster than drifting or even traveling for energy. Please note that the boat needs canvas to be repaired.

12. Energy. Every 3 minutes 20 seconds you gain 1 energy point. You can use this energy to travel anywhere and save time. The maximum value of the energy scale is 100 points.

13. Settings. In this menu, you can change graphics settings, enable or disable music and effects, as well as double speed (only available when VIP is active). In the lower left corner of the screen there is your ID, and in the settings window there are links to social networks and WIKI, a button to reset progress (note that this action is irreversible!) and, of course, a button that allows you to contact technical support in case of any difficulties in game.

Main screen

1. Minimap. Click on it if you want to see the game time, hunger, thirst and energy parameters. If you tame creatures, it will additionally display the health of tamed creatures and the number of spirit points.

2. Base building menu. This menu allows you to build the strongest fort. The Build menu has five tabs:

Some workshops require floors or walls of a certain level (palm tree, sandstone, basalt, etc.). To update a floor or wall, open the Build menu and click on the floor/wall you want to update. If you have enough resources, just click on the green arrow above the selected object.

3. Menu of machines. Mutiny has a varied crafting system. Some basic tools, weapons or armor can be crafted without the aid of workbenches. Everything else requires both a special machine and a free sailor. Your dedicated crew can create anything for you, but to make the whole process more efficient, don’t forget to hire more sailors!

In the Workbench Menu, you can keep track of what items are being created and how much time is left until they are ready. Select a specific machine to queue more items.

4. Secondary slot. This is the second slot that you can use from the first level. This is where you can put food, healing potions, or any other weapon, unlike the main slot where you can only put weapons. If a weapon is installed in this slot, then after the main weapon breaks, it will automatically move to the main slot, and the second slot will remain empty. If any healing potion is placed in this slot, you must click on it when you want to heal.

5. Interaction button. Touch this icon to interact with anything in the game, pick up items from the ground, talk to someone, enter caves, or open workbenches and vaults.

6. Main weapon slot / attack button. In Mutiny you will have to fight a lot, because you are a pirate! Press this button to attack enemies when they are within weapon range. Each weapon has its own speed. After using a weapon, you cannot use it for a few seconds during the cooldown.

You will also notice that there is a circular band around the weapon. She points to his strength. Each successful attack reduces the durability of your weapon by 1 point. And as soon as this bar drops to zero, the weapon will break (the same rules apply for your armor).

7. Covert movement. Press this button if you want to sneak past a strong opponent or sneak up on an enemy and land a surprise blow. The damage from such a blow will be doubled.

8. Auto repair / storage of production in storage. This button allows you to repair the entire base with one click and move all the loot you have collected from other islands to the appropriate storage. For example, all your food will be moved to the food storage, wood to the wood storage, etc. This feature is only available to players who have an active VIP status.

9. Automatic mode. Automatic mode allows you to start collecting resources much faster and without any effort on your part. Click on this icon on the island to:

Please note that in automatic mode, your character will not open chests and loot corpses.

10. Direction navigator. While playing this game, you will have to move around a lot. To move in any direction, you must use this button. Click on the central round icon and drag it in any direction to move.

Character window

1. Health scale. Your health is probably one of the most important characteristics. Each successful enemy hit reduces your health. Food and drink can restore some health points over time, and bandages, healing potions and ointments can restore them instantly. Check the description of each item to see how many health points will be restored. Once your hunger and thirst points drop to zero, your health will also start to slowly decrease and eventually you will die.

2. Scale of experience. Almost everything you do in the game earns you experience points. This gauge shows your level of experience and how much you have left to the next level. As soon as the gauge is completely filled, you get a new level and 1 skill point, and the gauge is reset to zero again.

3. Scale of Hunger. This is a classic feature of survival games. To stay alive, you need to eat. The number of hunger points decreases by one point every two to three seconds. If it drops to zero, your health will begin to decrease. To fill the scale of hunger - eat.

4. Scale of thirst. Works the same way as the hunger bar. Water, home brew, rum, or even certain types of food will allow you to replenish your thirst bar.

5. Slot for an amulet. Amulets will be available in future versions.

6. Slot for earrings. Complete the Temple of Trials to receive earrings with a random bonus to one of your stats. Visit a merchant named Teteo-Temakalitz in the "Native Tribe" location to upgrade your earrings. You can improve the earrings by combining three of them with the same number of stats (for example, +6 speed, +6 spirit and +6 strength will work, but +5 speed, +5 spirit and +4 strength will not).

The fusion will cost you coins, the amount of which depends on the level of the earrings, and the improved earring will have a random higher value.

7. Slot for the main weapon. You need weapons to fight your enemies. If you have any weapon in your inventory (on the left), double click on it or drag it to this slot. You cannot put anything in this slot other than weapons.

8. Secondary slot. Same as the main slot, except you can put any weapon, food or medicine there.

9. Bags. There are 10 slots in your inventory without bags. Later, you can craft bags of different sizes and expand the slots to 15. Mutiny offers three types of bags: duffel bag (adds 5 slots), cloth bag (adds 10 slots), and leather bag (adds 15 slots). To change your bag, make sure your inventory contains nothing but the top 10 slots. Then double click on the bag you want to equip, or select it and click the "Put on" button under your inventory.

10. Headdress / hat. You need armor to take less damage from enemies. The hat is worn on the head and reduces the damage taken by the character. To put on a hat, select it and click the "Put on" button under your inventory.

11. Jacket. Armor similar to a hat, but worn on the torso.

12. Pants. Armor by analogy with a hat and jacket.

13. Boots. An important part of the armor. It has an additional "Movement" parameter, which is responsible for the character’s running speed. Good boots will help you catch up with the enemy, or vice versa - run away from him.

Mutiny Pirate: Proper Hero Development Strategy

Each time you level up, you gain one skill point. In total, four skills can be increased - damage, speed, defense and spirit.

Damage. Points invested in damage allow you to inflict more serious damage to enemies, including damage with fists if the weapon is broken.

Speed. Points invested in speed will increase attack speed and, accordingly, damage per second. Click on a weapon to see its speed stat on the tooltip. For example, daggers have a high speed value, but do not deal the most damage. Spears have medium attack speed and deal medium damage.

The Hammer is the slowest weapon, but still deals impressive damage. Some of the hammers hit multiple enemies at the same time. Different types of firearms have different speeds and some fire quite slowly. This is why it is beneficial to invest skill points in speed when developing a character.

Spirit. Many wild animals can be found in Mutiny, and almost every one of them is tamed, becoming a temporary ally. The ability to tame animals is affected by the number of points of the character’s spirit. Five points will be enough for the weakest animals. 10 points is enough for those who are stronger. The strongest will require 25 to 60 spirit points. When you tame a creature, the amount of spirit points is temporarily reduced until the tamed creature dies or you leave the location. If you have enough spirit points, you can tame several creatures at the same time.

An animal tamed by you attacks the enemy, switching his attention to himself. It is impossible to release a tamed animal. The spent spirit points will return only with his death or if you re-enter the island.

How much spirit does it take to tame animals? Amount of spirit needed to tame animals:

AnimalSpirit
Boar5
Iguana5
monitor lizard10
Ocelot10
Big Boartwenty
Seasoned Varantwenty
pumatwenty
Gorillatwenty
Large Ocelot25
Ferocious monitor lizard25
Jaguar35
Fierce monitor lizard35
Red Monitor45
Seasoned Ocelot45
Black Jaguar55
Bloodthirsty monitor lizard55
predatory lizard45
Furious Ocelot45
Merciless Jaguar55
Frenzied monitor lizard55

Protection. Defense reduces the amount of incoming damage. Any armor increases this indicator and, accordingly, protects you from blows until it breaks. But skill points invested in defense give a permanent bonus to this characteristic.

Mutiny Pirate: Setting up a home base

Concept. At the beginning of your adventure, you appear on a small island. This is your home location (you can also call it your home or base). This is the only place where you can build anything and store your loot securely. You will also find some basic resources here, such as bamboo or stone, and meet a few rabbits, wild boars, and iguanas. Please note that since the home island is not updated, these resources and animals will not reappear either.

The base is the best place to store all your stuff in vaults or chests, as well as to craft everything you need on workbenches. You can also decorate your home with chairs, tables and plants. At the base you will meet two sailors. Talk to the one with the exclamation mark above their head to start the tutorial.

Base improvement. Although your home island is where your resources are stored, you can still be raided by other pirates. So it would be a good idea to build walls around your possessions and improve them as soon as possible. To improve the floor and walls, open the "Build" menu, click on the wall or floor, and then on the green arrow to upgrade if you have enough resources.

Machine tools and storage. Building and upgrading your workbenches and warehouses is one of the important goals of the gameplay in Mutiny. Each machine is built for the production of specific things and has an appropriate storage where you can store both resources and finished products.

Please note that all created items can be found either in the creation queue on the workbench, or in the corresponding storages (if you have them). You can also use chests that can be upgraded and store any loot you want there. The maximum number of chests is 10. Keep this in mind when designing your base.

How to build more machines and warehouses? At the beginning, you only have three available machines and one warehouse. But you can build more as you progress in the game. To see your workbenches, open the construction menu, go to the "Workbenches" tab to view available workshops, or go to the "Warehouses" tab to open all warehouses. Machines are designed for the production of items (boards, stones, potions, weapons, armor, etc.). Without machines, you can only produce a few basic things. For the production of items on the machines, sailors are needed.

Types of machines. At your home location, you can build the following workbenches and storages:

Additional warehouses. There are also two warehouses that are not connected to any of the machines.

Mutiny Pirate: How to protect the base?

Home Improvement Tips

Mutiny offers you a variety of tools in terms of building and improving your home. Here’s what you can do:

1. Proper placement. All objects (except the safe) in your base, be it walls, stakes, sandbags and, of course, workbenches and storage rooms, can be destroyed. Keeping this in mind, you can place storage rooms and chests as far away from the entrance as possible. Just don’t forget to leave passages for your sailors so that they can safely move around the base and practice craft. The area of ??your base is 18x18 - 324 cells. With enough resources, you can build a large fortified base.

2. Use sandbags and stakes. Sandbags and stakes are your main defenses. Sandbags simply block the path and force the attacker to destroy them (the attacker loses the durability of the axes). And the stakes deal damage to the attacker when your enemy is close enough.

You can also upgrade stakes and bags. Each upgrade increases their durability and damage. You can build a maximum of 50 pieces of each type, so pay attention to the design of the fort first! Stake gates and bag gates are also available for construction. You can place them next to doors or walkways to make it easy to move around the base. The attacker will not be able to pass through them.

3. Consider strength. Each wall has durability, which depends on the level of improvement. Doors and windows have less durability than walls, but they allow your team to defend the base more effectively. For example, your archer sailors can shoot through windows, which is a big advantage.

4. Remember the team. Your team defends the base during raids. It’s worth taking the time to equip them with decent armor, weapons, and healing materials. What’s more, you can level up your sailors and increase their additional bonuses to make the most of their defensive abilities.

Mutiny Pirate: Sailor Management Guide

Use dovecote to get sailors. To build a dovecote, complete the tutorial quests. The dovecote itself can be found in the construction menu on the "Projects" tab. Build the frame by assembling three bamboo planks and two pieces of cane cloth, then complete the project itself with the following resources:

After building the dovecote, you will be able to take on both daily tasks with valuable rewards and a weekly mission to rescue a sailor, who can then be hired into the team. After accepting the weekly quest, go to the island indicated in the description, marked with the handcuffs icon.

Find three map fragments, open your inventory and combine them - the corresponding button will appear under the inventory slots, as soon as you find all the necessary fragments - and read the map. After that, a pirate hideout will appear on the global map. Defeat the leader, save the sailor and talk to him to complete the task.

Using the Cutthroat Shelter to get Sailors. Cutthroat Refuge Treasure Map is available to players level 20 and above. You can buy it with some chance from Rogue Pitt on the Trader’s Ship. Depending on how favorable lady luck is to you, a budget version of the card or a more valuable one will appear on sale.

In the first case, the candidate’s skill is selected randomly, as in the usual weekly sailor rescue missions, and in the second, it is selected according to the player’s level and progress. After finishing with the thugs, do not forget to save the sailor. He can then be hired into the team. All available crew members are in the sailors menu. Rescued sailors go to the "Candidates" tab. From there, you can manage them the way you want.

Quartermaster’s desk. At the very beginning of the game, there are only two sailors in your team. But, if you build the Quartermaster’s Desk, you can recruit new candidates. The quartermaster’s desk is a blueprint. You can find it in the construction menu on the "Projects" tab. But first you need to collect the following resources:

Please note that the Quartermaster’s Desk can only be placed on the floor. So build one square of bamboo floor first. Don’t forget to upgrade the floor before each level up of the table. After building the project, you can start improving. Each next level allows you to hire two sailors to the team. The maximum number of sailors is 12 people. Of course, for each improvement, more and more valuable resources will be needed.

Sailors menu. In the sailors menu, you can interact with any member of the team. All important interface elements are described below.

  1. Specifications. Sailors have the same stats as your character: damage, speed, defense, and spirit. Skill points automatically increase with the level of the sailor.
  2. Health scale. The health bar displays information about the level of the sailor, his name and the type of weapon that he can carry (see the icon next to the name). The amount of health increases automatically with each next level.
  3. Passive abilities. Each sailor has two random skills that apply to item crafting, combat success, or gathering resources. Skills also have a level, with the increase of which the percentage of the bonus increases, and with it the usefulness of the skill. Under each skill there is an experience bar showing how much is left until the next level up. Click on a skill to see its description, bonus percentage, list of activities that give experience, etc.
  4. Sailor’s outfit. In this window, the sailor model and equipment slots are available.
  5. Interaction buttons. The "Dress" button will allow you to change the sailor’s equipment. Please note that only weapons of a certain type can be transferred to a sailor. The icon next to his name will tell you which one. The "Kick" button, which looks like an icon with a crossed-out sailor, will free up space in the team. Note that this action cannot be undone. Don’t forget to pick up the sailor’s gear before kicking him off the team.

Adding sailors to the team. Open the sailors menu and scroll down to the list of candidates, which includes everyone you saved by completing weekly tasks. Select a candidate to view more information. After that, it can be sent to the assignment, added to the team, or removed from the list. Please note that you can add a new sailor only if there is free space in the team. To do this, you need to either improve the Quartermaster’s Table, or kick someone out.

Deleted sailors do not return. It is impossible to restore them, so do not forget to take the equipment from them. Applicants are available for a limited time only. The remaining time can be tracked on the portrait of a sailor. As soon as the timer reaches zero, the sailor will disappear from the list of candidates, and it will be impossible to interact with him.

Equipment. The team defends the base from attack and goes on missions. That is why the sailors should be armed. A sailor can be given any armor, a certain type of weapon corresponding to his specialization, any bag and items for treatment. But you can only do this while at home. Select the sailor you are interested in and click the "Dress" button on the left under the general list. Equip it by moving items to the appropriate slots or by double clicking on each item.

Each sailor can only use a certain type of weapon. To find out which one, pay attention to the icon next to the name - hammer, bow, dagger or spear. The type of weapon used directly depends on the specialization of the sailor. To check the specialization of the selected sailor, click the "Dress" button, and then click on the weapon icon next to the name.

Specializations. There are four specializations in Mutiny:

The strength system also applies to the equipment of sailors. In every battle, be it base defense or a skirmish during a mission, the durability of armor and weapons decreases. In addition, your sailors can heal. Therefore, they should put a few potions, bandages or ointments in the second cell of the weapon. Stocks are best checked and replenished from time to time.

Passive abilities. Each of your sailors has stats (damage, speed, defense, and spirit) as well as two random passive abilities. The level of the new candidate is equal to half of your level. For example, if you completed a task at level 60, then a level 30 sailor will be added to the list of candidates. The general level of a sailor, his characteristics and passive abilities are dynamic indicators.

Gaining experience. By completing missions and crafting items, sailors gain experience. With each level increase, stat and health points increase. Passive abilities are improved by completing the tasks associated with them. For example, you hired Quick Helen with the Carpenter ability and assigned her to make boards on a carpenter’s table.

Helen will gain experience points, and, eventually, the level of the Carpenter ability will increase, and the bonus percentage will increase. Some abilities are related to the level of crafted items. For example, a sailor with the "Gunsmith. Pistols II" ability gains a bonus when producing flintlock pistols. However, experience is awarded each time he works at the weapons table.

Types of passive abilities. Passive abilities of sailors are of three types:

Sailors gain experience when:

Missions on more difficult islands give more experience points. However, sending low-level sailors to them without good armor, weapons and healing potions is inefficient - with a high degree of probability they will die in the process, and then return without experience and without loot.

Please note that the sailors sent on missions will not defend your base during the raid, as they are too far from home at the time of the attack. All other team members, including those who are in production or were hired by a neighbor, will fight the enemy.

Craft items and improve buildings. Your sailors help you craft useful items and upgrade your workbenches. As soon as you put any item in the queue of the machine, the sailor with the most appropriate skill starts to work. If there are several sailors with the same skill in the team, the one who has it better developed will take care of manufacturing. When the most profitable candidate to work at the barge is busy, a warning appears in the game with several options to choose from: assign another sailor or wait.

For example, your team has two sailors: Skinny Pete, who knows how to make durable leather, and Sly Jim, who has no equal in collecting bamboo. Not so long ago, you entrusted these two sailors with some work, but Jim did it faster than his colleague and is free right now. Noticing this, you immediately decide to make a few pieces of strong leather, even though the most profitable performer (Skinny Pete) is busy with other things. In this case, a warning will appear on the screen (see the top screenshot).

Send sailors on missions. Missions (or collecting resources) is one of the most important aspects of the gameplay related to your team. At the end of the next mission, the sailor will bring you resources specific to the island he visited, gain experience and improve the skill associated with this activity, if he has one. Please note that during missions, sailors fight with opponents, and their equipment loses durability.

To send a sailor on a mission, additional boats must first be built. To do this, upgrade the slipway, which is located on the pier of your base. Two boats are available for construction. This means that only two sailors can be sent on missions at the same time. With each improvement of the boat, you will be able to send your crew members to more and more remote and difficult islands.

How to send a sailor on a mission?

  1. Exit to the global map.
  2. Choose an island. You will see the "Submit" button on the right side of the island window.
  3. Click the "Submit" button.
  4. Select a sailor, remembering to check his passive abilities, and then click the "Submit" button under the list of sailors.
  5. As soon as the time runs out, a red icon will appear on the button that opens the sailors menu with the number of missions completed. Open the sailors menu, select a team member who was sent on a mission, and then click the "Finish" button under the list of sailors.

Mission conditions. By clicking on any available island, you can check how many boats are available to ship and how many sailors are available. The average mission duration depends on the island. The exact time can be found by the timer above the raft icon, which will appear after the start of the mission on the global map. Wealthy pirates can speed up the passage of the mission for coins. To do this, you need to open the sailors menu, select the sailor sent on the mission, and then press the button with the image of an hourglass (under the list of sailors). The price also depends on the island.

Changing a mission candidate. Sailors are sent on missions automatically, depending on their resource gathering skills. But what happens if the most profitable candidate is busy? Example. Remember your imaginary team from the last example - Skinny Pete and Sly Jim?

Let’s imagine that Jim, who has no equal in the collection of bamboo, is busy with something, and Pete, the best leatherman in the Caribbean archipelago, on the contrary, is leisurely strolling along the pier. You have decided to send a sailor to collect resources on Bamboo Island. If the most successful candidate were free, the mission would start immediately, but in this case you will see the following window:

To send Jim to Bamboo Island, you will have to speed up the production of items. If you do not want to do this, send another sailor instead.

Orders. Captains who regularly complete daily tasks will sooner or later find that too many sailors have accumulated on the list of candidates. It’s impossible to get everyone on the team. Therefore, free candidates can always be sent on assignments and receive additional resources for this.

Open the sailors menu and go to the list of candidates. Then select any sailor from the list and click the "On assignment" button located at the bottom left. Orders are simple, ordinary and complex. Each of them will require a different number of sailors to complete (from one to three).

Click on the errand you are interested in, and then select the sailor manually, or by clicking the "Auto" button. Once the sailors are selected, press "Start". Then you can wait until the order is completed or speed up the process for coins. Don’t forget to collect your reward! To do this, open the list of assignments, select the completed one and click the "Pick up" button located under the list of candidates. The reward will automatically go into your inventory.

Mutiny Pirate: All about neighbors, allies

Concept. You can have four neighbors in total. You can make an alliance with two. Neighbors are real players who develop their own strategies and decide whether to attack you, form an alliance, or not interact with you at all. You cannot influence their decision directly, but you can try to build the defense of your base. Regular neighbors change every 72 hours. Allies remain on the global map until one of you breaks the peace agreement.

Selection of neighbors. Neighbor matching system is designed to make raids not too easy and at the same time quite profitable, as well as to maintain balance in PvP. Basic principles of this system.

Interaction with neighbors. Consider the neighbors menu in more detail. The numbers in the screenshot indicate the menu items.

  1. Neighbor’s nickname. Here you can specify the name of your neighbor.
  2. Neighborhood time. Shows how much time is left before the neighbor changes. After an attack, the timer increases to 24 hours (if it was less).
  3. Your allies. Information about how many alliances you have entered into.
  4. Alliance button. Click here to offer peace to your neighbor. It should be borne in mind that the application is automatically withdrawn if: the neighborhood time has expired, and the neighbor has not accepted your offer to become allies; you attacked a potential ally; the neighbor rejected your offer.
  5. Chat with a neighbor. By clicking here, you can send a private message to your neighbor.
  6. Details about the team and captain. In the neighbor’s menu, you can evaluate the level and equipment of the sailors and get a general idea of ??u200bu200bhow difficult it will be to defeat them.
  7. Trade. Option to trade with neighbors.
  8. Movement. You can swim to the neighbor’s island for energy or sailcloth, or choose a leisurely drift.

Allies. Any of your neighbors can become an ally. It will remain on your global map until one of you chooses to break the peace agreement. You can only have two allies at a time. The two remaining islands will be given to potential enemies.

Why do you need allies? Agree, sometimes it’s nice to talk with a friendly captain! By the way, to start a chat, press the corresponding button in the neighbor’s menu. Yet alliances also have more significant tactical advantages: in some situations, two potentially hostile captains are better than four. To form an alliance:

  1. Select a neighbor on the global map.
  2. Click on the selected island.
  3. Click the "Ally" button.
  4. Wait for the neighbor to accept the offer.

Mutiny Pirate: Secrets of Successful Raids

Preparing for the raid

So you decide to attack your neighbor. Below are some helpful tips for this.

1. Evaluate all possible options. There are at least two neighbors on your global map that can be attacked (four if you haven’t made an alliance with anyone yet). How to identify strong and weak? First of all, evaluate how the team and the captain himself are equipped. To do this, select the neighbor’s island on the global map and click the "Team" button in the window that opens.

In most cases, this simple action will help you evaluate your chances of winning, because you will have to fight just with the same sailors from the "Team" menu. Of course, even if the enemy sailors are not very well armed, you should not think that there is no other protection at the base.

2. Prepare for battle. Your equipment is the key to victory. It would be unwise to sail to a neighbor without properly armed, without armor and additional tools. Therefore, do not forget to craft everything you need or take ready-made items from warehouses. The minimum set of a successful raider:

3. Get on the road. Exit to the global map and select the neighbor’s island. Go there by oars using drift or canvas (if you have managed to upgrade the boat to the desired level). Land on the neighbor’s island and start the attack. As soon as you find yourself in an enemy base, the raid will start automatically. In addition, a quest with multiple objectives will appear in your journal. It can be used as a direct attack guide!

It is important to remember that the neighbor’s island is different from other locations. If you leave it, the raid will be considered completed, and it will be impossible to get to the base until the neighbor attacks you in response. In addition, if you exit the game during a raid, the stolen items will not be saved.

After the attack, the neighborhood time will increase to 24 hours (if before that it was less). If you have previously sent this neighbor an offer of alliance, it will be automatically withdrawn.

4. Attack! On the neighbor’s island, you will have to destroy a lot of obstacles on your way, because the enemy sailors managed to barricade even ordinary doors! There are several types of obstacles during a raid:

Your neighbor also has workbenches, warehouses and chests. To get loot, you have to destroy them. Of course, raids would be very boring without fights! Your neighbor’s team will do their best to defend the base and bleed you. Each sailor has his own specialization, which determines his behavior in battle. It makes sense to destroy the walls one at a time and not too quickly to avoid an insidious ambush, and it is better to lure the sailors one at a time, if possible.

Hostile sailors don’t give any loot. They will do anything to annoy you! Sometimes the opposing team can be too strong for you. Try to prepare for the next raid even more carefully. If you die in battle, then, as in all other cases, you will find yourself at home.

Raider Tools

During the raid, you will have to destroy a lot of obstacles on your way, and special tools will help you with this. They are of two types:

With axes, you can destroy stakes, sandbags, wooden walls and, of course, warehouses, workbenches or chests in which a neighbor stores his booty. Remember that each ax has a durability that increases depending on the rank. Try to bring as many axes into the raid as possible if your inventory allows. Powder kegs blow up walls and defenses. There are four types in the game:

When planning a raid, remember that each barrel occupies one cell both in your inventory and in the warehouse, and in your mail. In addition, barrels cannot be used as weapons against enemies. To blow up the strongest walls, you will need several barrels. In a raid, a powder keg is just as useful as an axe. You can switch between these two tools.

To destroy the obstacle, the first item in the inventory will be used. For example, you have a bronze hatchet, a medium powder keg, and an iron ax in your inventory. In doing so, you want to destroy the palm wall. If a bronze ax is in a slot in front of all other tools, then the character uses it by default. If you want to blow up a wall with a barrel, move it to the cell in front of the axe.

How to use powder kegs?

  1. Place the BARREL into inventory.
  2. Approach the object you want to blow up.
  3. Press the interaction button next to the attack button (it should have a barrel icon on it).
We remind you that none of the tools described above will help open the safe. You can’t rob him!

Interaction with repositories

Having destroyed and opened the very first storage, you will surely notice that some cells are inaccessible, and it is impossible to see what lies there. Destruction is always chaos, and some of the loot is lost under the rubble of a warehouse or chest. Such is the way of the raider! In terms of gameplay, the closed cell mechanic protects the victim. Robbery is, of course, familiar to a pirate, but you don’t want to lose all your property. By the way, your warehouses with chests are also protected!

The number of open cells depends on how full the storage is. The more things are inside, the more you can steal (and vice versa). To complete the raid, it is enough to leave the island. After that, the neighborhood time will automatically increase to 24 hours, and the captain you attacked will have the opportunity to take revenge. Sooner or later, someone will inevitably attack your base, but it’s even more interesting!

Mutiny Pirate: Item Rarity, Blueprints and Tubes

types of rarity. Every item in Mutiny, from a simple flask to a trendy camisole, is assigned a rarity level. In total, there are three main types of rarity in the game and one additional. They are listed below in order from most common to most valuable:

Items of special rarity cannot be obtained in the usual ways. They are only available during festive events (such as Halloween or Lunar New Year).

Peculiarities. Rarity is a versatile system that affects many game mechanics and can also affect your game strategy. The rarity gives clues as to how difficult it is to find an item in the Caribbean. Thus, the higher the rarity level of an item, the less often it comes across among the loot.

If you find something valuable, consider how best to dispose of it. For example, good-quality equipment can be used immediately, or you can hide it at your base until better times. The same applies to all other in-game items. Of course, no one will forbid you to get rid of a couple of corals and free up space in your bag, but do not rule out the possibility that they will be needed for an exchange very soon!

The most noticeable effect of the rarity system is on armor and weapons, significantly increasing their performance.

Making items. After the construction of the workbench, the manufacture of most ordinary items will become available to you. Of course, the cunning of the pirates will do their best to find or craft a complete set of armor of rare quality and arm themselves with a powerful firearm.

However, do not forget that sometimes even ordinary equipment improved by several levels can be much more useful than unusual entry-level equipment. Since rarity is considered the quality of items, it cannot be changed. But you can always find blueprints that you can use to make equipment for yourself and your team.

Tubes and drawings. In total, there are two ways to find new items for production at the base:

The tube is a consumable item with some rarity. Inside it contains a random armor or weapon blueprint. To open a tube, first select it, and then click the "Read" button located at the bottom.

Detailed information about the received drawing will appear in a pop-up window. In addition, it will be marked with the NEW icon in the list when the machine is opened for the first time.

How to get a tube? There are several ways to get a tube:

From the Blueprints tab in the in-game store, you can purchase tubes of the three main rarities, as well as get one common per day and one uncommon per week for watching ads.

Drawing improvements. Each blueprint has both a rarity and an enhancement level. Both of these significantly affect the characteristics of the piece of equipment being made. Improving the blueprints is a lengthy process that you can spend as much time as you see fit, because the same recipe drops out of the tube an unlimited number of times. Sometimes it is much more profitable to read tubes and improve already opened blueprints than to look for recipes for a new rarity. The level of improvement can be viewed both in the list of drawings and in the menu of the corresponding machine.

Each time you get a known blueprint from a tube, its level increases by one. The improvement bonus can be seen in the pop-up window after opening the tube.

The first levels of improvement give a significant increase in equipment characteristics. In the future, the bonus becomes less noticeable. Consider this feature when improving drawings.

Mutiny Pirate: Using Boats

Why are boats needed? Your first important objective in Mutiny Survival RPG will be building boats. Now you can build as many as three boats. You and your sailors will need them. Without them, it will not be possible to send a team and search for resources. Boat building items: oar, spyglass, compass, etc. you can find the Dead Man’s Chest at the location, and also get some of them when buying a special chest in the store or for daily entry into the game. At the beginning of the game on the pier, you already have a slipway and a raft. In order for you to be able to build multiple boats, you need to upgrade the slipway. He has two levels in total.

Boat menu. When interacting with the pier, you open the boat menu. Here you can switch between them and upgrade them.

Each boat has its own parameters of cargo, wear, speed and range, which change depending on its level. Increasing the range of ships is necessary to open new distant lands.

Travels. There are three travel options:

Please note that you cannot drift to the islands that open up behind the lighthouse. Strong South Ocean storms rage there and due to gusts of wind, the boat can be strongly diverted from the course. Therefore, you can travel there only for energy or canvas.

Boat levels. There are 9 levels of boats in total:

Mutiny Pirate: Safe Features

Concept. A safe is a project where you can hide valuable resources and protect them from possible theft during a raid. To build a safe, open the construction menu and go to the "Projects" tab. Gather the necessary resources and install the safe frame where you want.

Please note that the safe can only be placed on the floor. A reed floor will suffice for the frame.

What is needed for construction? The construction of the frame will require:

Once the frame is built, you can begin to improve. To increase the level of the safe, press the interaction button, and then the icon in the lower left corner of the screen.

How to improve the safe? For improvements, you will need unique resources of several types (two types for each level). They spawn with a random chance among Edelmira’s goods from the Merchant’s Ship. This:

There are currently three levels of upgrades available, each of which will require more valuable resources. Before upgrading the safe, you will also need to upgrade the floor. The new level adds five slots to the vault. Thus, 15 can be opened in total.

Mutiny Pirate: Participation in competitions

Competitions. A competition is a recurring event that is associated with a certain aspect of the game. Each completed condition adds points to your total score, which is displayed on the leaderboard. The higher the score, the higher the position in the list of participants, and the more valuable the final rewards.

All competitions are limited in time and finite. In the leaderboard menu on the global map, you can see which ones are currently active. There is also information about future competitions, their exact dates and awards. In order to maintain balance and competitive spirit, some conditions of participation have been developed. To start the competition, each captain will have to complete a short task. Current goals can be viewed in the list of tasks and tracking can be turned on there.

How to participate? To enter the competition:

  1. Open the leaderboard menu by clicking on the pedestal icon on the global map.
  2. Select the competition you are interested in from the tabs on the left.
  3. Pay attention to the quest below. There will be specified conditions for the start of the competition.
  4. Press the "Track" button to see the target on the screen (works similarly to a regular quest).

Awards. Competing in a competition, whether it’s completing waves in the Temple of Trials or killing enemies on the islands, earns reward points that affect your overall score, league, and leaderboard position. All brave pirates who managed to fulfill the conditions of participation will receive rewards at the end of the competition. Usually these are tubes, resources, coins and other valuables. There are two general types of competitions in Mutiny. One of them is connected with the passage of the Temple of Trials, the other - with the killing of the Black Mark pirates.

Temple of Trials. You can take part in the competition by passing 5 waves in the Temple. There are two factors that affect the final score: the number of the highest wave that you managed to pass, as well as the time indicator. Complete as many waves as possible to advance to the next league. Rewards for participation can be viewed in the Leaderboards menu by selecting the tab with the desired challenge.

Pirates of the Black Mark. Defeat as many hostile pirates as possible to get valuable rewards. For killing an enemy of each type (more details about the conditions of the competition can be found in the leaderboard menu), bonus points will be added to your total score. Rewards for participation can be viewed in the Leaderboards menu by selecting the tab with the desired challenge.

Mutiny Pirate: Temple of Trials Guide

Introduction. Far to the northeast is the mysterious Temple of Trials. Any pirate or native can test his strength and courage there, receiving a worthy reward for this (for example, an earring with a bonus to one of the characteristics). At the very beginning of the game, the Temple of Trials is hidden in the fog. To get to it, you will have to upgrade the boat to level 3 (Punt) and complete the task on the Dead Island.

When you visit the Temple for the first time, the mission "New Horizons" will automatically appear in the quest log. You need to overcome five waves of enemies to unlock new territories (see the compass icon in the rewards section). If you have time and enough equipment, more waves can be completed. Speak with the shaman named Mixtli to begin the challenge. This will only need to be done once.

Drink the potion and go to the main hall where the trials are taking place.

Spirit Altar. The trials take place in an ancient round hall with an altar in the middle. To get started, activate the Spirit Altar using 3 Earring Pieces and 3 Earring Chains, which are often found in chests or on the bodies of slain enemies during your travels. You can start testing without the necessary details. But you will have to pay 100 coins for this. The Spirit Altar shows detailed information about the next two waves and the reward you will receive for completing them. Here you can also complete the challenge or start the next wave.

After completing the test, you will have to wait 1 day and 23 hours before starting a new one. You can speed up the process for coins.

Animal spirits. There are several friendly animal spirits in the main hall that will help in combat if you have enough Spirit points to tame them. Four spirits are waiting at the entrance to the main hall. Requirements for taming them:

New animal spirits appear after each passed wave and, if necessary, they can be tamed again. The taming will also work during combat if the previous ghostly ally has died. Interaction with animals in the Temple of Trials works the same as on the islands. Letting go of a pet just won’t work, but the bond between you will break if you leave the location or if the animal dies.

Waves of enemies. Formally, the tests are endless. This means that you can go through as many waves as you can. More often than not, Trials end when you run out of armor, weapons, or healing items. If you lost, but are sure that you can pass the last wave, then it can be restarted for coins at the Altar of Spirits. You can only replay the wave five times.

An active VIP allows you to replay the wave once for free. You cannot die in the Temple of Trials, even if the enemies deal lethal damage. But hunger and thirst are still dangerous, so be sure to bring some food and water with you.

Enemies attacking in melee. This is the first and easiest wave that repeats in every cycle. Defeat 12 native ghosts armed with melee weapons such as daggers and hammers. Strategy: It all depends on your preferences. For a successful passage, you can use both a weapon that deals damage to one target, and one that hits the area.

Enemies that attack in melee and ranged combat. The second wave is a little more difficult. The ghosts of the natives will attack both near and from afar. Enemies with melee weapons block the path to the archers. To successfully pass the wave, try to deal with them as quickly as possible. Strategy: Enemies move faster and can easily overwhelm with numbers. Perhaps the best tactic would be to alternate between a weapon with point damage and one that deals damage in an area. It will not be so difficult to do this, because you have two slots for weapons!

Many enemies attacking in close combat (atli). In total, you have to defeat 30 ghosts of atlas, which attack in groups of three. New enemies appear with minimal interruptions, so you have to act quickly. Strategy: When passing, weapons with area damage will help a lot. If you’re planning on surf higher, prepare blunderbass, which can kill several atles with one shot, while keeping a distance.

Try to move actively and collect at least three atlas in one place, killing them in one or two hits / shots. If your character has a developed spirit parameter, it is worth considering that tamed animals will only distract one atl at a time. Therefore, many experienced pirates prefer to pass such tests by investing stat points in speed.

Explosive shamans. For hundreds of years, local shamans have been transmitting the will of the spirits. They serve their tribe even in death. Five shamans will check if you are worthy to continue the test. An explosion zone gradually grows around each shaman. At higher levels, the power of all five explosions will surely be the end of the challenge. Therefore, your task is to stop as many shamans as possible before the red zone covers the entire hall. Shamans have a lot of health and it will not be possible to cope with all at once. After the first explosion, the shamans immediately start casting the spell again.

Strategy: Wear armor with maximum durability to reduce the amount of damage you take. Try to kill at least two shamans before the first explosion to avoid embarrassment.

Boss fight. During the passage of the Temple, you will have to fight with two such opponents, who are selected randomly on the fifth wave of each cycle.

Awards. The most valuable reward for completing tests is an earring with a bonus to a random characteristic. The quantitative value of the bonus depends on how many waves you managed to pass. In addition to the earring, you will receive resources, canvas (starting from wave 11) and coins. The rank of resources depends on the progress in the game. The characteristics of the earring after receiving can be changed five times for coins. The first attempt will cost 100 coins.

Test preparation and helpful tips

1. Equipment. To pass the challenges, you will need the best equipment available at the current rank. Since it will no longer be possible to leave the Temple after activating the Altar, it is better to put everything you need in your inventory. Specific items and their quantity depend on your goals, but for a standard and not the longest trip to the Temple of Trials, you will need the following:

2. The best option for character development. Tamed animals can make both boss fights and other battles much easier. Therefore, you can invest a certain amount of skill points in the spirit. On the other hand, the speed parameter is also useful. The faster you hit or shoot, the easier it is to defeat even the most tenacious enemies.

As such, many captains take the speed buff earrings and invest most of their skill points in speed. True, because of this, you will not be able to tame animals and you will have to run away from enemies a lot. There is a third option - universal. Put 60 points into spirit (enough to tame some pretty strong animals) and the rest into speed. The bravest pirates invest skill points in defense, claiming that this strategy allows them to absorb more damage.

3. General advice. Of course, it is impossible to pass the tests without taking any damage at all. However, the more actively you move, the higher the chances of evading the attacks of ordinary opponents and bosses. Equip boots with the ultimate movement speed bonus to outrun even the most agile enemies like pesky atlas. Try to dodge at least obvious attacks.

After completing the passage, be sure to go to the global map. Otherwise, your result will not be displayed on the leaderboard.

Mutiny Pirate Leaderboard & Leagues

Leaderboard. The leaderboard is a constantly updated list of players, which indicates the intermediate or final results (score) of a certain competition. Thus, on the leaderboard, you can track your score, place in the list relative to rival captains, as well as rewards that will open at the end of the competition. You can view the leaderboard menu at any time on the global map. To do this, click on the icon with an honorary pedestal in the lower left corner of the screen above the chat button. A red circle over the icon indicates unread notifications. For instance:

If you are participating in multiple competitions, you can follow multiple leaderboards at the same time.

League. In order to maintain a balance and correctly evaluate the achievements of the captains who compete among themselves, leagues were introduced. A league is a group of equal strength players with approximately the same progress in a particular competition. Which league you are in is affected not only by the score, but also by the time you spend in the game, as well as the rank of the islands that you have discovered and regularly visit. There are three leagues in Mutiny: bronze, silver and gold.

You advance to the next league by increasing your score to a certain level. At the same time, there will be no relegation in the league, even if at some point you show a result lower than before. The progress you have made is saved and taken into account with the start of new competitions. This way, you will start your way among equal players, and you will not have to break through higher from lower leagues every time.

Mutiny Pirate: Daily Events & Treasure Maps

Mutiny is an action-packed game! Two of them appear on the global map every day at a random time. Get there quickly before the timer runs out! The more you play, the higher the chance to have time to attend both daily events. Only the most enthusiastic pirates will get all the booty!

Island of Broken Ships. The Island of Broken Ships is the perfect place to look for boat parts. Explore the vast island, defeat hostile pirates and, of course, earn rewards! The loot in the chests is random, but you will surely find parts for your boat in one of them.

Dead Man’s Chest. Explore the island in search of various loot - from bottles of rum to herbs or ready-made healing materials. In one of the chests there is always a regular tube.

Treasure maps. Treasure maps open access to several events:

Treasure maps are sold on the Merchant Ship by Slick Pitt, who is ready to sell them to you both for gold and in exchange for some resources: coral, scrap metal, oil lamps. You can only find and visit these events with the help of treasure maps.

There is no limit to the number of cards you can store. You can buy them and leave them at the base. In addition, they do not disappear from the inventory after death. Treasure cards cannot be stacked. Keep this in mind when you store them. Cards can be stolen during a raid. Some cunning pirates prefer to keep especially valuable copies in a safe!

How to activate an event using treasure maps? To activate the event, select a card and read it exactly as you would the Sanctuary card from the Daily Sailor Rescue Missions. Once the event starts, don’t forget to check the timer. The new location will remain on your global map for a limited time. Only one event from the treasure map can exist on the global map at a time. As soon as you try to activate the second, the standard warning will appear.

Click "Yes" if you want to move to a new event. The previous one will disappear from the global map.

Types of treasure maps. There are several map options available in the game for each event, except for Shipwrecks. The differences relate to the cost of the cards themselves, the value of loot in events, as well as the number of enemies that are waiting for you. Pitt’s Rogues now have cards in their assortment that correspond to game progress at the time of purchase. The quality of the card can be determined by the icon and the frame around it.

Gold treasure cards are more expensive and more valuable than white ones. Click on the map to see how much loot and enemies there will be on the island.

Treasure map cost. The table below shows the coin prices for all treasure cards. The cost depends on the amount and value of the resources that can be collected during the event. The higher the value, the more expensive the card. Please note that treasure maps are subject to a VIP discount.

Mutiny Pirate: Treasure Map Event Overview

Shelter of thugs. This treasure map will reveal the location of the lair of bloodthirsty pirates who attack peaceful merchants and often take excellent sailors prisoner. Once you’ve located the Cutthroat Refuge, deal with the numerous enemies as soon as possible and save the poor captured sailor from certain death!

Please note that the prisoner will be released only after you defeat all the enemies. The sailor will appear in the list of candidates, and if desired, he can be hired into the team. In the assortment of Pitt’s Rogues, both budget options for the shelter card, and more valuable ones, may appear. In the first case, the candidate’s skill is selected randomly, as in the usual weekly sailor rescue missions, and in the second, it is selected according to the player’s level and progress.

Abandoned parking lot. Even the richest merchants need to rest from time to time. True, sometimes at such moments they can be attacked by bloodthirsty pirates. So it happened with those who once set up a parking lot on this picturesque island. In the chests at the Abandoned Parking lot, ready-made resources are waiting in the wings: boards, ingots, leather, and, if you’re lucky, even weapons. All items correspond to your level and progress. The advantages are obvious: by purchasing one Treasure Map, in the most successful case, you can collect five times more ready-made resources at a better price than in the hold of a Merchant Ship.

Remains of ships. It is no coincidence that this event is so similar to the Island of Broken Ships, because it can be regarded as an additional source of parts for a boat more valuable than oars and oarlocks. The event is available in only one variant. The amount of loot and the number of enemies do not change, but the value and difficulty depend on your level and progress in the game. Chests contain useful resources and a random boat part.

Dormant volcano. After a volcanic eruption, the once blooming tropical island turned into a scorched wasteland. Step carefully, because the floor is lava! An extinct volcano is the best place to mine coal. Don’t forget to bring your axes and pickaxes. Here and there, the trunks of scorched trees stick out of the ground, from which coal and wood can be obtained. Some metal can be found nearby. There are no pirates on this island, only wild cats that can be tamed with enough spirit.

Monkey Island. An abandoned temple far from the mainland has become a haven for many cute or awesome gorillas, as well as a few monitor lizards. On Monkey Island, you can get gorilla fangs, skins, meat, medicinal herbs, and other useful resources. Make your way to the temple and fight the mighty King of the island, who is guarding the largest chest.

Boarding. Pirates greedy for profit attacked one of the merchant ships. It’s time for you to get your share! Boarding is an event for players of intermediate and higher levels. The higher the level, the more difficult the battles. There are powder kegs on the ships that you can hit. The explosion will cause damage to enemies and you too, if you do not have time to escape.

Don’t forget to search the captain’s quarters. Parts for the safe are stored there, as well as in the chests on the deck and in the hold you will find ready-made resources: boards, ropes and leather.

Mercenary fort. An ancient fortress where bloodthirsty pirates are waiting. The mercenary fort is not the safest place, but for the sake of worthy booty, you can always take a chance! Useful resources are hidden behind the stone walls, as well as tubes. The complexity of the event largely depends on the style of passage. For those who prefer to act covertly, it will be much easier to pass it. After all, there are two entrances to the Fort: the main gate and the sewer. The fortress walls are well guarded, so those who decide to go through the gate will have to fight with many enemies.

Stealthy pirates can sneak in through the sewers. In one of the walls there is a passage covered with a broken grate. From it you can get out into the courtyard. Enemies guard not only the fortress walls, but also all the entrances to the buildings. If you prefer to play stealthy, pick up a weapon that strikes without too much noise. Muskets and blunderbusses are best left in case you are discovered. If stealth isn’t your forte, you can always deal with hostile pirates with area-of-effect weapons.

The most valuable loot is hidden in buildings. Most of them can only be entered by blowing up the walls. So don’t forget to take a few barrels of gunpowder with you. Two medium barrels are enough to blow up a solid wall, and only one will be enough for a wall with a door.

Mutiny Pirate: Merchant Ship

At the very beginning of the game, after the tutorials, two game events become available to you: Merchants’ Ship and Dead Man’s Chest. On the ship, you can exchange your resources for other, more necessary ones, or purchase them and other items for coins.

Peculiarities. When boarding a ship, you can interact with your boat and place extra items there to free up inventory for shopping. Just walk up to that big chest and hit the interact button.

NPC on the ship. If you walk forward along the deck, you will see Handsome Riccardo. Contact him if you want to change the nickname or appearance of the character. Slick Pitt is waiting for you near Pretty Riccardo to offer treasure maps. You can buy cards with coins or exchange them.

The brave adventurer Van der Houtmann will offer you uncommon/rare tubes for coins or exchange 20 common tubes for an uncommon and 20 uncommon tubes for one rare. Further up the stairs you will find Edelmira. She has in her assortment parts for a safe and other things useful for pirates.

How to buy or exchange resources? If you want to buy or exchange any specific resources, go down into the hold, where five more merchants will be waiting for you. Each of them specializes in its type of goods and will be able to offer you resources of different levels. In addition, in their daily updated assortment, you can find other items related to the specialization of the merchant, which you can buy for coins.

Native merchant. Behind the shallow water there is a trader Xicama. You can find him in the Native Tribe. To go there, you need to upgrade the boat to level 5. In exchange for monitor lizard skulls and gorilla fangs, you can make a good purchase. All products are updated every 24 hours.

Event merchants. In addition to those described above, there are merchants in the game that appear on certain events (events): Witch - on Halloween, Captain Klaus - on New Year’s Eve, etc. In exchange for various event items and gold, you can buy goods from them and hire event workers. These employees can only be used to carry out assignments. They cannot be hired into a team or rented out. Items from event merchants are updated every 24 hours or when their location appears.

Mutiny Pirate: Global Map Features

Global map. The global map is the starting point for exploring the vast world of Mutiny with various islands, harbors and events. To open it, go to the highlighted coastline and cross it. After a short download, you will be on the global map. At the beginning of the game, most of the islands are hidden by fog. But don’t worry, the fog can be dispelled! To do this, upgrade your boat, open new harbors and the most distant islands. In the screenshot above, you can see the location of all available islands and harbors.

harbors. Harbors open the way to new territories, and you will travel between them. Each route passes through the harbor in accordance with the level of locations. Harbors do not reset like regular islands do. Once cleared, resources and loot will no longer reappear. Please keep this in mind when visiting harbors. You can’t send sailors there.

Ports are not reset, but it is not recommended to store your resources there. Sometimes, during maintenance, data can be erased. You will lose everything you have stored in the harbors.

House. Your base is the first available harbor. Near it there are several initial islands. There you can find the necessary resources to start your journey. Visit islands at the edge of your boat’s range (yellow circle) to clear the fog and locate new outlying islands. Available islands:

Dead Island. Upgrade your boat to the second level (Sturdy Raft) and visit your next destination - Dead Island Harbor. Please note that it looks like a normal island, but it doesn’t reset like other harbors! As soon as you arrive on the island, you will automatically receive a task. "Defeat the Pyro Gang", after completing it, talk to the natives. If the natives do not appear immediately - wait a bit. Dead Island gives you access to Rocky and Tropical Islands. You will also be able to see the next harbor from here.

Temple of Trials. Upgrade your boat to the third level (Punt) to get to the next harbor and discover new islands. Enter the Temple of Trials and speak with the shaman to start the New Territories quest. Please note that in order to pass the test, you will need to insert three earring pieces and three earring chains into the altar. You can find these items in chests on the islands. Also, after completing the test, there is a button to skip restoring the island. This feature will cost 100 coins. Defeat five waves of enemies to unlock Tailed and Sand Islands.

Shallow water. Travel to Tropical Island to find out where your next harbor is - Shallow Water. You will need a Level 4 Boat (Pram) to get to it. Take at least three bombs with you to clear your way to the north, or a maximum of five to get to all the chests. You can craft bombs or buy them from a merchant ship.

Once the path is clear, continue on until you reach the Overseer’s Hut. This project works in the same way as upgrading your boat or dock: collect all the necessary resources and complete the construction of the hut to open the way to the Northern Isles. To build the Overseer’s Hut, you need:

Once the hut project is completed, you won’t be able to interact with it. The same applies to players who unlocked Shallow Waters and the Northern Isles before the global map change and the introduction of the new boat system. Pram and the completed Hut will grant you access to Nut Island and Hilly Island.

A tribe of natives. Upgrade your boat to the fifth level (dinghy) and sail to the tribe of natives. Please note that immediately after visiting the island for the first time, new locations will be unlocked. The tribe of natives is a very useful place. Here you can exchange gorilla fangs and monitor lizard skulls for boards, ingots, cloth or leather (look for the coin icon on the mini-map) and upgrade your earrings (look for the earring icon on the mini-map). Native Tribe Harbor opens the way to Tin, Fanged, and Cursed Isles. Build a Kat (level 6 boat) to open Pirate Camp II and you can consider yourself the proud conqueror of the North!

Lighthouse. This harbor gives you access to the Southern Isles. You can find his location by visiting Mountain Island. First, upgrade your boat to level 6 (Kat). The Lighthouse is another project that works exactly like your boat or dock: collect all the necessary resources and build it to open the way to the Southern Islands. To build a lighthouse you need:

Note that Beacon Lenses are a rare resource that you can exchange for 40 Iron Scraps, 40 Coral and 40 Oil Lamps on the Merchant Ship. Lenses are always in the assortment of goods of the merchant Yakub-reis. The lighthouse and Kat open the way to the Wooded and Basalt Islands. Upgrade the boat to the seventh level (Sloop) to sail to the Beast and Iron Islands. The nearby Pirate Camp III can only be reached by Cutter (level 8 boat).

Islands and resources

Exploring the global map, you will gradually discover new harbors and islands located next to them. Each island has its own landscape, climate, geology, flora and fauna. They also have difficulty levels, which are marked by the number of skulls in the location window. The list of resources and their quantity on each particular island depend on the level of complexity. Some lands are impossible to drift due to the climate conditions in the Caribbean, so stock up on canvas beforehand! The location window shows the resources that are the most on the island. This should be taken into account when sailing.

In addition to stone, wood and fiber, you can always find caches of other pirates on the islands, in which valuable items are hidden, so it’s best to set off with free inventory and a cargo hold in order to take as much loot as possible. In the line of the name of the island, in parentheses, the recommended level of the player is indicated for a comfortable passage of the location. This window also shows the price and travel time to the location, as well as the number of sailors that you can send for resources.

All islands have a small amount of bamboo and limestone to craft a simple ax or pickaxe.

Mutiny Pirate: Native Tribe

Concept. The native tribe is the harbor in the north. Local merchants are willing to offer their goods. Some of them you will surely find quite useful. For example, Teteo-Temakalitz improves earrings obtained in the Temple of Trials. You can find it on the left side of the settlement, next to one of the huts (the ring icon on the minimap). Bring Teteo-Temakalitz three earrings with bonuses of the same size and combine them into one, more powerful one. The cost of upgrading varies depending on the type of earring.

Reforging. Take advantage of the reforging option if you don’t like the new earring. This will allow you to change the characteristic, the bonus to which the earring gives. Captains with an active VIP status can reforge the earring for free once a day. In total, you have five attempts, each next one will cost 100 coins more. For example, you have three earrings in your inventory: +7 speed, +7 defense, and +7 spirit.

The bonuses are the same in value, which means that these earrings can be upgraded up to +8 to a random characteristic. Place all three earrings in the empty cells of the Teteo-Temakalits store, and then click the "Create" button. If you do not need the received bonus, click the "Reforge" button and replace the characteristic. Thus, the level of the bonus remains unchanged, and the characteristic itself can be changed.

Please note that all three earrings that you use to upgrade will disappear, and you can only pick up the improved one from Teteo-Temakalits.

Characters. Trader Shaltokan opened a shop on the right side of the settlement, not far from the entrance. Talk to him to exchange almost any item for corals. Items for exchange can be freely transferred from the inventory to free slots in the store. Remember that Shultokan does not need parts for a boat and lenses for a lighthouse. These items cannot be moved. Once the items for exchange are in the cells, click the "Deposit" button to fill in the progress bar at the bottom of the window.

You can pick up the reward as soon as 500 points are typed. If you do not click the "Deposit" button, the items will not disappear from the store. Shultokan is an honest trader! Xicama, another resident of the Native Tribe, will exchange gorilla fangs or monitor lizard skulls for boards, ingots, leather or cloth of 2-3 ranks. Look for him in the depths of the settlement on the icon of coins on the mini-map.
